An Innovative Approach about the Process Knowledge Representation in the Processes of Large Cluster Projects Management  [PDF]
Yong Liu, Qiong Chen
iBusiness (IB) , 2010, DOI: 10.4236/ib.2010.24048
Abstract: The features of the large Cluster projects’ management processes, complexity, “one-off” and “irreversibility”, make the projects’ process knowledge hard to be expressed, analyzed and obtained accurately. It is also not convenient to be accumulated and disseminated, and can’t be learned and used by managers. However, such knowledge is the crystallization of human wisdom. It has an important role in promoting efficiency of projects management and increasing accumulation of social knowledge. A better way is needed to find for its representation and utilization. From the perspective of cluster project management department, this article takes a cluster project’s construction as an example, and proposes a suitable method for the process knowledge representation in large cluster projects’ management processes, combined with the Topic Maps and MFFC-Ⅱ & MLD-Ⅱ.
Internal Transactions for Multiple Risky Assets  [PDF]
Qiong Zhang, Shuang Chen
Open Journal of Statistics (OJS) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/ojs.2019.91008
Abstract: Most of the articles about insider trading assume that there is only one risky asset in the market. On the basis of these papers, this thesis is mainly divided into three parts to study the situation of multiple risky assets in the market. In the first part, the situation of multiple risky assets in the market when two transactions are in progress is studied and then, the equilibrium when the market requires the internal traders to disclose the trading volume after each transaction is analyzed. In the second part, the equilibrium of multi-period based on the two phases of transaction is derived. The third part is the summary of the paper.
Empirical Study on the Influence of Rural Labor Transfer upon Rural Economic Development in China Jiangxi__Based on Industrial Structure Deviation  [PDF]
Zhongwen Chen, Qiong Chen, Yuhong Li
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2012.52022
Abstract: Adopt co-integration and granger causality test for analyzing the influences of the deviation of three industrial structures on peasants’ income based on the model of industrial structure deviation with time sequences of peasants’ income and the deviation of three industrial structures in China Jiangxi. It’s found that there exists a long-term positive equilibrium relationship between the deviation of three industrial structures and peasants’ income, and the impact of the tertiary industry on peasants’ income is the greatest. Granger causality test indicates that there isn’t Granger causality between the deviations of the first or the tertiary industrial structure, but the deviation of the second industry structure and peasants’ income are the Granger causes to each other.
Research on the Development of Chinese Haute Couture Enterprises from the Perspective of Consumer Demand  [PDF]
Shu Chen, Qiong Long
Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2019.73080
Abstract: With the development of China’s economy and the change of economic structure, consumption has been constantly upgraded, and a large number of middle-class people with high net worth income have emerged. This paper attempts to take LANYU as an example and analyze the development status of China haute couture enterprises with respect to service concept, marketing method and product building of enterprises. It finds the development mode of successful haute couture enterprise and provides feasible suggestions for the development of Chinese advanced customization enterprises.
Exploring the Impact of Switching Costs on Customer Retention in the Technology Standard Competition Market  [PDF]
Yong Zhang, Xi Chen, Yuhong Zhao, Qiong Yao
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2014.74024

As the competition in the market is increasingly fierce, increasing consumers’ switching cost has already become an important strategy for enterprises. However, existing research lacks discussion about switching costs in the standard competition market. This research develops a model of switching costs’ impact on customer retention in the standard competition market. The findings suggest that in the standard competition market, different factors that affect customer switching costs have different effects on switching costs. Technology standard complexity, technology upgradability, and customer investment have significant positive influences on switching costs, but the customer experience presents the negative correlation with switching costs. Furthermore, switching cost is positively related with customer retention, especially the lost benefit cost which has the largest impact on customer retention. This study improves the researches of switching costs antecedent influencing factors, and it is of much importance for enterprises in the standards competition to manage switching costs better and implement customer retention.

Dynamics of a Transportation Network Model with Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Users
Yingguo Li,Zhijia Tan,Qiong Chen
Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society , 2012, DOI: 10.1155/2012/918405
Abstract: This paper studies the dynamics of the traveler's day-to-day route adjustment process in the general transportation network with fixed or elastic demand and homogeneous or heterogeneous users. Each traveler is assumed to adjust his/her route choice according to the excess travel cost between the instantaneous experienced travel cost and a certain referred level, which induces an aggregate path flow dynamics. We call the path flow dynamics the excess travel cost dynamics, which corresponds to the excess payoff dynamics in evolutionary games and serves a general framework of modeling the homogeneous or heterogeneous route choice behavior of travelers.
Quantum teleportation of an arbitrary superposition of atomic states

Chen Qiong,Fang Xi-Ming,

中国物理 B , 2008,
Abstract: This paper proposes a scheme to teleport an arbitrary multi-particle two-level atomic state between two parties or an arbitrary zero- and one-photon entangled state of multi-mode between two high-$Q$ cavities in cavity QED. This scheme is based on the resonant interaction between atom and cavity and does not involve Bell-state measurement. It investigates the fidelity of this scheme and find out the case of this unity fidelity of this teleportation. Considering the practical case of the cavity decay, this paper finds that the condition of the unity fidelity is also valid and obtains the effect of the decay of the cavity on the successful probability of the teleportation.
Novel Design of Stacked Dual Layer Strip Lines FED Wideband Patch Antenna for Gnss Application
Xi Li;Yang Lin;Qiong Chen
PIER C , 2013, DOI: 10.2528/PIERC12110301
Abstract: This paper presents a novel design of stacked dual layer strip lines fed patch antenna. The wideband characteristics can be achieved by employing approximate L-probes coupling feeding schemes. Dual layer strip lines which are composed of one broadband 180° hybrid and two wideband 90° hybrids are introduced as feeding network in this design. As a result, the designed antenna has a 59.4% 10-dB input reflection coefficient bandwidth and 48.3% 3-dB axial ratio (AR) bandwidth relative to the center frequency respectively. The designed antenna occupies a compact size of 80 mm×80 mm×32 mm. The final antenna provides a very good circularly polarized radiation for Global Navigation Satellite System applications including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Compass.

Acta Crystallographica Section E , 2008, DOI: 10.1107/s1600536807062174
Abstract: In the title compound, C22H21ClN4O2S, the bicyclic triazolopyrimidine ring system is nearly planar, and oriented at dihedral angles of 89.45 (3)° with respect to the chlorobenzene ring and 87.03 (3)° with respect to the terminal phenyl ring. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked by π–π stacking interactions between the triazolopyrimidine rings [centroid–centroid distances of 3.88 (1) and 3.63 (1) ].
