Abstract: We study the strongly damped wave equations with critical nonlinearities. By choosing suitable state spaces, we prove sectorial property of the operator matrix \"\"?together with its adjoint operator, investigate the associated interpolation and extrapolation spaces, analysis the criticality of the nonlinearity with critical growth, and study the higher spatial regularity of the Y-regular solution by bootstrapping.

The Frequencies of Working with the Internet and Urban-Rural Wage Income Gap  [PDF]

Abstract: Based on the China Family Panel Study (CFPS) 2014, this paper studied the relationship between the frequencies of working with the Internet and the wage income gap between urban and rural areas. The study found that the frequencies of working with the Internet has a significant effect on wage income through separate analyses of urban and rural areas; the frequencies of working with the Internet has no significant effect on the wage income gap between urban and rural areas; when using quantile regression, the frequencies of working with the Internet still has no significant impact on the wage income gap between urban and rural areas except at the 75th quantile. These conclusions are different from the conclusions of direct comparison of regression coefficients. The FGLS method was used to solve the problem of heteroscedasticity in the urban subsample.

Abstract: The scientific and reasonable performance evaluation is advantageous to promote the comprehensive management level of engineering projects. Benefited from constrictive and fluctuant of wavelet transform and self-study, self-adjustment and nonlinear mapping functions of wavelet neural network (WNN), and based on the existing assessment method and the index system, the performance evaluation model of engineering project management is established. One company is taken as the study object for this model. Compared with the conventional method, the influence of human factor is eliminated, thus the objectivity of the measure results is increased. A satisfactory result is concluded, thus a new ap-proach is presented for engineering project management performance evaluation.
A Crosstalk between the Smad and JNK Signaling in the TGF-β-Induced Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition in Rat Peritoneal Mesothelial Cells

Abstract: Transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) induces the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) through the Smad and JNK signaling. However, it is unclear how these pathways interact in the TGF-β1-induced EMT in rat peritoneal mesothelial cells (RPMCs). Here, we show that inhibition of JNK activation by introducing the dominant-negative JNK1 gene attenuates the TGF-β1-down-regulated E-cadherin expression, and TGF-β1-up-regulated α-SMA, Collagen I, and PAI-1 expression, leading to the inhibition of EMT in primarily cultured RPMCs. Furthermore, TGF-β1 induces a bimodal JNK activation with peaks at 10 minutes and 12 hours post treatment in RPMCs. In addition, the inhibition of Smad3 activation by introducing a Smad3 mutant mitigates the TGF-β1-induced second wave, but not the first wave, of JNK1 activation in RPMCs. Moreover, the inhibition of JNK1 activation prevents the TGF-β1-induced Smad3 activation and nuclear translocation, and inhibition of the TGF-β1-induced second wave of JNK activation greatly reduced TGF-β1-induced EMT in RPMCs. These data indicate a crosstalk between the JNK1 and Samd3 pathways during the TGF-β1-induced EMT and fibrotic process in RPMCs. Therefore, our findings may provide new insights into understanding the regulation of the TGF-β1-related JNK and Smad signaling in the development of fibrosis.
Polymorphisms of the IGF1R gene and their genetic effects on chicken early growth and carcass traits

Abstract: The tree generated from the amino acid sequences of 15 species showed that the IGF1R gene was conservative in the whole evolution among the mammalian animals and chickens. In a total of 10,818 bp of sequence, 70 single nucleotide polymorphisms were identified in the chicken IGF1R gene. The allelic and genotypic frequency distribution, genetic diversity and linkage disequilibrium of 18 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the Xinghua and White Recessive Rock chickens showed that six of them were possibly associated with growth traits. Association analyses showed that the A17299834G SNP was significantly associated with chicken carcass body weight, eviscerated weight with giblets, eviscerated weight, body weights at 28, 35, and 56 d of age, leg length at 56 d of age, and daily weight gain at 0–4 weeks. The haplotypes of the A17307750G and A17307494G were associated with early growth traits. The haplotypes of the A17299834G and C17293932T were significantly associated with most of the early growth traits and carcass traits.There were rich polymorphisms in the chicken IGF1R gene. Several SNPs associated with chicken early growth traits and carcass traits were identified in the IGF1R gene by genetic diversity, linkage disequilibrium, and association analyses in the present study.The insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGFIR) is a membrane glycoprotein mediating most biological actions of IGF-1 and IGF-2, which have an important effect on chicken growth, carcass, and meat quality traits [1-3]. Abstract: 大鲵(Andrias davidianus)是我国特有的两栖动物, 由于栖息地破坏和人类过度捕杀等, 种群数量急剧下降, 被列为我国II类保护野生动物。为探索大鲵人工放流的有效方法, 实现野生大鲵资源增殖, 作者对2002–2008年间在湖南张家界大鲵国家级自然保护区内进行的大鲵人工放流活动与放流效果进行了评估, 并通过对放流点的隐蔽物、水质及饵料生物等生境特点的分析, 探讨影响放流成败的因素。该保护区内共在9处大鲵原栖息地进行了11次人工放流活动, 共放流各种规格大鲵995尾, 其中4次成功。成功放流的大鲵为1–4.5 kg的性成熟个体, 雌雄比在1:1和1:1.5之间, 成功放流点均有良好的后期管理措施, 如建立保护站, 补充饵料等。虽然所选择的多数放流点生境基本能满足大鲵生长和繁殖的要求, 但由于受水质、饵料或安全某一因素的制约, 野生大鲵资源增殖效果不明显, 导致放流失败。因此我们认为依据野生大鲵繁殖的生境特征标准, 科学选择放流地点, 选择性成熟的大鲵在春季放流, 并进行完善的后期跟踪保护, 可能是大鲵人工放流成功和实现资源增殖的有效途径。
Ultra Early Routine Post-Fibrinolysis Angioplasty Benefits More Patients with Acute ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction  [PDF]

Abstract: Objective: Evaluate whether early routine post-fibrinolysis angioplasty represents a reasonable reperfusion option for victims of ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), so that these patients could benefit more. Methods: A total of 936 STEMI patients were enrolled in this study to full Urokinase within 3 hours (h) followed by stenting within 3 - 12 h (Ultra early routine post-fibrinolysis angioplasty; 472 patients), or primary stenting within 12 h (primary angioplasty; 464 patints). The primary endpoints were the reperfusion time within 3 h and the incidence of no-reflow or slow-reflow. The secondary endpoints were the acute incidence of bleeding, the extent of myocardial damage, determined by the 6-month left ventricular function and the 3-year composite incidence of death, reinfarction, stroke, or revascularization. Results: Ultra early routine post-fibrinolysis angioplasty significantly increased the percentage of reperfusion treatment within 3 hours (P < 0.01). The primary angioplasty group resulted in higher frequency of no-reflow or slow-reflow (P < 0.01). Both groups were similar regarding major bleeding (P > 0.05). The 6-month left ventricular function of early routine post-fibrinolysis angioplasty group was better than primary angioplasty group. Both groups were similar regarding reinfarction, stroke or revascularization (P > 0.05), but the incidence of 3-year cumulative death is higher in the primary angioplasty group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Ultra early routine post-fibrinolysis angioplasty can significantly improve effective time window within effective reperfusion treatment percentage, results in better myocardial perfusion, lower no-reflow and preserving left ventricular function and the prognosis of patients with STEMI than primary angioplasty.

Objective: To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of PSDQ (Parenting Styles and Dimensions Questionnaire, PSDQ). Method: 443 parents of children aged 6 to 16 who lived in Chongqing were selected. .52 of them were retested 6 weeks later in order to assess the retest reliability. Determination of reliability included: internal consistency: to calculate Cronbach coefficient; coefficient of retest reliability: to calculate person correlation of results in every subscale in twice measurements of 52 parents. Determination of validity: content validity, structural validity, confirmatory factor analysis.
