Abstract: 从黄河源头下游8县区采集的24份土壤样品中分离得到19属34种暗色丝孢真菌,其中长孢齿梗孢Scolecobasidium longisporum和戈壁维罗纳霉Veronaea gobica为两个新种,芦竹节菱孢Arthrinium arundinis为一个新组合名称,并对灰色瓶霉Phialophora cinerescens进行了补充描述。对该地区31个中国已知种亦作了标本引证。所研究真菌的干制培养物及活菌种保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。

Abstract: Eight species in the genus Scolecobasidium were identified from soil samples collected in the source areas of Yangtse River and Yellow River. Among them, S. chinense and S. qinghaiense were described as new species, S. dendroides was a new record for China. All specimens (dried cultures) and living cultures studied were deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP).

Abstract: Twelve genera of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes were isolated from thirty-five samples which were collected from five ecosystem-types of the middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River of Tibet. The population dominance index, Shannon-Wiener index, evenness, niche breadth and community similarity were used to analyze the diversity and eco-niche of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes in five ecosystem-types. The results showed that the amount and species (at generic level) distribution of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes had an obvious variability in different ecosystem-types. The diversity index of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes of farmland was the highest and the evenness was also higher while the diversity index of shelter-belt was the lowest and the evenness was the lowest too. The analysis of the fungal community similarity between different ecosystem-types showed that farmland soil and shelter-belt soil had the highest similarity, indicating that the soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes in this two ecosystem-types had more common species. The similarity coefficient of the fungi between wetland soil and urban garden soil was the lowest. The results of niche breadth analysis indicated that species of Paecilomyces, Volutella, Aspergillus and Penicillium had wider niche breadth and wider adaptability. While Beauveria and Metarhizium had narrower niche breadth and narrower adaptability.

Abstract: 从秦岭太白山南、北坡采集的40个土壤样品中分离纯化得到土壤淡色丝孢真菌16属,利用物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀度、生态位宽度及生态位重叠等指标对太白山南、北坡不同林带土壤淡色丝孢真菌的群落结构进行了研究.结果表明:土壤淡色丝孢菌各物种在南、北坡各林带中的分布具有明显的环境梯度格局.海拔和植物林带类型是决定太白山土壤淡色丝孢菌分布的主要因素.淡色丝孢真菌物种丰富度和多样性指数随着海拔的升高呈明显降低的趋势;群落的均匀度随海拔的升高呈一定的升高趋势,但规律不明显.对淡色丝孢菌各物种的生态位研究结果表明,太白山南、北坡青霉属、曲霉属、轮枝孢属、拟青霉属、枝顶孢属等物种生态位宽度值较大,与其他各属的生态位重叠较高,说明上述各属真菌在太白山南、北坡分布较广泛.而单端孢属、粘帚霉属、绿僵菌属的生态位宽度较窄,与其他各属的生态位重叠较小,说明这些属的真菌分布受海拔高度及植被类型的影响较大,仅在某些特殊林带中出现.

Abstract: One hundred and eight isolates of soil dematiaceous hyphomycetes belonging to 15 genera were found from 59 soil samples collected in central and western of Qaidam Basin covered with desert, gobi, swamp and town-oasis. Abstract: 飞机运动为非线性形式且扰动有可能极大,在变化较大飞行范围内使用常规飞控系统控制这种对象会产生误差.阐述一种逐点线性化后退区间优化控制(RHO)算法,有效解决小迎角范围内飞机仿射非线性运动控制问题.首先根据飞机仿射非线性运动方程特点,提出采用逐点线性化方法,在采样点上将仿射非线性方程变为时变线性方程,以此为控制对象提出RHO控制概念,并进一步推导出两个微分Riccati(DRE)方程,分析了DRE的解法,从而计算出在线控制指令.最后结合国内某型号飞机气动数据对此算法进行了仿真,证实算法的可行性和实时性.

Abstract: Conventional linear flight control systems do not satisfy nonlinear control requirement of aircraft with thrust vector, which is a multiple control redundances and nonlinear MIMO system. To control an aircraft with thrust vector, an algorithm of LSPRHO(linearization method at sampling point && receding horizon optimal control) is set forth. Firstly, actuators, flight quality models and the approximate linear equations at sampling points can be effectively combined into an augmented time-invariant linear system, then LSPRHO takes errors and error rates between fly-states and model-states, actuators position limit and rate limit as optimal index. Based on the above deductions and the optimization technique, the control input for aircraft can be determined to make fly-states to track the state commands. The algorithm is proved to be robust and stable by simulations with air dynamic data of certain native aircrafts.

Abstract: Objective] The aim of this study was to screen acetylesterase-producing strain and to investigate its characteristics. Methods] Anaerobic culture technique was used in screening and acclimatization of strain, and alkali lignin was a sole carbon source. The strain was identified by analyzing the sequence of 16S rDNA, Gram staining, Eosin Methylene Blue test, Methyl red test, and citrate utilization test. Acetylesterase was determined by ethyl p-nitrobenzoate. Results] Acetylesterase-producing strain RB1 was isolated from rumen fluid of beef. It was identified as Escherichia coli. The growth curve showed that 0?42 h was lag phase, 42?60 h was log phase, 60?66 h was stationary phase, and 66?86 h was death phase. The optimum temperature for the acetylesterase was 40 °C, and the optimum pH was 8.0. The highest enzyme activity was 0.52 U/mL under optimum temperature and pH, and corn stover powder as a carbon source. Conclusion] Strain RB1 was an acetylesterase-producing strain with application potential.
