Abstract: The title compound, C22H22N2O10, was prepared by the glycosidation method through nitrite displacement on substituted nitrophthalonitrile. The molecule contains a benzene ring, two nitrile groups and an acetyl-protected d-glucose fragment which adopts a chair conformation. The absolute configuration was determined by the use of d-glucose as starting material. All substituents of the protected sugar are in equatorial positions, with the exclusive presence of the α-anomer. The crystal packing is stabilized by C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen-bonding interactions.
LaZnB5O10, the first lanthanum zinc borate

Abstract: Lanthanum zinc pentaborate, LaZnB5O10, was synthesized by flux-supported solid-state reaction. It is a member of the LnMB5O10 (Ln = rare earth ion and M = divalent metal ion) structure type. The crystal shows a three-dimensional structure constructed from two-dimensional {[B5O10]5 }n layers with the lanthanum (coordination number nine) and zinc (coordination number six) ions filling in the interlayers.

Development of Integrated Capillary Electrophoresis Chips

Abstract: Capillary electrophoresis in its different operation modes has been demonstrated that it is suitable to be integrated into a planar microdevice which is called integrated capillary electrophoresis chip (ICE chip) or microchip. The use of microfabrication and micromachining allows the integration of complex channel nets and functional units such as pre and post column reaction chambers on a single chip, providing good sensitivity and high separation efficiency with low reagent consumption and short analysis time. In the last 10 years an important number of publications have been reported in this area. In the present paper, the development and applications are systematically reviewed with 39 references.
Synthesis and Luminescent Properties of Eu3+ Doped Strontium Borate Phosphors

Abstract: Eu3+ doped borate phosphors (SrB4O7, SrB2O4, Sr2B2O5, Sr3B2O6) were prepared by solid state reaction and sol-gel technique, respectively. The luminescent results showed that the four kinds of phosphors have different luminescent properties. The Sr2B2O5:Eu3+, Sr3B2O7:Eu3+ phosphors have the red emission at 610nm, the SrB2O4:Eu3+ phosphor has the orange emission at 593nm, however the SrB4O7:Eu3+ phosphor displays the emission peaks of Eu2+ ion, all that result from the different Eu-O coordination environment. The optimal doping concentration of phosphors is 2%.
Groundwater resources and their characteristics in arid lands of Northwestern China

Abstract: In this paper the physical geographical setting,the formation and distribution of water resources and their utilizing situations in arid land in Northwestern China are analyzed.The dis-tribution and storing characteristics of groundwater in this region are discussed emphatically.In general,the groundwater resources in the plain area are transformed from water resources(in-cluding precipitation and melted water of snow and glacier)in the mountainous area and the latter is the only source of the former.It is believed that the groundwater in the plain area to-gether with the surface water construct a coherent water resource system,an unique hydrologi-cal unit and a complete water ecological system.Therefore,the features and the regularity of the transformation of the three types of water resources(the precipitation,the surface water,and the ground water)should be fully understood,which will play an important role in the sustainable development of this region.

Abstract: In this paper, by applying the network graph theory, the concept of cycle-seg mixed basis matrix, the matrix representation of Kirchhoff s law in the mixed basis and the mixed basis equations of general linear networks are presented. Then the cycle current-seg voltage mixed analysis method of general linear networks is established. By this way, the mixed analysis method for passive networks without mutual inductances in referenee 4] is extended to one for active networks with mutual inductances.

Abstract: 1980′s以来新疆洪旱灾害损失存在扩大化的趋势,这与我国及世界其它地区洪旱灾害增多的趋势相一致。造成当代新疆洪旱灾害增多、灾损扩大的原因除了全球变暖影响外,人类活动的加剧导致新疆生态环境严重退化、绿洲无度扩张致使临灾区域扩大是新疆近期洪旱灾害增多的主要原因。此外,对未来新疆的洪旱趋势进行初步展望,认为在全球和局域人类活动继续加剧的情况下,未来新疆气候会更加不稳定,降水变率增加,洪旱极端事件会增多,若能采取适当的应对措施,洪旱灾害损失会有一定程度的下降。

Abstract: 由绿洲及其所在荒漠盆地平原与周边山地共同组成的新疆地域系统,是我国西北干旱区的主要构成部分。高山与盆地相间的地貌特点,形成了干旱区内独具一格的水循环系统,构成了没有水力联系的内陆河大小流域。水资源在流域水循环过程中形成和转化,以河流为纽带把山地、盆地平原、绿洲和荒漠系统联系起来。由于荒漠盆地平原系统很难产生径流,从山地进入荒漠盆地平原的河流就成为主要的水资源。它不仅是生态与环境的控制因素,同时还是社会经济发展的物质基础。20世纪80年代后期,新疆降水增加20%~30%,河川径流普遍增大,湖泊水位明显升高,湖水面积不断扩大,地下水位逐渐回升。对水资源变化、气温上升、降水显著增多诸因素进行综合分析,说明在全球气候背景下,区域气候和水文变化朝着有利于新疆社会经济发展方面演变,预测这种趋势将持续到21世纪前20年。
Characteristic Analysis of Flying Process of Dispensed Object with Deceleration Parachute

Abstract: Characteristic of dispensed object withdeceleration parachute is analyzed as it flies based on dynamicmodel of the object. Its flight path, velocity and accelerator ofdispensed object are studied and try to find the factor to affectflies distance according to the compute result. It is found thatthe dynamic model is reasonable because its compute resultcoincides with the experiment result. Based on the dynamicmodel and the simulation program, both altitude of dispensingand parachute-opening and dispensing velocity can be set inadvance in order to meet the demand of experiment orapplication. An available analysis method is supplied toimprove dispensing performance of object carried by flies
