Xuemin Zhang,Chang Liu,Langlang Wang,Qiuhong Piao
Journal of Software , 2010, DOI: 10.4304/jsw.5.9.1014-1021
Abstract: The effect of violent media on aggression has always been highly concerned by the public. The effect of violent video game has been studied by researchers for many years, while how the interaction (competition and cooperation) work during video game play is still little known. In present study, the effect of non-violent video games on aggression was tested by experimental design. Participants were assigned to 6 groups to play a violent video game or a nonviolent video game, and he or she played competitively or cooperatively with another participant, or played the game alone. Competitive Reaction Time Task was used to test aggressive behavior. EAST task and SHS scale were used to test aggressive cognition and affect. The results indicated both violent content and competition can arouse aggressive cognition and aggressive behavior. Only violent content can arouse
Semantic Grammaticalization in the Construction “N1 you V guo N2” from Neo-Cognitive Pragmatic Perspective  [PDF]
Qiuhong Xing
Open Journal of Modern Linguistics (OJML) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ojml.2018.86019
Abstract: The construction “N1 you V guo N2” pervasively visible in China has demonstrated its typical cog-pragmatic features. It is pointed out that “you” and “guo” in this construction are the results of notional verbs’ grammaticalization. Grammatical features and cognitive motivation of it have been discussed based on the project theory and de-categorization theory. In its grammaticalization and pragmaticalization process the pragmatic markers contribute the most. Considering the integrated meaning from social, pragmatic and cognitive perspectives, it is found that the construction is out of the speaker’s particular intention, also the results of pragmaticalization.
A Family of Non-Self Maps Satisfying Φi-Contractive Condition and Having Unique Common Fixed Point in Metrically Convex Spaces  [PDF]
Yongjie Piao, Dongzhe Piao
Advances in Pure Mathematics (APM) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/apm.2012.24036
Abstract: Class of 5-dimensional functions Φ was introduced and a convergent sequence determined by non-self mappings satisfying certain Φi-contractive condition was constructed, and then that the limit of the sequence is the unique com-mon fixed point of the mappings was proved. Finally, several more general forms were given. Our main results gener-alize and unify many same type fixed point theorems in references.
Brief Analysis of Characteristics and Further Research Orientation of Bioenergy Supply Chain  [PDF]
Mian Lu, Qiuhong Zhao
Natural Resources (NR) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/nr.2013.41012
Abstract:

Because of the pressure in environmental protection and the less amount of conventional energy, more and more countries around the world attached great importance to the development and utilization of bioenergy. Using bioenergy effectively and setting up a perfect bioenergy industry chain are the premises for bioenergy to be well developed. The main applications of bioenergy in China are electric power generating and fuel refining. But there is still some gap between Chinaand other countries in bioenergy’s development, not only in the technology, but also in government policy support. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the concept and the basic condition, the development and utilization of bioenergy inChina. Secondly, this paper makes an analysis and comparison of supply chain for the biomass and coal. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions to the further research orientation of the biomass supply chain based on its characteristics.

A Temporal Perspective on Learning Alliance Formation  [PDF]
Ming Piao
American Journal of Industrial and Business Management (AJIBM) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ajibm.2014.41003
Abstract:

When to enter the first learning alliance has strategic implications for firms’ long term success. However, research on timing of the first learning alliance is rare. As one of the few empirical studies on this issue, this paper aims to fill the gap by asking what the implications are when firms launch their first learning alliance at different points of time. Empirical results support the central proposition that if firms enter the first learning alliance too early or too late, they tend to rush into a second learning alliance in a short period of time. In the long run, they will lose the ability to innovate. Overall, this study has fundamental implications for organizational learning in particular and theory building in general.

Acta Crystallographica Section E , 2010, DOI: 10.1107/s160053680905020x
Abstract: In the title compound, C21H19N3O4, two intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds generate two six-membered rings. The dihedral angles between the central heterocyclic ring and the two pendant rings are 61.5 (2) and 63.5 (1)°.
Ub Combination Enhanced Cellular Immune Response Elicited by HSP65 DNA Vaccine against Mycobacterium tuberculosis  [PDF]
Qingmin Wang, Chengxiang Lei, Qiuhong Liu
World Journal of Vaccines (WJV) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/wjv.2013.33013
Abstract: This study observed the immune response induced by a HSP65 DNA vaccine fused with UbGR against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. BALB/c mice were inoculated with HSP65 DNA vaccine, UbGR-fused HSP65 DNA vaccine (Ub-GR-HSP65) and blank vector respectively. HSP65 DNA vaccine elicited a Thl-polarized immune response. The Thl-type cytokine (IFN-γ) and proliferative T cell responses from spleen were improved significantly in UbGR-HSP65 group, compared with those in HSP65 DNA vaccine group. Furthermore, this fusion DNA vaccine also led to an increased ratio of IgG2ato IgGl and the cytotoxicity of T cells. IFN-γ intracellular staining of splenocytes indicated that UbGR-HSP65 fusion DNA vaccine could activate CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, with much higher CD8+ T cells. Thus, this study demonstrated that the UbGR fusion could improve HSP65-specific cellular immune responses, which is helpful to protect against TB infection.

Huifen Wang, Jialu Wang, Qiuhong Tang
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2018.111006
Abstract: This paper analyzes the status quo and tendency of the affordance theory in Information System literature, which can help us understand the relationship between technologies, users and organizations. This would pose a significant value on the related organizational changes and the use of social media. Based on the data from top journals, we reviewed 111 papers from Information Systems, Organization Studies and Management literatures on affordances according to the method of bibliometrics. From the analysis, we know that although the Information System discipline was a relatively late adopter, there is a large space to explore affordances in IS context. Based on the theoretical framework of affordances existence, perception, actualization and effects, we review the primary researches on affordances in IS discipline. In conclusion, IS scholars should focus on the affordance actualization, consider social affordances alongside technological affordances and improve our understanding of IT/IS-related organizational change and social media use in complicated social process.

Huifen Wang, Haiyan Fang, Qiuhong Tang
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2019.122015
Abstract: For this paper, we’d like to explore the role of the technical features on the users’ continuous intention to share contents in the social commerce platform based on social cognition theory. The social commerce is an emerging e-commerce platform along with the development of social media technology. Compared with traditional e-commerce, user’s content sharing has been recognized as the most important resource for the social commerce platform to attract new users as well as help old users make a better purchase decision. Drawing on the literature of the Social Cognition theory, the intention to continue sharing contents, the technical support of social commerce, the author develops a new model to understand the mechanism of the user’s intention to continue sharing contents and uses the SEM to test the model. Results show that technical support has a positive influence on the intention to continue sharing content, also increases the level of self-efficacy perception and outcome expectations, which in turn increases users’ intention to share contents. Implications, limitations, discussion, and future research directions are discussed at the end of the paper.

Yong-Jie Piao
Applied Mathematics (AM) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/am.2012.31012
Abstract: In this paper, we will introduce a class of 5-dimensional functions Φ and prove that a family of self-mappings {Ti,j} iεN in 2-metric space have an unique common fixed point if 1) {Ti,j} iεN satisfies Φj-contractive condition, where ΦjεΦ, for each jεN ; 2) Tm,μ n,v for all m,n,μ,vεN with μ ≠ v . Our main result generalizes and unifies many known unique common fixed point theorems in 2-metric spaces.
