Abstract: Nowadays, the development of digital technology profoundly influences people’s consumption patterns around the world. And the progress of cultural creative industry has already brought considerable profits to many countries. So how to develop cultural creative industry with proper policy of science and technology has become a highly focused issue in many countries. This paper focuses on the 3-D Puppet Play which launched by the Taiwan PILI international corporation and tries to explore appropriate ways to make good use of the collaboration between industry-government-academy in order to achieve the value of creative industry. Furthermore, by using this example, the process of tools selection and roles transition of the government in the cooperation, and the theory framework will also be discussed. And all these findings will be a great contribution to the future cross-border cooperation and help to make proper policy of science and technology for cultural creative industry.
Information Potential Fields Navigation in Wireless Ad-Hoc Sensor Networks

Abstract: As wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are increasingly being deployed in some important applications, it becomes imperative that we consider application requirements in in-network processes. We intend to use a WSN to aid information querying and navigation within a dynamic and real-time environment. We propose a novel method that relies on the heat diffusion equation to finish the navigation process conveniently and easily. From the perspective of theoretical analysis, our proposed work holds the lower constraint condition. We use multiple scales to reach the goal of accurate navigation. We present a multi-scale gradient descent method to satisfy users’ requirements in WSNs. Formula derivations and simulations show that the method is accurately and efficiently able to solve typical sensor network configuration information navigation problems. Simultaneously, the structure of heat diffusion equation allows more flexibility and adaptability in searching algorithm designs.

Abstract: For knowing the present status and development trends of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in China, the paper uses patent analysis method to carry out quantitative and qualitative research based on technology life cycle theory. The research concludes that China’s UAV technology has been in the period of growth stage with large development potential and an increasingly number of technology fields are springing up. But some problems, such as low percentage of invention patent, single type of innovation subject, weakness of innovation ability and imbalance in development of different region, still exist. In order to promote the equalization, standardization and internationalization of UAV industry, the paper puts forward some recommendations.
A New Approach to the Approximation of Common Fixed Points of an Infinite Family of Relatively Quasinonexpansive Mappings with Applications

Abstract: By using a specific way of choosing the indexes, we propose an iteration algorithm generated by the monotone CQ method for approximating common fixed points of an infinite family of relatively quasinonexpansive mappings. A strong convergence theorem without the stronger assumptions of the AKTT condition and the ∗AKTT condition imposed on the involved mappings is established in the framework of Banach space. As application, an iterative solution to a system of equilibrium problems is studied. The result is more applicable than those of other authors with related interest.
Towards classifying species in systems biology papers using text mining

Abstract: Ablation experiments were conducted on a large gold standard corpus of 10,000 abstracts and full papers containing data on three model organisms (fly, mouse and yeast). Among the eight learner models tested, the best model achieved an F-score of 97.1% for fly, 88.6% for mouse and 85.5% for yeast using a variety of features that included gene name, organism frequency, MeSH headings and term-species associations. We noted that term-species associations were particularly effective in improving classification performance. The benefit of using full text articles over abstracts was consistently observed across all three organisms.By comparing various learner algorithms and features we presented an optimized system that automatically detects the major focus organism in full text articles for fly, mouse and yeast. We believe the method will be extensible to other organism types.In recent years high throughput methods have led to a massive expansion in the free text literature on molecular biology. Automated text mining has developed as an application technology for formalizing this wealth of results into structured database entries. As has been well reported, unstructured knowledge in free texts is inconvenient and hard to share, organize, and acquire. The use of databases as stores of knowledge has made it much easier for biologists and other life scientists to keep up to date with new discoveries. Yeh et al. [1] outline two purposes for databases. The first one is as a place for experts to consolidate data, often including DNA sequence information, about a single organism or a single class of organisms. The second is to make the information searchable by using a variety of automated techniques. Biological experiments are yielding more and more results that can be formalized by registering them in databases such as MGD (Mouse Genome Database) [2], FlyBase [3], DictyDb [4], and Wormpep [5]. Study on Preparation and Property of CaCO3-filled SF/PVA Blend Films

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the poor binding capacity, forming the aggregate easily between the surface of calcium carbonate powder and SF/PVA blend system, causing the dispersion inhomogeneous in the organic blending system. The CaCO3-filled SF/PVA blend films were prepared by blending solution with CaCO3 treated with titanate coupling agent. According to IR, the introduction of titanate coupling agent was indeed to crosslink the CaCO3 with PVA and SF. DSC showed that the compatibility of each component of blend films had obviously changed by adding of glycerin. When the content of calcium carbonate was 5wt%, the improving of the tensile strength, elongation at break mechanical properties and the stability of wet of blend films had obvious effect. In addition, when the content of titanate coupling agent was 0.3wt%, the blend films exhibited a breaking strength of 45.26Mpa and 832.78% elongation at break, dissolve-loss rates were 2.88%. After the content of titanate coupling agent increased, the mechanical properties decreased and dissolve-loss rates increased gradually.
