Abstract: The production process of xylanase of solid-state fermentation from Aspergillus nigerwas studied. The maximum enzyme activity can be obtained when the fungus wat cultured for 3days. The ratio between the solid culture and the extracting agent was about 1:7(w / v). Thesaturation condition of (NH4)2SO4 is the range from 6O%~65%. Two kinds of xylanase enzymepowder were obtained by both freezer drying and at 40C heating drying, and the rate of recovery71% and 51% were respectively. The highest xylanase activity has about l5400u / g by freeerdrying, 15395u / g by heating drying. The related properties of enzyme were analysed. the optimaltemperature is 55t and pH is 4.6. Th tempetatUre for 1oss half achvity(t l / 2) in a hour is 54t.Among the four kinds of hemicellulose, the strongest and the weakest hydrolytic affinity ofxylanase are wheat bran and rice straw respectively.

Abstract: 酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae Hansen)PW218和粟酒裂殖酵母(Schizosaccharomyces pombe Lindn)PW232的原生质体用20mmol/L CaCl2和 30%PEG(MW6000)处理进行属问融合,获得了10多株融合子,融合率为0.65~1.96×10-5。对R和F。两株融合子进行了葡萄糖、木糖及葡萄糖和术糖混合液的摇瓶实验结果表明F10融合子利用葡萄糖、木糖及两种糖混合液产乙醇的能力大大高于两亲株。F2融合子对木糖以及葡萄糖和木糖混合液的发酵能力亦较两亲株高,其中利用木糖产乙醇的量分别比PW218和PW232提高1.38倍和2.65倍。

Mutagenesis of Ion Beam Implantation and Identification of Two New Rifampicin Resistance Determining Sites in rpoB Gene in Escherichia coli

Abstract: The rifampicin resistance mutations induced by low energy nitrogen ion implantation had been investigated in this study referred to the study of 60Co-gamma ray irradiation. It is suggested that low energy nitrogen ion beam implantation might generate a lower damage but get higher mutation rates than 60Co-gamma ray irradiation did. The frequencies showed the preference of base substitutions induced by N+ ion beam are CG--> TA transition, GC-->AT transition, AT--> GC transition and AT-->TA transversion which occupy 87.5% (77/88) of the total mutation of base substitutions. Two new rif-determining sites had also been identified in rpoB gene in Escherichia coli. The first new site located in 1551. When dG1551 was replaced by dC, it resulted in Gln517 was substituted by a histidine. The other new site located in 1692. When dC1692 was replaced by dT, it resulted in a Pro564 is changed into a leucine. The synonymous mutation of the second site had been reported but the nucleotide substitution, dC-->dT, had not been identified before.

Abstract: This paper proposes a contextual item-based collaborative filtering technology, which is based on the traditional item-based collaborative filtering technology. In the process of the recommendation, user’s important mobile contextual information are taken into account, and the technology combines with those ratings on the items in the users’ historical contextual information who are familiar with user’s current context information in order to predict that which items will be preferred by user in his or her current context. At the end, an experiment is used to prove that the technology proposed in this paper can predict user’s preference in his or her mobile environment more accurately.

Profitability of China’s commercial banks has increased significantly since it joined the World Trade Organization (WTO). Constantly advancing of deepening the reform and increasingly fierce of international competition make us to be concerned more about macroeconomic factors. This paper makes an empirical analysis with a panel of 10 Chinese listed banks during the period 1998- 2012 to make a study of the potential impact of external factors may bring to China’s capital market. The results confirm that macroeconomic do have a substantial influence to the earning power of commercial banks, according to which some suggestions are made at the end of the paper.

Abstract: The rotation of the physical Earth is far more complex than the rotation of a biaxial or slightly triaxial rigid body can represent. The linearization of the Liouville equation via the Munk and MacDonal perturbation scheme has oversimplified polar excitation physics. A more conventional linearization of the Liouville equation as the generalized equation of motion for free rotation of the physical Earth reveals: 1) The reference frame is most essential, which needs to be unique and physically located in the Earth; 2) Physical angular momentum perturbation arises from motion and mass redistribution to appear as relative angular momentum in a rotating Earth, which excites polar motion and length of day variations; 3) At polar excitation, the direction of the rotation axis in space does not change besides nutation and precession around the invariant angular momentum axis, while the principal axes shift responding only to mass redistribution; 4) Two inertia changes appear simultaneously at polar excitation; one is due to mass redistribution, and the other arises from the axial near-symmetry of the perturbed Earth; 5) The Earth at polar excitation becomes slightly triaxial and axially near-symmetrical even it was originally biaxial; 6) At polar excitation, the rotation of a non-rigid Earth becomes unstable; 7) The instantaneous figure axis or mean excitation axis around which the rotation axis physically wobbles is not a principal axis; 8) In addition to amplitude excitation, the Chandler wobble possesses also multiple frequency-splits and is slow damping; 9) Secular polar drift is after the products of inertia and always associated with the Chandler wobble; both belong to polar motion; 10) The Earth will reach its stable rotation only after its rotation axis, major principal axis, and instantaneous figure axis or mean excitation axis are all completely aligned with each other to arrive at the minimum energy configuration of the system; 11) The observation of the multiple splits of the Chandler frequency is further examined by means of exact-bandwidth filtering and spectral analysis, which confirms the theoretical prediction of the linearized Liouville equation. After the removal of the Gibbs phenomenon from the polar motion spectra, Markowitz wobbles are also observed; 12) Error analysis of the ILS data demonstrates that the incoherent noises from the Wars in 1920-1945 are separable from polar motion and removable, so the ILS data are still reliable and useful for the study of the continuation of polar motion.
Study on Turbulence Effects for Beam Propagation in Turbulent Atmosphere  [PDF]

Based on the theory for the turbulence and the Rytov method, the propagation formulas of the scintillation index and the mean square angle-of-arrival fluctuation for the beam propagation in atmospheric turbulence have been derived respectively. The propagation properties of the two turbulence effects have been investigated, and the effects of the characteristic parameters of turbulence and the beam parameters have been discussed. The results show that the variation of the two turbulence effects depends on the structure constant of the refractive index fluctuations Cn2, the inner scale of the turbulence l0, the waist width of source beam w0 and the wave length λ. Moreover, there are two parameters including Cn2 and l0 which show more significant effects in atmosphere. Consequently, a new method for determining the characteristics parameters of the turbulence by using the measurement of the scintillation index and the angle-of-arrival fluctuation has been proposed.

The rotation of the physical Earth not only obeys the law of conservation of angular momentum but follows also the three-finger rule of the right-handed system. The reference frame in the Earth is most essential. The generalized Eulerian equation of motion or the Liouville equation is to represent global geodynamics in general, which is examined directly through the observation of the Earth’s rotation and surface motions, with no additional assumptions after fundamental physics. Rotational acceleration, polar motion, plate tectonics, and seismicity observed on the Earth’s surface indicate that the Earth’s angular momentum is perturbed and adjusting independently of external torques.
