LA éTICA EN MICHEL FOUCAULT O DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE LA RESISTENCIA
Reinaldo Giraldo
Tabula Rasa , 2009,
Giraldo Díaz,Reinaldo;
Estudios de Filosofía , 2011,
Abstract: in this research article the elaborations on truth-telling from michel foucault are hold, which are inscribed in the context of concerns about the present. the analysis of the french philosopher of antiquity did not seek to formulate the theory of power or of an universal and abstract subject, but to show the historical constitution of the different forms of subject in relation to the games of truth, reveal the contingent nature of our goals and of our history and to show a power to resist to the subjection mechanism from west.
PODER Y RESISTENCIA EN MICHEL FOUCAULT
GIRALDO DíAZ,REINALDO;
Tabula Rasa , 2006,
Abstract: this paper analyzes the concepts of power and resistance in michel foucault‘s books during his genealogic period. specifically, after his book l’ordre du discours, a programatic text, until his first volume of the history of sexuality: an introduction. the paper deals with foucault‘s conception about power in disciplinary and controlling societies. unlike critics of foucault maintain, this paper does not consider resistance to be negative nor reactive. our hypothesis states that the concept of resistance by foucault is creative and productive and has precedence before power.
Poder y resistencia en Michel Foucault
Reinaldo Giraldo Díaz
Tabula Rasa , 2006,

Background: It has been suggested that use of regional anesthesia may have some potential benefits in the outpatient setting and result in decreased resource utilization, superior patient satisfaction, and better analgesia. The aim of this study was to compare the clinical properties of two widely used regional anesthetic techniques with regard to preparation for surgery and recovery from anesthesia in a standardized outpatient population. Methods: Following IRB approval, 50 ASA I-II adult outpatients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery were enrolled. Study subjects were equally divided (n=25 each) into spinal (S) and sciatic-femoral (SF) groups. S patients received spinal anesthesia with 7.5 mg of 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine. SF patients received combined sciatic-femoral nerve blocks using a mixture of 20 mL of

Giraldo Giraldo,Carlos Alberto;
Revista Colombiana de Psiquiatría , 2005,
Abstract: objective: this manuscript examines the clinical practice as a source of knowledge and to illustrate how it has been weakened. methodology: an evaluation was conducted as the instrument to validate and to support today’s clinical practice. this was carried out in two ways. firstly, a question about the beginning of the clinical psychiatry as a way of acquiring knowledge and as a means of production . secondly, a close look at the different points of view of several authors. the points of view of authors such as the psychoanalyst paul bercherie; the psycopalologist germán berríos; and the clinical researcher herman van pragg are discussed. results and conclusion: the goal of protecting psychiatry of theoretical contamination, of setting a unique language and of assimilating the clinical psychiatry and the empirical research, has produced a psychiatry without the subject, has put aside the processes and has forgotten the different dimensions expressed through the symptoms and the conduct. based on the outcome of the historical analysis and the detailed study of the above mentioned authors, who have very different academic background and approaches, there is a suggestion to declare an epistemological emergency in order to benefit practitioners and their patients.
Giraldo Giraldo,John Jairo;
Revista Lasallista de Investigación , 2008,
Abstract: in the dairy cattle the detection of cows in state of zeal has become one of the most important factors that diminish the reproductive efficiency. although diverse complementary methods exist to improve the detection of those cows, the synchronization of ovulations and systematic insemination of all of the animals which state of zeal has not been detected, has become a viable and easy alternative of implementing with that from which a fertility rate from 35 to 40% can be obtained. in meat herds, artificial insemination has not been used as a tool for the genetic improvement, due to the difficulty in detecting the animals in zeal, and this is due to the geography of the pasture grounds and to the technical capacity of the personnel in charge of detecting animals in zeal, and of inseminating them. the implementation of programs for synchronizing ovulations and systematic insemination allows the elimination of the zeal detection process in breeding herds and concentrate the efforts on the artificial insemination task in a short time, allowing this task to be made by the veterinarian or a qualified technician and achieving a fertility rate from 40 to 50%. the combination of programs of ovulation resynchronizations with the precocious detection of empty animals, allows the systematic insemination of the empty animals without detecting zeal in the returns and to achieve a fertility rate from 55 to 75%, in two insemination rounds. in summary, the resynchronization ovulation and systematic insemination programs allow the elimination of the zeal detection in dairy cattle and beef cows, and also helps to maintain a level of viable fertility.
