The Empirical Research of the Influence of Leadership Positive Emotion on Counterproductive Work Behavior  [PDF]

Abstract: Leader’s emotion is one of the most influential factors of employee behavior in the workplace. The expression or of a leader’s positive emotion can directly or indirectly affect the employee’s work performance, especially the employee’s Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB). This paper systematically explains the internal mechanism how the leader’s positive emotion affects employees’ CWB through experimental methods, and uses the Emotions As Social Information Modle (EASI) to analyze and explain the research results. Finally, this study exposes the inner psychological process of Leader’s positive emotion affecting employees’ CWB through their own positive emotions, proving the moderating effect of leadership justice in this process, and this study enriches the results of the research field of CWB.

Abstract: Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have attracted considerable attention in recent years due to the possibility of low-cost conversion of photovoltaic energy. The DSSCs-based ruthenium complexes as sensitizers show high efficiency and excellent stability, implying potential practical applications. This review focuses on recent advances in design and preparation of efficient ruthenium sensitizers and their applications in DSSCs, including thiocyanate ruthenium sensitizers and thiocyanate-free ruthenium sensitizers.
Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine promotes the unification of human medicine

Abstract: "nThere are two mutually supportive systems in medical profession: modern medicines and traditional medicine. The current status is that although the modern medicine occupies the major position in healthcare system, the therapeutic effect of traditional medicines should not be omitted. If all of them merged and unified as one, it will be beneficial to the development of human medicine. In this paper, the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern medicine was exemplified to elucidate the mutual complements, mutual benefits of traditional medicines and modern medicine to maintain the unification of human medicine via the development of molecular biology, cytology etc. We believed that TCM theory may share the same mechanism with western medicine at some extent which need to be explored in the future research. In our point of view, although the road may twist and turn, the results are promising.

Par La carte et le territoire, Michel Houellebecq nous invite à réfléchir avec lui sur la raison d’être de l’homme moderne dans la société de consommation. Au travers de son personnage principal, Houellebecq nous fait découvrir la situation existentielle de l’homme. Dans une société soumise au règne de l’argent et la vitesse de consommation, l’apathie et l’indifférence de Jed sont aussi les n tres. Abstract: Lehmer's conjecture for Ramanujan's tau function says that $\tau(n) \neq 0$ for all $n$. In this paper, we generalize D. H. Lehmer's result to give a sufficient condition for level one cusp forms $f$ such that the smallest $n$ for which the Fourier coefficients $a_n(f)=0$ must be a prime. For the unique cusp form $\Delta_{k}$ of level one and weight k with $k=16, 20, 22$, we achieve a large bound $B_k$ of $n$ such that $a_n(\Delta_k)\ne0$ for all $n

The process of changing the channel associated with the current connection while a call is in progress is under consideration. The estimation of dropping rate in handover process of a one dimensional traffic system is discussed. To reduce the sample size of simulation, dropping calls at base station is considered as rare event and simulated with importance sampling - one of rare event simulation approaches. The simulation results suggest the sample size can be tremendously reduced by using importance sampling.

Ad Hoc On-Demand Multipath Distance Vector Routing Protocol Based on Node State  [PDF]

To improve the performance of Ad hoc on-demand multipath distance vector (AOMDV) protocol, we proposed NS-AOMDV which is short for “AOMDV based on node state”. In NS-AOMDV, we introduce node state to improve AOMDV’s performance in selecting main path. In route discovery process, the routing update rule calculates the node weight of each path and sorts the path weight by descending value in route list, and we choose the path which has the largest path weight for data transmission. NS-AOMDV also uses the technology of route request (RREQ) packet delay forwarding and energy threshold to ease network congestion, limit the RREQ broadcast storm, and avoid low energy nodes to participate in the establishment of the path. The results of simulation show that NS-AOMDV can effectively improve the networks’packets delivery rate, throughput and normalized routing overhead in the situation of dynamic network topology and heavy load.

Abstract: Streptococcus iniae (S. iniae) is a major pathogen that is capable of resulting severe economic loss to cultured fish. Steadily iron availability from micro-environment is an important virulence factor for pathogens, and S. iniae encodes the iron-transporter MtsABC to accomplish heme utilization, but very little was known about the mechanisms involved in regulating and maintaining iron balance in S. iniae. In this study, the role of a putative iron-dependent transcriptional regulator MtsR was investigated, and the results showed that MtsR regulated the expression of iron-transport mtsABC to control iron homeostasis in S. iniae.

Abstract: A oilfield was an oil reservoir with strong bottom water in offshore, the water cut was as high as 96%. In the high water cut stage, the most effective way of increasing oil production was to extract liquid and increase oil. The processing capacity of oilfield fluid was limited by the conditions. By using Petrel-RE-2017 software, combining reservoir engineering and percolation mechanics methods, this paper analyzes the effect of large-scale liquid pumping, expand coverage and shut-in coning in oil reservoirs with bottom water, and formulates the adjustment strategy of single well production structure of the whole oilfield. It was confirmed that large-scale liquid production can expand coverage and shutting down well can reduce water cut. It can provide reference and guidance for oil field with strong bottom water when it encounters bottleneck of liquid treatment capacity.
The Residual Potential of Bottom Water Reservoir Based upon Genetic Algorithm for the Relative Permeability Inversion  [PDF]

Abstract: X oilfield has successfully adopted horizontal wells to develop strong bottom water reservoirs, as a typical representative of development styles in the Bohai offshore oilfield. At present, many contributions to methods of inverting relative permeability curve and forecasting residual recoverable reserves had been made by investigators, but rarely involved in horizontal wells’ in bottom water reservoir. As the pore volume injected was less (usually under 30 PV), the relative permeability curve endpoint had become a serious distortion. That caused a certain deviation in forecasting residual recoverable reserves in the practical value of field directly. For the performance of water cresting, the common method existed some problems, such as no pertinence, ineffectiveness and less affecting factors considered. This paper adopts the streamlines theory with two phases flowing to solve that. Meanwhile, based on the research coupling genetic algorithm, optimized relative permeability curve was calculated by bottom-water drive model. The residual oil saturation calculated was lower than the initial’s, and the hydrophilic property was more reinforced, due to improving the pore volume injected vastly. Also, the study finally helped us enhance residual recoverable reserves degree at high water cut stage, more than 20%, taking Guantao sandstone as an example. As oil field being gradually entering high water cut stage, this method had a great significance to evaluate the development effect and guide the potential of the reservoir.
