Abstract: Currently, that individual use housing mortgage loans to buy houses has become a hot topic, and residents are very concerned about the debt repayment ways of individual housing mortgage loans. In this paper, using the time value of money principle, we establish equal principal and interest repayment model. Furthermore we test its validation and illustrate its specific application with an example in the economic life.

Abstract: It is well known that the Consumer Price Index (CPI), as a Laspeyrestype index, attempts to measure the average change in the prices paid by urban consumers for a fixed market of goods and services, and new samples for most item categories are routinely introduced over time to keep the CPI sample representative of consumer spending patterns. The CPI normally overstates the true rate of increase of the cost of living. In this paper, our main objective is to propose a new measurement in the CPI which combines with the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This new method will make the bias effectively decreased.

Abstract: In this paper, a Gauss-Newton-based Broyden’s class method for parameters of regression problems is presented. The global convergence of this given method will be established under suitable conditions. Numerical results show that the proposed method is interesting.

Abstract: A hybrid method of the Polak-Ribière-Polyak (PRP) method and the Wei-Yao-Liu (WYL) method is proposed for unconstrained optimization pro- blems, which possesses the following properties: i) This method inherits an important property of the well known PRP method: the tendency to turn towards the steepest descent direction if a small step is generated away from the solution, preventing a sequence of tiny steps from happening; ii) The scalar holds automatically; iii) The global convergence with some line search rule is established for nonconvex functions. Numerical results show that the method is effective for the test problems.

Abstract: The logistic model is frequently used to describe the nonlinear relationship between systemic arterial pressure (SAP) and carotid sinus pressure (CSP). In this paper, we propose using maximum gain and saturation as parameters in the logistic model. By this method, the estimates and standard errors together with confidence intervals for maximum gain and saturation are direct outputs from the curve fitting, which also makes it easy to perform various hypotheses testing on these quantities. The method is illustrated by real life data from a study on the carotid baroreflex function during infusion of sodium nitroprusside, in which seven healthy, young men who were clinically proved to be free from any disease were studied. Their heart rate, arterial blood pressure and central venous pressure were measured. Neck pressure and neck suction protocol was carried out to selectively elicit changes in CSP and the responsiveness of SAP. Data were analyzed and compare before and after nitroprusside infusion. Our results showed that nitroprusside significantly decreased arterial blood pressure and central venous pressure, and significantly increased heart rate, and significantly augmented maximum gain of the carotid baroreflex function.

In this paper, taking the concept of sustainable development into the GDP accounting system, we try to build a simple green GDP which associates economic growth with people's welfare and environmental factors, so that it can better reflect connotation and essence of the economic development.

Abstract: Frequent occurrence of various food safety incidences raised questions among all circles about the validity of food quality safety market admittance system. Therefore, exploring the validity of the system and finding out the mentality of its scientific development is a problem to solve. From the perspective of cost and benefit in food production enterprises, a questionnaire survey was administrated in certain city and statistical analysis was applied to results in the article. The authors summarized the characteristics, effects and problems in the implementation of the system and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis.

Double-Acting Sleeve Muscle Actuator for Bio-Robotic Systems

Abstract: This paper presents a new type of muscle-like actuator, namely double-acting (DA) sleeve muscle actuator, which is suitable for the actuation of biologically-inspired and biomedical robotic systems, especially those serving human-assistance purposes (prostheses, orthoses, etc.). Developed based on the traditional pneumatic muscle actuator, the new DA sleeve muscle incorporates a unique insert at the center. With the insert occupying the central portion of the internal volume, this new actuator enjoys multiple advantages relative to the traditional pneumatic muscle, including a consistent increase of force capacity over the entire range of motion, and a significant decrease of energy consumption in operation. Furthermore, the insert encompasses an additional chamber, which generates an extension force when pressurized. As such, this new actuator provides a unique bi-directional actuation capability, and, thus, has a potential to significantly simplify the design of a muscle actuator-powered robotic system. To demonstrate this new actuator concept, a prototype has been designed and fabricated, and experiments conducted on this prototype demonstrated the enhanced force capacity and the unique bi-directional actuation capability.
Two-particle correlations in pp and Pb-Pb collisions with ALICE

Abstract: The measurement of azimuthal correlations between two particles is a powerful tool to investigate the properties of strongly-interacting nuclear matter created in ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions. We present measurements of di-hadron correlations in azimuth angle and pseudorapidity in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 2.76 \tev$ and photon-hadron correlations in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 7 \tev$ with the ALICE detector, respectively. In di-hadron correlations, the near-side jet shape in the short-range correlation region is quantitatively analyzed at $\ptt < 8 \gmom$, and the modification of jet-particle yield, $I_{\rm AA}$ and $I_{\rm CP}$, is measured at $8 < \ptt < 15 \gmom$. In photon-hadron correlations, isolated leading photon and associated hadrons in its opposite azimuthal direction correlations are used to estimate the jet fragmentation function via the imbalance parameter, $x_{\rm E} \equiv -\frac{\vec{p}_{\rm T}^{\gamma}\cdot\vec{p}_{\rm T}^{\rm h^{\pm}}}{|\vec{p}_{\rm T}^{\gamma}|^{2}}$.
