Trajno varovana kmetijska zemlji a in bli ina vodnih virov, primernih za namakanje ; Permanently protected agricultural land and the location of water sources suitable for irrigation

Abstract: To aid the formation of the suggested areas of permanently protected agricultural land, an allocation algorithm was developed and used to establish the irrigation water use potential of surface waters streams, reservoirs, groundwater and treated municipal wastewater, with the case study area of Slovenia. The result is a map of the irrigation water use potential, regarding the location and water source use suitability for irrigation. The map shows areas where the permanent protection of agricultural land would be either most suitable either least suitable. The appearance of the map depends on several water management aspects, i.e. water demand management, water use administration, the targeted management of water infrastructure and the development of new water sources ; Po novem Zakonu o kmetijskih zemlji ih je eden od pogojev za dolo itev trajno varovanih kmetijskih zemlji bli ina vodnih virov, primernih za namakanje. Da bi pripomogli k oblikovanju predloga obmo ij trajno varovanih kmetijskih zemlji (KZ), je bil razvit in uporabljen algoritem alokacije, s katerimi so bili na tudijskem obmo ju KZ, potencialno primernih za namakanje, ki le ijo na obmo ju Slovenije, preu eni potenciali za rabo vode iz vodotokov, zadr evalnikov, podzemne vode in pre i ene odpadne vode iz komunalnih istilnih naprav. Na tej podlagi izdelan zemljevid potencialov za rabo vodnih virov prikazuje obmo ja najmanj ugodne in obmo ja najugodnej e lege trajno varovanih KZ z vidika bli ine in primernosti vodnih virov za namakanje. Podoba zemljevida je mo no odvisna od u inkov upravljanja voda, zlasti upravljanja povpra evanja po vodi, administracije rabe vodnih virov, namenskega upravljanja vodne infrastrukture in gradnje novih vodnih virov.
Mathematical model for exergy in the system NaCl-H2O

Abstract: In this work mathematical models for the exergy and relative enthalpy of the water solution of sodium-chloride and the pure crystalline sodium-chloride where derived. The environment was defined with the temperature 20 °C, pressure 101,325 kPa and with liquid water and crystalline sodium-chloride, both having at the defined environmental conditions the value of exergy equal zero. The obtained mathematical model is valid in the temperature interval from 0 to 170°C and for the all compositions of solution, until to saturation. The derived mathematical model for the exergy is based on the Pitzer's ion interaction equation which satisfactory represents the dependence of the osmotic coefficient and the mean ionic activity coefficient on the composition of solution. The calculated values of exergy using the mathematical model were compared with the appropriate diagram for the exergy constructed using the table values of activity coefficients, osmotic coefficients and partial molar enthalpies.
