Abstract: In this Paper,according to Euler beam theory,Timoshenko beam theory and higher order beam theory,the inherent vibration characteristics of elastic beams are compared with that of composite laminated beams.The patterns of mode shapes are divided into two types,in one of the two types,the bending gradients are relatively more than the shear,in the other one,the shear gradients are more,and the latter type consists of several pure shear mode shapes.It is founded that many order frequencies and mode shapes related much to shear would not be obtained with the use of Timoshenko beam theory.On the basis of the above results,the applications of Euler beam theory,Timoshenko beam theory and beam theory based on warping corrections of shear deformation of cross sections to the analysis of elastic impact problems of beam structures are investigated and compared.Some conclusions are obtained that Euler beam theory can meet the requirements of impact analysis of practical beam structures when contact deformation is considered,and Timoshenko beam theory can meet the requirements of theoretical analysis of impact problems of beam structures,and beam theory based on warping corrections of shear deformation of cross sections by Zhu Dechao is essential to the static and dynamic analysis of composite laminated structures.However,according to the results obtained here,some causes why the delamination occurs and the intensity becomes lower greatly when the composite laminates are subjected to impact with lower velocity can be found out.
The Solution of Binary Nonlinear Operator Equations with Applications  [PDF]

In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of solution systems for some binary nonlinear operator equations are discussed by using cone and partially order theory and monotone iteration theory, and the iterative sequences which converge to solution of operator equations and error estimates for iterative sequences are also given. Some corresponding results are improved and generalized. Finally, the applications of our results are given.

A Summary of Optimal Methods for the Planning of Stand-alone Microgrid System  [PDF]

This paper describes the characteristics and optimal methods for the planning of stand-alone microgrid system, in order to improve the power supply reliability, increase the coefficient of utilization of renewable energy and reduce the cost of investment and operation. Next, the problems in the optimal planning for a stand-alone microgrid system are summarized, including the unique operational control targets, the flexible combination approaches and the operation strategies of distributed generation energy supply system, and the special requirements of the reliability of power supply quality factor from the different users. And then, centering on the operational control and the advanced energy management strategy, the optimal mathematical models and the solving methods, the reliability assessment approaches and the improvement measures of a stand-alone microgrid system, an overview of the general situation of the recent research at home and abroad and the limitations of the study are summarized. Finally, several problems, existing in the optimal planning of stand-alone microgrid system, to be urgently solved, are put forward.

An Empirical Analysis of the Influence of Regional Subsidy on Enterprise Value  [PDF]

Abstract: Based on the local listed companies in pharmaceutical industry as samples, this article inspects the influence of regional subsidies on the industries and the companies in it. The results show that the regional subsidies have no positive effects on the cross-regional enterprises whereas the support promotes the value of local enterprises. Guided by the composition of the market value, this article researches the reasons from the perspective of profit and development capacity. This article finds that the regional subsidies have no intensive strength to the R & D (Research and Development) capacity in the cross-regional enterprises and the relationship between the regional subsidies and the operating profits behaves completely different among cross-regional enterprises and local enterprises. Based on the empirical analysis, this article concludes that the effects of regional subsidies behave completely different among the cross-regional enterprises and the local enterprises, which can be explained by the short-time and long-time analysis.
Oscillation of Davydov Solitons in Three Wells  [PDF]

Abstract: In this work, we propose a model of oscillation of Davydov solitons in three wells. It can be used as a mathematical and physical frame in simulation of circle of some nonlinear oscillation of excitations via acupuncture system. The calculation shows that this sort of oscillation is possible if the initial rate of average occupational number of the quasi-particles in the wells is not equal to zero. One of oscillations arising relies on the initial rate of average occupational number of quasi-particles to be equal with each other within three wells. Then, the oscillation is not a kind of Josephson oscillation and has complicated frequency distributions. However, the total behavior of oscillation played is similar to three big solitons concentrated in three wells. In this sense, this model generally reveals a sort of oscillation mechanism of the acupuncture system how to work in the body, which allows us to understand the oscillation that may be one of fundamental natures in the acupuncture system.

Returnee Managers and Enterprise Innovation Performance—Based on the Corporate Risk-Taking  [PDF]

This paper uses the data of 224 Chinese listed companies from 2007 to 2017 to study the relationship between returnee managers, risk-taking and corporate innovation performance. The research results show that the returnee managers are significantly positively correlated with the innovation performance of the enterprise; the returnee managers are positively related to the enterprise risk-taking; the risk-taking is the mediator of the returnee managers and the innovation performance of the enterprises.

Effects of oligochaete reactor on treating the discharged excess sludge

Abstract: A new worm-reactor, consisting of free-swimming and sessile worm growing sections, was developed to be habitat for worm stable growth. Two bench worm reactors were used to treat the discharged excess sludge, and comparison experiments were carried out to investigate the sludge reduction with oligochaetes. Tubificidae was selected and inoculated in the start-up phase of Reactor 1 operation, and Reactor 2 was as the control. Tubificidae was present in Reactor 1 throughout the operation period after its inoculation, and mainly attached on the carriers and aggregated on the bottom of the worm-reactor. Free-swimming worms such as Aeolosoma, Aulophorus and Nais were found in both reactors since the 35 th day. Microscopic investigation showed that these free-swimming worms naturally produced in the pilot activated sludge system and then came into worm reactors along with the discharged excess sludge. Results clearly showed that the average sludge reduction in Reactor 1 was 57%, much higher than that in the control, but the presence of Tubificidae was much better than free-swimming worms for sludge reduction. The characteristics of sludge settling was improved by presence of both Tubificidae and free-swimming worms. High ammonia nitrogen concentration in influent was toxic to worms, and then limited worm growth. The growth of oligochaetes growth had little impact on the nitrification process, but resulted in somewhat release of nitrogen and phosphorus into effluent.

Abstract: The abuse and overuse of antibiotics lead to increasing bacterial resistance to actibiotics and extensive dissemination of resistance. As a reservoir for antibiotic resistance bacteria (ARB) and antibiotic resistance gene (ARG), the effluent and biosolids of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are the important contamination sources for the antibiotic resistance dissemination. Meanwhile, WWTPs play an important role in controlling of resistance dissemination. The purpose of this paper is to summarize pollution status of antibiotic resistance in the aquatic environment, to thoroughly review the advances of removing ARB and ARG during WWTP treating processes, and to propose the future research direction.
