Yuje Qin
Journal of Environmental Protection (JEP) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/jep.2013.41B006
Abstract: Water is the basis in ecological residential area. It is very important to recycle the water resource in the designing and planning of the ecological residential quarter due to the critical way to realize the wastewater resource utilization. In this paper, a new technology of wastewater treatment is introduced, which is ORGANICA ecotechnology. We integrate the traditional wastewater treatment technology and modern ecological engineering technology together and apply the integrated technology in the treatment of domestic sewage. The treated water can be reused for landscape and greening, which can beautify the residential area and recycle wastewater.
Steady-State Behavior of Semiconductor Laser Diodes Subject to Arbitrary Levels of External Optical Feedback  [PDF]
Qin Zou
Optics and Photonics Journal (OPJ) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/opj.2013.31021

This paper investigates the steady-state behavior of a semiconductor laser subject to arbitrary levels of external optical feedback by means of an iterative travelling-wave (ITW) model. Analytical expressions are developed based on an iterative equation. We show that, as in good agreement with previous work, in the weak-feedback regime of operation except for a phase shift the ITW model will be simplified to the Lang-Kobayashi (LK) model, and that in the case where this phase shift is equal to zero the ITW model is identical to the LK model. The present work is of use in particular for distinguishing the coherence-collapse regime from the strong-feedback regime where low-intensity-noise and narrow-linewidth laser operation would be possible at high feedback levels with re-stabilization of the compound laser system.

Defending Husserlian Phenomenology from Terry Eagleton’s Critique  [PDF]
Bailan Qin
Advances in Literary Study (ALS) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/als.2013.12003
Abstract: This article develops, illustrates, and defends Husserlian Phenomenology from a critique in Terry Eagleton’s Literary Theory: An Introduction second edition (1996). Husserlian Phenomenology is construed as a methodology of philosophical hunt for certainty and universal essences by pure perception through“phenomenological reduction”. Eagleton’s charge that Husserlian Phenomenology is a form of methodological idealism necessarily committed to a science of subjectivity and an imaginary solution to the world that leads to the sacrifice of human history. But Husserlian phenomenology insists that meaningful and potentially efficacious certainty must be connected to relevant entity and consciousness internal to the culture or social order at which the criticism is directed. Thus, to our defense, the complaint that phenomenological demand will likely limit actual historical backgroundwherecriticism is denied, and the ability of Husserlian Phenomenology to develop from pure phenomenon to unphenomenological thinking is defended and demonstrated.
Chinese Rural Bribery: The Plight of Rural Grass-Root Democratic Autonomy  [PDF]

Journal of Human Resource and Sustainability Studies (JHRSS) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/jhrss.2016.44032
Abstract: Rural autonomy is playing an important part in the rural grass-root democratic construction. Rural bribery is becoming one of the main barriers in new Socialist Countryside Construction, which gets the grass-root democratic autonomy in puzzledom. The paper is based on the experience of two different villages—G village in Inner Mongolia and Y village in Shanxi province, inducing and organizing the explanatory reasons and solving projects of rural bribery by researchers in recent years in doctrinal angle, discussed separately from the perspectives of institution study, economics and social capital theory. It tries to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various ways to establish a comprehensive governance framework for rural bribery.

Open Journal of Social Sciences (JSS) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/jss.2018.611012
Abstract: During the process of revitalizing the rural economy, rural tourism shows a vigorous development momentum, and the integration development of cultural industry and tourism industry is the sustainable way to realize the development of rural tourism economy. This paper first analyzes the motive force of the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry, and then on the basis of analyzing the particularity of the integration and development of cultural industry and tourism industry in rural areas, combined with the development cases of cultural tourism projects in rural areas all over the country, this paper summarizes five integration and development models. As the country’s largest folk tourism reception base-Rizhao City, its development status is representative, finally taking Fisherman Folk Tourism Village of Rizhao City as an example, the integration and development path of Fisherman village culture industry and tourism industry in Rizhao City is studied. At the basic level, it is necessary to mine cultural tourism resources. At the driving level, it is necessary to introduce social capital to use the original ecological development model to build a fisherman’s village. At the communication level, it is necessary to cultivate a cultural tourism consumer market, and government policy support is needed at the security level.

Risk Migration In Supply Chain Inventory Financing Service  [PDF]
Zheng Qin, Xiaochao Ding
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2011.42026
Abstract: Inventory financing affects the risks of both for banks and supply chain companies. Traditionally, supply chain research focus more on material flow than financial. We construct a supply chain financing risk-information migration model (RMM). In this model, we discussed the preconditions to adopt inventory financing when the enterprises are facing cash constraints. And we simulated the whole operate of supply chain and bank behavior with Matlab. The simulation result shows if loan conditions are satisfied, the total risk value is reduced. Risk migration happens in the financing process. In this process, information-risk proportions are more reasonable.
Joint Contract under Inequity Aversion  [PDF]
Guangxing WEI, Yanhong QIN
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2009, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2009.23018
Abstract: The standard contract theory adopts the traditional hypothesis of pure self-interest. However, a series of game experiments have proven that people are not any self-interest but also inequity averse. Then, how will the inequity aversion influence the optimal contract for multiple agents? This paper attempts to obtain new theoretical insights by incorporating inequity aversion into the standard frame of optimal contract design. The optimal contract under relatively weak inequity aversion is found to be the relative joint contract, by which payment to each independent agent increases with his own output and others’ and agents with higher output will be paid more, while what under strong, even very strong, inequity aversion is the egalitarian joint contract, by which payment to each independent agent is always equal and hence agents with lower output will not be paid less. Moreover, it is shown that the inequity aversion results in incen-tive efficiency losses as agents with inequity aversion will suffer disutility in face of unfair allocation. Consequently, the principal has to pay additional inequity rent and risk compensation for inequity aversion to the agents, which both are the incentive efficiency losses resulted from inequity aversion and have never been explored by the standard contract theory, besides information rent and risk compensation for asymmetric information, which both have been probed in the standard contract theory deeply. In this way, this paper designs the optimal contracts for multiple agents with more realistic assumptions and hence can explain real economic behaviors more properly.
Research on the Trust Model Based on the Groups’ Internal Recommendation in E-Commerce Environment  [PDF]
Nan REN, Qin LI
Journal of Software Engineering and Applications (JSEA) , 2009, DOI: 10.4236/jsea.2009.24036
Abstract: The trust plays an extremely important role in online shopping. In order to make online shopping trusty, this paper puts foreword a new trust model in e-commerce environment GIR-TM (Groups’ Internal Recommendation Trust Model). First, it regarded the network as a combination of groups, and then did the internal recommendation based on these groups. The GIR-TM, in the process of recommendation, distinguished clearly between the trust degrees of recommen-dation node and the trust degrees of recommended node, and then calculated the integrated credibility value of the recommended node according to the weight of recommendation node in the group, the partial trust degree and the de-gree of recommendation when the recommendation node recommends the recommended node, and the overall credibil-ity value of recommended node as well. Lastly through listing the experimental data and comparing with the HHRB-TM (History and Honest Recommendation Based Trust Model) on the same condition, it is verified that GIR-TM is feasible and effective.
