Abstract: Heterotopic (ectopic) pancreas is relatively rare and is defined as abnormally situated pancreatic tissue has no contact with the normal pancreas and has its own ductal system and blood supply. It is usually an incidental finding in clinical practice. It most often occurs in the proximal gastrointestinal tract – gastric heterotopic pancreas. It may become clinically evident when complicated by pathological changes such as pancreatitis, cystic dystrophy with obstruction as especially gastric outlet obstruction. In this report a 29 – year old man with nausea, recurrent vomiting an abdominal pain is described. Gastroduodenal endoscopic examination, upper GI barium X-ray, ultrasonography revealed a submucosal tumor at the prepyloric area on the posterior wall of the stomach with gastric outlet obstruction. A degenerated gastrointestinal stromal tumor was suspected. Limitated distal antrectomy was performed and a histological diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas was confirmed. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was discharged 5 days after operation and remains healthy and symptom-free in the follow-up of 6 months. This is a report of a case of gastric outlet obstruction resulting for pancreatic heterotopia in the gastric antrum with cystic dystrophy after acute pancreatitis in an adult man. The incidence of symptomatic heterotopic pancreas is low and preoperative diagnosis is difficult. Although endoscopy ultrasound is helpful for diagnosis, it is difficult to distinguish from stromal tumor. Frozen section should be taken so as to distinguish heterotopic pancreas from malignant tumors. Surgical excision by minimally invasive approach provides symptomatic relief and is recommended.

Abstract: Despite recent advances in diagnostic and surgical techniques, the prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma remains poor. Only in early stage gallbladder carcinoma (tumour limited to the mucosa or proper muscle layer), a satisfactory outcome can be obtained by simple cholecystectomy or cholecystectomy with regional lymph node dissection. From 1996 to 2004, 46 patients with gallbladder carcinoma underwent surgical procedures in our surgical unit (0,6% from all the cholecystectomies). There were 8 male and 38 female with mean age of 66 yo. Diagnosis was established preoperatively in only 5 cases (by abdominal ultrasonography exam and CT-scan), during the surgical intervention for 31 patients and postoperatively in 10 cases. We performed 17 cholecystectomies (12 by laparoscopic approach), 7 cholecystectomies and hepatic resections, 8 cholecystectomies and T” tube drain into the common bile duct (for lithiasis), 6 anastomosis between choledocus and duodenum or jejun, 2 cholecystectomies and drilling transtumoural stent and 6 other types of interventions. We also performed 3 surgical re-interventions (2 hepatic resections of the 4-th and 5-th segments and one limfadenectomy in the hepatic pedicle - movie). Postoperative mortality in the first 10 days was 8.7% (4 cases). We also performed postoperative chimiotherapy in 28 cases. Conclusion: Gallbladder carcinoma has a poor prognosis. Preoperative diagnosis is possible only in advanced stages. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has to indicated in early stages of biliary lithiasis. Radical resection with lymphadenectomy is the best surgical treatment.

Abstract: Because the soil units have a double nature, genetic and geographic (“double identity”), not completely reflected by the system of soiltaxonomy, it was proposed to complete the name of the soil taxa by some additional aspects, named regional and local soil facies. These soil facies refer to the soil differentiating features of regional and respectively local significance. The soil name according to the soil taxonomy will be completed with the names of regional andlocal soil facies, generally geographic terms; for example F g ra skeletal loamy sand, Carpathian, Leptic-Entic Podzol. Of course, the system of soil facies entities, the criteria of differentiation and terminology of the delineated units needs to be discussed and to be agreed on. The European taxonomies could also be completed in this way with specific moisture and temperature regimes and other site characteristics. This particularization of the soil entities using soil facies can be carried on to the individualization of each soil area (delineation) in the framework of an information system and database correlated with the cadastral survey.

Abstract: The data of macroeconomics is very important for all actors of economic stage. Many times this data generates dissatisfaction, confusion, even revolt. We`ll try to identificate the limits of macroeconomic indicators, insisting on its manipulating character. For example the limits of the income per capita are quite numerous and may be organized by three main categories: the report variables related uncertainties, the effects of the exchange variations and the difficulties of a price system international comparison.

Abstract: Even though over the years has enjoyed wide media coverage, with highlighted aspects, discrepancies and inequalities of economic potential between different regions of the world, or even parts of the same countries always remained topical. Difficulties arising from these differences were always felt, extremely painful by humans. Analyzing distinctly, participation of each county to the GDP of the Northwest Region and the composition of all indicators, we can identify significant discrepancies between counties, regions and municipalities. This is one of the reasons that led us trying to identify the causes that generated the current situation. From the perspective of the contribution of each county in the Northwest Region to Region's domestic product composition, the first place is taken by Cluj county 32.3%, followed by Bihor with 24.3%, Maramures, with 14.9% Satu-Mare, 12.1%, Bistrita-Nasaud, 9.1% and 7.2% Salaj. Consulting of the Regional Operational Programme 2007-2013 indicates that the poorest areas in the Northwest Region are in Maramures and Bistrita-Nasaud. An important part of the active population of North-West Region was employed in public enterprises and an increase of unemployment in the counties of Salaj, Satu Mare and Maramures became predictable, imminent amid restructuring of public enterprises with losses. Studies of employed population by sectors of the economy, shows a high rate of population employed in services in the counties of Cluj and Bihor and high employment in agriculture on other four counties. In a modern market economy, services are most concentrated labors, and how the workforce is distributed in the Northwest region also shows an imbalance. How Northwest Region is participating in international economic cycle has major effects on the population's living standards. Relevant for the inter-district disparities analysis is the human and agents behavior analysis and the savings and loan relationships. How people behave in these ratios in each county tells us much about their economic profile. Attenuation of long distance gaps in the Northwest region remains a very complex problem, attempts to decrease it, is bringing into question, not infrequently contradictory strategies. Supporting the few remaining state-owned enterprises in the region could lead to a revival of activity, attracting attention of foreign investors can thus lead to recovery of much of the labor resources of the Region. Expansion and modernization of transport and distribution networks would provide a further chance to faster development of the North-West b

Abstract: By food security we understand the people's access, at all time, to food, needed for a healthy and active life. It can be thought at global, regional, state or local level, but only as a strategy with relevance only to the family, to be able to buy, thanks to its own production or purchase, sufficient food to meet the needs of all its members. Diet must be quantity sufficient, variety and of good enough quality and each family member should be healthy to take full advantage of consumed foods.
Isolation and observation of some pathogenic parasites of fusarium species in cornrooting
Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca , 1977,
Antagonism of some soil microflora species against pathogenic Fusarium graminearum Schwabe and Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn agents
