MHP: una oportunidad para la convergencia TV-Internet
Martínez P,Antonio;
Universidad, Ciencia y Tecnología , 2005,
Abstract: current digital technology is mature enough to widen the traditional television (limited to the reproduction of contents) with computational capacity to run multi-media allowing to incorporate richer formats. multi-media home platform (mph) is a standard of the digital video broadcasting (dvd) project which intends to combine digital television (dtv) with internet and the world wide web (www). the result will convert the television distribution net into an interactive multipurpose communication net available to consumers and the industry. it is expected that once it is fully implemented, mhp will operate through cable, optic fiber and non-guided means (including satellite systems). users will have access to supplementary information of the audiovisual contents, watch and, in some cases, participate in television programs, shop on line, select properties in configurable contents (language, camera angle and particularized advertisement) and even navigate through the web. this paper shows the results of a research based on an exhaustive, systematic and rigorous inquiry of various documents related to the mhp standard.
Evaluation of the Gas Turbine Inlet Temperature with Relation to the Excess Air  [PDF]
F. Rueda Martínez, A. Rueda Martínez, M. Toledo Velazquez, P. Quinto Diez, G. Tolentino Eslava, J. Abugaber Francis
Energy and Power Engineering (EPE) , 2011, DOI: 10.4236/epe.2011.34063
Abstract: This paper shows the effect of excess air on combustion gas temperature at turbine inlet, and how it determines power and thermal efficiency of a gas turbine at different pressure ratios and excess air. In such a way an analytic Equation that allows calculating the turbine inlet temperature as a function of excess air, pressure ratio and relative humidity is given. Humidity Impact on excess air calculation is also analyzed and presented. Likewise it is demonstrated that dry air calculations determine a higher level for calculations that can be performed on wet air.

Martínez Pérez,D.;
Revista Espa?ola de Cirugía Oral y Maxilofacial , 2006, DOI: 10.4321/S1130-05582006000400002
Abstract: the odontogenic keratocyst is a tumor-like cystic with a capsule that is formed of squamous epithelium originating from dental lamina or from primordial odontogenic epithelium. radiologically, radicular resorption is rare. the most important differential diagnosis is the follicular cyst that has a characteristic squamous coating of a variable thickness. treatment for odontogenic keratocysts is the object of constant discussion as the rate of recurrence published is high (around 30%). the standard treatment is enucleation, but given that the capsule is very fine and friable, it tends to break into fragments during extraction. incomplete resection of the capsule, as well as the presence of microcysts in the surrounding connective tissue, makes recurrence or tumor persistence more likely. the alternative is treatment by means of decompression and marsupialization.
