Abstract: In the actual traffic control engineering, the traffic flow assignment needs a precise quantitative index so as to offer specific flow rate or signal lights control. However, little work has been done to give accurate calculation of flow distribution model. In order to lay an accurate flow asssignment for intelligent transport management, this paper presented a new approach. It applied the network equilibrium theory into dynamic traffic flow assignment and used leaky bucket controller and network calculus. The traffic flow rate distribution and path delay was exchanged to be a series of mathematical operations. Finally the method used simple greedy algorithm to balance traffic delay and got traffic assignment. The simulation results manifest that the model can not only solve congestion, but also reduce average delay of every path, it can extremely improve the traffic capacity of road network.
VASP Activation via the Gα13/RhoA/PKA Pathway Mediates Cucurbitacin-B-Induced Actin Aggregation and Cofilin-Actin Rod Formation

Abstract: Cucurbitacin B (CuB), a potent antineoplastic agent of cucurbitacin triterpenoids, induces rapid disruption of actin cytoskeleton and aberrant cell cycle inhibiting carcinogenesis. However, the underlying molecular mechanism of such anticancer effects remains incompletely understood. In this study, we showed that CuB treatment rapidly induced vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) phosphorylation (i.e. activation) at the Ser157 residue and generated VASP clumps which were co-localized with amorphous actin aggregates prior to the formation of highly-ordered cofilin-actin rods in melanoma cells. Knockdown of VASP or inhibition of VASP activation using PKA-specific inhibitor H89 suppressed CuB-induced VASP activation, actin aggregation and cofilin-actin rod formation. The VASP activation was mediated by cAMP-independent PKA activation as CuB decreased the levels of cAMP while MDL12330A, an inhibitor of adenylyl cyclase, had weak effect on VASP activation. Knockdown of either Gα13 or RhoA not only suppressed VASP activation, but also ameliorated CuB-induced actin aggregation and abrogated cofilin-actin rod formation. Collectively, our studies highlighted that the CuB-induced actin aggregation and cofilin-actin rod formation was mediated via the Gα13/RhoA/PKA/VASP pathway.
Influence of Fe-B pairs on minority carrier lifetime,trapping density and internal quantum efficiency in mono-crystal Si solar cells

Abstract: Solar-grade p-type Czochralski silicon wafers are doped with phosphorus by single-face and double-face diffusions, and the influence of Fe-B pairs on the minority carrier lifetime, the trapping centers density and the internal quantum efficiency (IQE) of cells (fabricated from the wafers) is analyzed by measuring microwave-detected photo-conductance decay minority carrier lifetime. In the doped wafers with single-face diffusion, the minority carrier lifetime is determined mainly by the density distribution of Fe-B pairs. However, in the doped wafers with double-face diffusion, the minority carrier lifetime is less influenced by the concentration distribution of Fe-B pairs than by other impurities and defects. Numerical calculation based on the combination of the transient voltage signal and the trapping model indicates that the density of trapping centers is reduced by either of diffusion process. On the other hand, detailed analysis of selected specific spots in one wafer with single-face diffusion shows that Fe-B pairs are not the major factor influencing the density of trapping centers. The wafers with different diffusion processes are fabricated into c-Si solar cells and the IQE is measured by using a light beam induced current. The results show that the IQEs of cells with double-face diffusion are higher than those with single-face diffusion, which demonstrates the negative effect of Fe-B pairs on the IQE of solar cells.

Abstract: We report on the observation of ultracold ground electric-state cesium molecules produced directly in a magneto- optical trap with a good signal-to-noise ratio. These molecules arise from the photoassociation of magneto-optical trap lasers and they are detected by resonantly enhanced multiphoton ionization technology. The production rate of ultracold cesium molecules is up to 4×104 s-1. We measure the characteristic time of the ground electric-state cesium molecules generated in the experiment and investigate the Cs2+ molecular ion intensity as a function of the trapping laser intensity and the ionization pulse laser energy. We conclude that the production of cold cesium molecules may be enhanced by using appropriate experimental parameters, which is useful for future experiments involving the production and trapping of ultracold ground electric-state molecules.

Abstract: 从南黄海采集沉积物样品19份,共分离到74个丝孢菌分离物。除22个青霉属菌株未鉴定至种外,其余经鉴定属于18属20种。其中包括1个中国新记录属Devriesia;2个中国新记录种Devriesia pseudoamericana、Scedosporium dehoogii;其余18种为中国已知种。对中国新记录属种进行形态学描述和基于ITS序列的分子生物学分析,对18个国内已报道种则只作分布和生境的引证。所有菌种均保存在中国海洋大学海洋生物标本室(OUCMB)。

Abstract: 【目的】探讨冠心病患者脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白各个指标尤其是 LDL-C 与 HDL-C、apoA1 与 apoB100的相关性,以及各个指标及比值与冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。【方法】选取2013-2014年在中山大学附属第三医院住院接受PCI术的冠心病患者301例,入院后检测患者术前空腹血脂(包括TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、 apoA1、apoB100),用 Gensini 评分表示冠脉病变严重程度。根据 Gensini 评分结果将患者分为 A 组(<50 分,153 例)与 B 组(≥50 分,148 例)。【结果】线性相关分析结果显示,LDL-C 与 HDL-C(r=0.161,P=0.005)、apoA1 与 apoB100(r=0.358,P<0.001)、apoA1与HDL-C(r=0.526,P<0.001)、apoB100与LDL-C(r=0.487,P<0.001)、apoA1与 LDL-C(r=0.178,P=0.002)均存在正相关关系,apoB100与HDL-C无相关性。LDL-C、HDL-C、TC均与Gensini评分无相关性,LDL-C/HDL-C 比值与 Gensini 评分呈正相关(r=0.148,P=0.01)。apoA1 与 Gensini 评分呈负相关(r=-0.129,P=0.025),apoB100 及 apoB100/apoA1 比值与 Gensini 评分无相关性。经多因素分析校正后,LDL-C/ HDL-C 与 Gensini 评分仍呈正相关(β=5.071,P=0.018)。【结论】在冠心病患者中,LDL-C 与 HDL-C、apoA1 与 apoB100有一定相关性,但LDL-C与HDL-C的相关度较弱。LDL-C/HDL-C比值与冠脉病变严重程度存在较弱的正相关,是冠脉病变的危险因素,而apoA1则与其呈负相关,发挥保护作用

Bone morphogenetic protein-15 in follicle fluid combined with age may differentiate between successful and unsuccessful poor ovarian responders

Abstract: Background The counselling of poor ovarian responders about the probability of pregnancy remains a puzzle for gynaecologists. The aim of this study was to optimise the management of poor responders by investigating the role of the oocyte-derived factor bone morphogenetic protein-15 (BMP-15) combined with chronological age in the prediction of the outcome of in-vitro fertilisation-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in poor responders. Methods A retrospective study conducted in a university hospital. A total of 207 poor ovarian responders who reached the ovum pick-up stage undergoing IVF/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) with three or fewer follicles no less than 14 mm on the day of oocyte retrieval were recruited from July 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009. Another 215 coinstantaneous cycles with normal responses were selected as controls. The BMP-15 levels in the follicular fluid (FF) of the 207 poor responders were analysed by western blot. Based on the FF BMP-15 level and age, poor responders were sub-divided into four groups. The main outcome measures were the FF BMP-15 level, implantation rate, pregnancy rate, and live birth rate. Results The implantation rate (24.2% vs. 15.3%), chemical pregnancy rate (40% vs. 23.7%), clinical pregnancy rate (36.5% vs. 20.4%) and live birth rate (29.4% vs. 15.1%) in the high BMP-15 group were significantly higher than those in the low BMP-15 group. Furthermore, poor responders aged less than or equal to 35 years with a higher FF BMP-15 level had the best implantation, pregnancy and live birth rates, which were comparable with those of normal responders. Conclusions Our study suggests a potential role of BMP-15 in the prediction of the IVF outcome. A high FF BMP-15 combined with an age less than or equal to 35 years may be used as a potential indicator for repeating IVF cycles in poor ovarian responders.
Current-induced spin wave excitation in Pt|YIG bilayer

Abstract: We develop a self-consistent theory for current-induced spin wave excitations in normal metal-magnetic insulator bilayer systems, thereby establishing the relation between spin wave excitation and the experimentally controlled parameters. We fully take into account the complex spin wave spectrum including dipolar interactions and surface anisotropy as well as the spin-pumping at the interface. Our results focus on the mode-dependent power close to the critical currents for spin wave excitation. The major findings are (a) the spin transfer torque can excite different spin-wave modes simultaneously; (b) spin pumping counterbalances spin-transfer torque and affects the surface modes more than the bulk modes; (c) spin pumping inhibits high frequency spin-wave modes, thereby redshifting the excitation spectrum. We can get agreement with experiments on yttrium iron garnet|platinum bilayers by postulating the existence of surface anisotropy modes.
