Dirac quasinormal modes of Chern-Simons and BTZ black holes with torsion
Ramon Becar,P. A. Gonzalez,Y. Vasquez
Physics , 2013, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevD.89.023001
Abstract: We study Chern-Simons black holes in d-dimensions and we calculate analytically the quasinormal modes of fermionic perturbations. Also, we consider as background the five-dimensional Chern-Simons black hole with torsion and the BTZ black hole with torsion. We have found that the quasinormal modes depend on the highest power of curvature present in the Chern-Simons theory, such as occurs for the quasinormal modes of scalar perturbations. We also show that the effect of the torsion is to modify the real part of the quasinormal frequencies, which modify the oscillation frequency of the field for the five dimensional case. However, for the BTZ black hole with torsion, the effect is to modify the imaginary part of these frequencies, that is, the relaxation time for the decay of the black hole perturbation. The imaginary part of the quasinormal frequencies is negative which guaranties the stability of these black holes under fermionic field perturbations.

Physics , 2012, DOI: 10.1142/S0218271813500077
Abstract: We study z=4 Topological black hole in 4+1 dimensional Horava-Lifshitz gravity and we calculate analytically the quasinormal modes of scalar perturbations and from these quasinormal modes we show that z=4 Topological black hole in 4+1 dimensional Horava-Lifshitz gravity is stable.
Hawking radiation via Anomaly and Tunneling method from Unruh's and Canonical acoustic black hole
Ramon Becar,Pablo Gonzalez,Gustavo Pulgar,Joel Saavedra
Physics , 2008,
Abstract: Hawking radiation from Unruh's and Canonical acoustic black hole is considered from viewpoint of anomaly cancellation method developed by Robinson and Wilczek. Thus, the physics near the horizon can be described using an infinite collection of massless two-dimensional scalar fields in the background of a dilaton and the gravitational anomaly is canceled by the flux of a 1 + 1 dimensional blackbody at the Hawking temperature of the space-time. Consequently, by this method, we can get the Hawking's temperature for Canonical and Unruh's acoustic black hole.
La acción temeraria en la Ley no 19.496 sobre protección de los derechos del consumidor
Guerrero Becar,José Luis;
Revista de derecho (Valparaíso) , 2008, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-68512008000200003
Abstract: consumer protection law no. 19.496 ascertains basic rights and duties for consumers. however, it does not consider sanctions for the infraction of these duties or other actions in detriment of the suppliers. to the initial situation of unbalance which justifies a special protection for the consumers, an inequality of actions is followed, in which the supplier can only proceed according to the common law remaining outside the protection of a consumption right. the solution currently given by the consumer protection law is the sanction of the reckless action, which is insufficient to protect the rights of the suppliers, given the series of procedural conditions for its determination
La incidencia del Derecho en el control de la inflación
Guerrero Becar,José Luis;
Revista de derecho (Valparaíso) , 2010, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-68512010000200010
Abstract: the chilean constitution of 1980 contains several norms, and, given their content, they altogether make up the so called "economical constitution". besides giving a definition of the role of the economical agents, especially the state and citizens, the constitution, systematically, though not organically, designs the grounds and control means to have a stable monetary economy. therefore, as of 1990, when the constitution fully became in force, in comparison to precedent times, chile has shown low and regular inflation levels. this phenomenon, in a great extent, is due to the incidence of law.
MENOSCABO Y COMPENSACIóN ECONóMICA: JUSTIFICACIóN DE UNA VISIóN ASISTENCIAL
Guerrero Becar,José Luis;
Revista de derecho (Valdivia) , 2008, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-09502008000200004
Abstract: economical compensation, particularly articles 61 and 62 of the civil marriage act, hasn?t been exempt from doctrinal discussion because of its lack of clarity in its drafting, sense and approach. the doctrine has tried to elucidate its legal nature in order to interpret the cited norms. also, the courts had been hesitant as they came from tendencies shown in strict readings of article 61 from the civil marriage law as a requisite of the institutions? admissibility, towards others that center in elements that as exemplary titles mention the legislator in article 62 of the civil marriage law, though dispensing article 61 of the civil marriage law. however, a welfare tendency in the application of the institution is observed, coming from the tradition in family matters within the alimony institution. economical compensation is not alimony but has elements that allow determining a welfare sense and approach from the weaker spouses? point of view.
MENOSCABO Y COMPENSACIóN ECONóMICA: JUSTIFICACIóN DE UNA VISIóN ASISTENCIAL Reduction and economical compensation: Justification of welfare vision

Economical compensation, particularly articles 61 and 62 of the Civil Marriage act, hasn’t been exempt from doctrinal discussion because of its lack of clarity in its drafting, sense and approach. The doctrine has tried to elucidate its legal nature in order to interpret the cited norms. However, a welfare tendency in the application of the institution is observed, coming from the tradition in family matters within the alimony institution. Economical compensation is not alimony but has elements that allow determining a welfare sense and approach from the weaker spouses’ point of view.
Waning Sovereignty? The Kindred Myths of “Origins” and “Vanishing” of the State  [PDF]
Ramon Maiz
Open Journal of Political Science (OJPS) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/ojps.2017.73032
Abstract: This article discusses, from an historical-neo-institutionalist and relational-strate- gic perspective, the postmodern thesis of the end of the state due to the increasing processes of world globalization. The main hypothesis is that the arguments which predict the structural crisis or the disappearance of the State in the age of neo-liberal globalization have their roots in a theoretically and historically implausible concept of sovereignty that ignores and distorts central aspects of statehood and state-building in terms of both institutional structure and political action. The myth of the “origins” of the State in Medieval or Renaissance times shares with the postmodern vision of the “vanishing” of the state, the same underlying misconception of the scope and limits of the state power. Sovereignty (the monopolization of political power) was always a claim, a desiderata, a contested andunfinished political project not an accomplished empirical fact.
Quasinormal Modes and Stability Criterion of Dilatonic Black Hole in 1+1 and 4+1 Dimensions
Ramón Becar,Samuel Lepe,Joel Saavedra
Physics , 2007, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevD.75.084021
Abstract: We study the stability of black holes that are solutions of the dilaton gravity derived from string-theoretical models in two and five dimensions against to scalar field perturbations, using the Quasinormal Modes (QNMs) approach. In order to find the QNMs corresponding to a black hole geometry, we consider perturbations described by a massive scalar field non-minimally coupled to gravity. We find that the QNM's frequencies turn out to be pure imaginary leading to purely damped modes, that is in agreement with the literature of dilatonic black holes. Our result exhibits the unstable behavior of the considered geometry against the scalar perturbations. We consider both the minimal coupling case, i.e., for which the coupling parameter $\zeta$ vanishes, and the case $\zeta={1/4}$.
Hawking Radiation for Scalar and Dirac Fields in Five Dimensional Dilatonic Black Hole via Anomalies
Ramón Becar,P. A. González
Physics , 2011, DOI: 10.1142/S0218271812500307
Abstract: We study massive scalar fields and Dirac fields propagating in a five dimensional dilatonic black hole background. We expose that for both fields the physics can be describe by a two dimensional theory, near the horizon. Then, in this limit, by applying the covariant anomalies method we find the Hawking flux by restoring the gauge invariance and the general coordinate covariance, which coincides with the flux obtained from integrating the Planck distribution for fermions.
