Abstract: In this paper, we study inextensible flows of b-btangent developable surfaces of biharmonic new type b-bslant helix in the Sol^3 . We obtain partial differential equation for tangent developable surfaces of biharmonic new type b-slant helix in terms of their Bishop curvatures. Finally, we find explicit parametric equations one-parameter family of the b-btangent developable surface of a unit speed non-geodesic biharmonic new b-bslant helix in Sol^3.

Abstract: Among the twenty natural proteinogenic amino acids, proline is unique as its secondary amine forms a tertiary amide when incorporated into biopolymers, thus preventing hydrogen bond formation. Despite the lack of hydrogen bonds and thanks to conformational restriction of flexibility linked to the pyrrolidine ring, proline is able to stabilize peptide secondary structures such as b-turns or polyproline helices. These unique conformational properties have aroused a great interest in the development of proline analogues. Among them, proline chimeras are tools combining the proline restriction of flexibility together with the information brought by natural amino acids side chains. This review will focus on the chemical syntheses of 3-substituted proline chimeras of potential use for peptide syntheses and as potential use as tools for SAR studies of biologically active peptides and the development of secondary structure mimetics. Their influence on peptide structure will be briefly described.

First of all, this thesis will compile negative effects of this process since the reform and opening-up policy was enacted. And then the policy background, the connotation and the main function of new-type urbanization will be introduced. Followed by an empirical study, this thesis will also analyze the main factors of traditional urbanization and make corresponding policy proposals for modern urbanization nowadays.

Abstract: Urbanization has been a transformative process in 21st century China. This paper seeks to examine the process of urbanization in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, specifically to identify the ways in which Wuxi City has engaged in new-type urbanization—an innovative pattern of urban development that seeks to integrate urban and rural development, achieve environmental sustainability, and provide for the wellbeing of an urbanized citizenry. The City’s model has potentially important reference value for other cities and towns in developed areas of China that are in the process of fashioning their own innovative pattern of urbanization.

Abstract: This paper chooses the data of high-tech enterprises in China from 2007 to 2014, and investigates the impact of house price on firm innovation. The conclusion is that the house prices are significantly negatively related to the firm innovation, and compared to the prices of the operating buildings and the office buildings, the negative effect of the increasing price of commercial buildings as a whole, residential buildings (large categories), or other commercial building in the similar category is more significant. Besides, the paper also found that the negative effect on state-owned enterprise innovation is more significant than the non-state-owned enterprise innovation. The conclusion of this paper has a certain guiding significance for exploring the negative impact of rising house prices on the enterprise innovation.

In order to solve the problem of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, new research and development institutions are being vigorously constructed all over the country. A number of new research and development institutions have been also established in Anhui Province in recent years. It is of great significance to clarify the operation and management mechanism of new R & D institutions for promoting the development of new R & D institutions. With the help of case analysis and field investigation, this paper selects typical new R & D institutions in Anhui Province as the research object, and combines with quantitative analysis of relevant data. The main conclusions are as follows: The construction of new R & D institutions in Anhui is of great significance, however, at present, there are still many problems in the efficiency of operation and management, such as unclear development orientation, inadequate talent introduction and so on. These problems have hindered the further development of new R & D institutions. Finally, in view of the above problems, drawing on the relevant experience of new R & D institutions at home and abroad, some policy recommendations are put forward.

The allogenic bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation was given to the newborn girl diagnosed with osteogenesis imperfecta type III, with multiple bone fractures, extreme shortness and limbs deformities. The treatment was performed at the age of 4 and 6 weeks. The clinical diagnosis was supported by biochemical analysis of collagen type I recovered from culture medium of cultivated patient’s skin fibroblast, which revealed its triple helix instability at temperature about 2?C lower than normal. Sequencing of both genes encoding procollagen type I revealed heterozygous substitution G23569Ain COL1A2 gene causing change of glycine at position 517 to aspartate. The donor of mesenchymal stem cells was the girl’s father. She received two intravenous infusions of suspended cultured mesenchymal cells in 16 days apart without any side effects. An analysis of procollagen type I secreted to the culture medium by bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells obtained from the patient, 3 months following transplantation revealed its normal triple helix stability. During the subsequent two years of follow up two new bone fractures were noted. Currently a two-year-old girl’s presents extreme growth and weight deficiency. The motoric development is also retarded, but the patient constantly improves and makes progresses.

Model Atmosphere Analysis of Some B-Type Stars  [PDF]

Abstract: We present model atmosphere analysis for a sample of B-type stars in optical region to obtain their fundamental parameters e.g. effective temperature, surface gravities, and rotational velocities. Approximate masses for the sample of stars under study are obtained by comparing the resulted effective temperatures and surface gravities with the evolutionary tracks. Comparison between these masses and the empirical effective temperatures-mass relation revealed good agreement.
