Conceptual Model Fit for Career Planning and Development of Employees with Special Reference to Private Sector Banks by Using Structural Equation Model  [PDF]
V. Suresh Kumar, A. Manonmani, V. Ramesh Kumar
American Journal of Industrial and Business Management (AJIBM) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ajibm.2018.89132
Abstract: Powerful career planning of employees is reliant on viable execution administration, where administration considers correspondence and reconciliation as a wellspring of keeping employees relentlessly on their approach to objectives accomplishment. The focal point of this investigation, hence, was to survey whether there was career planning and development has its impact on worker inspiration, having a tendency to lose its performing employees work fulfillment and devotion. The present research is a survey on limited scale. It is on the other a descriptive-cum-analytical effort on the selected variables of the study. It is studied how and to what extent the independent variables make changes in the dependent variables. The researcher collected the data from 1000 employees and the sample size is adjusted and determined as 860 respondents to obtain more and clear information. The survey concludes that findings confirm that the model fit is absolutely suitable for this analysis.
Classification of Agricultural Land Soils: A Data Mining Approach
V. Ramesh,K. Ramar
Agricultural Journal , 2013, DOI: 10.3923/aj.2011.82.86
Abstract: The problem of the knowledge acquisition and efficient knowledge exploitation is very popular also in agriculture area. One of the methods for knowledge acquisition from the existing agricultural databases is the methods of classification. In agricultural decision making process, weather and soil characteristics are play an important role. This research aimed to assess the various classification techniques of data mining and apply them to a soil science database to establish if meaningful relationships can be found. A large data set of soil database is extracted from the Soil Science and Agricultural Department, Kanchipuram and National Informatics Centre, Tamil Nadu. The application of data mining techniques has never been conducted for Tamil Nadu soil data sets. The research compares the different classifiers and the outcome of this research could improve the management and systems of soil uses throughout a large number of fields that include agriculture, horticulture, environmental and land use management.
Mast Cells In Oral Lichen Planus
Mahija Janardhanan,V . Ramesh
Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology Journal , 2010,
Abstract: Oral lichen planus is a chronic mucosal disease of unknown etiology that appear clinicallyas a persistent red, white or a mixed lesion. Though the precise pathogenesis is unidentified, evidences available at present strongly suggest that cell mediated immunity plays a major rolein the initiation and evolution of this disease. The mast cell, the major immuno effector cellof the connective tissue is thought to be mediating this synchronized cellular orchestra, thesymphony of which results in the various clinical manifestations of oral lichen planus.Aim: This study is done to evaluate mast cell density in oral lichen planus and to compare itwith mast cell density in normal mucosa.Materials & Methods: Sections from thirty cases of oral lichen planus and ten normal oralmucosa were studied for mast cells using toluidine blue stain. Two sample T test was used tocompare the mean values of the density of cells in the lesional area to that of control. Themean of the type and distribution of mast cells were compared using F test-One wayANOVA.Result: An increase in mast cell density was noted in lichen planus when compared tonormal buccal mucosa. Distribution of mast cells was significantly increased below theinflammatory band and mast cell degranulation was prominent here. Conclusion: The increased density of mast cells and their distribution suggest their definiterole in different phases of evolution of Oral Lichen Planus.
Dynamic Storage Assurance on Cloud Computing
P. Dhanalakshmi,V. Ramesh
International Journal of Engineering Innovations and Research , 2013,
Abstract: Cloud computing investigate the problem of data security in cloud data storage, which is essentially a distributed storage system. Distributed storage integrity auditing mechanism, utilizes the homomorphic token and distributed erasure-coded data. The proposed design allows users to audit the cloud storage with very lightweight communication and computation cost. The auditing result not only ensures strong cloud storage correctness guarantee, but also simultaneously achieves fast data error localization, i.e., the identi cation of misbehaving server and recover the corrupted data. Considering the cloud data are dynamic in nature, the proposed design further supports secure and efficient dynamic operations on outsourced data, including block modi cation, deletion, and append. Analysis shows the pro-posed scheme is highly efficient and resilient against Byzan-tine failure, malicious data modi cation attack, and even server colluding attacks. With the advent of data storage and new technology trends that result in new failure modes for storage, interesting challenges arise in ensuring data integrity and security. In this paper, we discuss the cause of integrity violations and implementation issues to perform efficient integrity assurance. The main aim of this paper is to prevent the file from integrity violations and recovering the corrupted file with low cost overhead.
Primary cutaneous adenoid cystic carcinoma with distant metastasis: A case report and brief literature review
Singh Avninder,Ramesh V
Indian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology , 2010,
Abstract: Primary adenoid cystic carcinoma (PCACC) of skin is a rare tumor, and those who show distant metastasis are even rarer. We report a case of PCACC on the face of a 55-year-old man who showed bilateral lung metastasis and on palliative chemotherapy showed significant regression of the primary tumor. The patient was alive at a 15-month follow-up. A brief literature review of the eight cases including ours is described.
