Abstract: The petrographic parameters and the physical properties controlling the alteration of the monumental stones of the Cathedral of Oviedo (Spain) are analized in this first paper. Ser um homem segundo a tradi??o?
Rosa, Márcia;
Fractal : Revista de Psicologia , 2008, DOI: 10.1590/S1984-02922008000200010
Abstract: this theoretical study examines the male's unconfortable position in the contemporary world since freud and lacan's theory. it is associated with an identity crisis due to the representations, based on the oedipus context and on an idealization of paternal function, with which the social imaginary defines virility. discussing the implications of the decline of the father in the formation of masculinity, it shows how changes in the conceptions on the father, thought no more according to a tradition but on his ability to cope with the desire for a woman, have consequences on the construction of a male son position.
Franz Kafka: a ultrapassagem da burocratiza??o da instancia paterna e da voz áfona do supereu
Rosa, Márcia;
Fractal : Revista de Psicologia , 2011, DOI: 10.1590/S1984-02922011000200003
Abstract: this article shows that literary criticism (benjamin, blanchot, gagnebin and carone) read the bureaucratization of the paternal instance of kafka's poetics as a neutralization of the narrative voice and takes this, with psychoanalysis, as a manifestation of the silent voice of the superego (lacan and zizek). it discusses the differences between a version of the father whose law joins the desire, and another, capricious and unreasonable, which serves jouissance. it ends questioning the function of literature to the czech writer
El impacto de la financiación de la asistencia sanitaria en las desigualdades
Urbanos,Rosa M.;
Gaceta Sanitaria , 2004, DOI: 10.1590/S0213-91112004000700015
Abstract: this article summarizes the impact of health care financing instruments on inequalities of supply, access and use of health care services. firstly, the new scheme of regional and health care financing, apart from the initial gains in terms of equity and sufficiency, introduces uncertainty about the volume of resources that will be devoted to health care facilities by the regions. this fact may cause some inter-territorial inequalities in the health care supply and the access to public services. the health care cohesion fund, which was designed to guarantee equality of access to the national health service, is not the optimal instrument to achieve such an ambitious goal. secondly, the change in composition of health care financing sources, by increasing the burden of indirect taxes, may imply some losses of vertical equity or progressiveness. finally, this paper analyses the possible impact that the present allocation of public health funds, excessively biased to specialised health care, may have on inequalities in the use of health care facilities.
Investiga??o de linfonodos em pacientes em seguimento por carcinoma diferenciado de tiróide
Biscolla, Rosa Paula M.;
Arquivos Brasileiros de Endocrinologia & Metabologia , 2007, DOI: 10.1590/S0004-27302007000500019
Abstract: loco-regional recurrences of the differentiated thyroid cancer have been reported to be located in cervical lymph nodes in 60-75% of cases. the widespread use of neck ultrasonography (us) during the follow-up of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (ptc) has led to the discovery of small cervical lymph nodes (ln). although us has a high sensitivity for diagnosing ln, fine needle aspiration biopsy (fna) and measurement of thyroglobulin in fine needle aspirates (fna-tg) have proven to be invaluable tools. the aim of this paper is to review the importance of the early diagnosis of lymph node metastases in the follow-up of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer.
Da cadeia significante à constela??o de letras: os signos do gozo
Rosa, Márcia;
ágora: Estudos em Teoria Psicanalítica , 2009, DOI: 10.1590/S1516-14982009000100004
Abstract: the constellation functioning, that starts with mallarmé (1897) and invigorates mainly in the first half of the twentieth century in the field of letters and arts, declines at the beginning of the seventies, moment in which it enters into consideration in the field of psychoanalysis in the text "lituraterra" (1971). this entrance, from which the letter becomes a sign of jouissance, is made possible by the decline of structuralism and of the linearity of the saussurian linguistics and, in some way, it opens the trails to the borromean writing.
Jacques Lacan e a clínica do consumo
Rosa, Márcia;
Psicologia Clínica , 2010, DOI: 10.1590/S0103-56652010000100010
Abstract: the text highlights and discusses the key moments in which jacques lacan stood on the issue of consumption and, by doing so, deploys three points. initially, consumption is articulated to ethics and to the impossibility of thinking it only through the notion of value; the notions of jouissance and desire value become necessary. next, the association of consumption to trieb, especially to the oral object and to devouring fantasies, shows the change of "consumerism" to "consumption" that leads the subject from a position of consumer to one of an object to be consumed. finally, consumption is treated in lacan's last texts through a small mutation in the master's discourse that gives rise to the capitalist discourse.
