Partimos da análise de alguns documentos e pesquisas, nacionais e internacionais, para delinearmos diretrizes estratégicas para o processo de comercializa o de iniciativas e roteiros de TBC.The community-based tourism (CBT) has been consolidated over the last decade in Brazil as a way of tourism organization at the local scale. However, much remains to be done to realize its full potential to support the social development of local communities. In this paper we discuss the issue of market access, suggested by some studies as critical to the economic sustainability of community enterprises. We start from the analysis of some, national and international, documents and research to propose strategic guidelines for the process of marketing of CBT initiatives and routes.

Abstract: in "the road to serfdom", f. a. hayek argues that the economic planning defended in some socialist doctrines leads to the same kind of serfdom present in totalitarian states. based on this, he concludes that the only way to guarantee freedom is to implement economic liberalism. hayek identifies some of the characteristics found in totalitarian systems, pointing out that socialist states have those very same characteristics. this paper intends to show that the characteristics described by hayek as typical of the totalitarian systems are very present in the modern day united states. hence, economic liberalism leads to the same serfdom found in totalitarian systems. polanyi has shown us that serfdom is not a result of power centralization or economic planning, but of the very act of submitting people's day-to-day life to impersonal systems. we can conclude that there are several possible roads to serfdom, three of which the human race has already trailed: the totalitarian, the communist and the liberalist.

The production of knowledge depends on objective and subjective elements it occurs in structured environments and in interpersonal relations, is interfered with the power of institutions and people's ability to collect contributions from different areas of knowledge. This complexity is part of the charms and challenges in research, teaching and extension in Tourism. In this study, we sought to first conduct a survey of theses and dissertations in graduate programs in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The second step consisted of identifying and prioritizing the most important aspects that interact and operate the system for creating, learning and application of knowledge produced in post-graduate programs that have tourism as an object of study. For this step Brazilian experts were consulted in research in tourism: group leaders, program coordinators, experienced tutors. As a result, it was the identification and prioritization of Critical Factors that if well managed and well maintained, enhance the chances of success in tourism research. They can contribute to improve the institutional reviews, whether internal and / or external, and reduce the degree of artificiality and imitation in relation to ot

Abstract: the classroom is the privileged space for negotiation and production of new senses and meanings, especially concerning the different school concepts. this takes place within a complex interactive network where, besides formal knowledge itself, teachers' and students' life history and experiences become present and are updated. the teacher is expected to guide his/her group of students, aiming at understanding and negotiating the different meaning-making processes involved in the learning situations he/she has planned. the teacher has usually been identified with this mediator role, and this idea has been assigned to the historical and cultural approach. the objective of this text is to discuss the identification between teacher action and mediation, in order to characterize what the work developed by the teacher corresponds to according to our point of view, focusing on the zone of proximal development concept. the considerations suggest that learning contents will only be at the service of student development if they are operated taking into account the conjuncture of their meaning-making processes, and observing that the utmost role of education is to promote relational possibilities.

Abstract: This paper discusses the possible heuristic effects of reading dystopian literary texts and its reflective critical dimension due to modern sociability and its views of the future. It analyses the importance of reading and literature in the development of a critical awareness that will promote changes and ethic behaviors as opposed to alienation and submission to modernity, observed in the metaphor of the “book-men” in the novel Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. It addresses theoretical aspects of the speculative literature of science fiction by anchoring on postulations of esthetic reception and proposing, as an analytical road for these texts, the valorization of the diegetic content, the perlocutory dimension, the emphasis on meaning and on text as symbolic form, and the interdisciplinary perception which is activated through the reading process and the construction of the “memories of the future”.

PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Educa o física, projeto político pedagógico, emancipa o do sujeito This paper considers that every pedagogical action is based upon a social and political project. It is important to stress that physical education is in a certain way involved in this action. Due to this fact, we tried, in a first approach, to identify some of the principles of the educational plan presented in LDB. We emphasized how much the physical education teacher should understand the pedagogical and political plan he puts into action as well as the necessity of new possibilities of thought and action. This critical and pedagogical practice would contribute to the formation of creative individuals in the conquest of their citizenship. KEYWORDS: Physical education, political and pedagogical project, emancipation of the citizen.
