Abstract: Drug delivery through nasal route has attracted the interest of scientific community as it has been potentially explored as an alternative route for the administration of vaccines and biomolecules such as proteins, peptides and non-peptide drugs that are susceptible to enzymatic or acidic degradation and first-pass hepatic metabolism. The nasal mucosa is one of the most permeable and highly vascularized site for drug administration ensuring rapid absorption and onset of therapeutic action. In addition it minimizes the lag time associated with oral drug delivery and offers noninvasiveness, self medication, patient comfort and patient compliance which are hurdled in intravenous drug therapy. The objective of this review is to provide an anatomical, histological and physiological overview of nose, absorption enhancers, barriers related to nasal drug delivery, physicochemical, biological and formulation related factors affecting nasal drug delivery system and its advantages. Investigation of Performance Parameters by Varying the Dimensions of Microstrip Rectangular Patch Antenna at Higher Frequency

Abstract: This present paper deals with the performance properties of a rectangular microstrip patch antenna that affected by varying the width to length ratio of patch. The analytically calculated dimensions provided good initial values of the rectangular patch antenna for further optimization using more accurate techniques. The design has been optimized at 70GHz for the investigated mesh density, boundary conditions and the port dimensions. A comparative study is done by taking different length to width ratio and all the antenna output parameters like Retunloss, VSWR, Gain and Radiation Patterns are presented.

Abstract: In the coming years there is a great demand for high speed short range data transmission. With minimal interference there is a technology called UWB, which can be used anywhere, anybody at anytime in the communication applications. The present work involves the design of Ultra wideband antenna which can be operated at specific range of frequencies with light weight, inexpensive and compact portability. A substrate of K15 liquid crystal material is used in this present work with permittivity of 2.85 and loss tangent of 0.01. The proposed antenna has good performance over the entire UWB frequency (3.1 to 10.6GHz).
Compact and Low Profile Antenna for Satellite Digital Audio Radio Application

Abstract: Modern vehicles are having number of electronic gadgets inbuilt, which giving safety, luxury and comfort with entertainment. Most of the vehicles are having sophisticated entertainment devices with the advancements in the technology. The satellite digital audio radio service provides the high entertainment through high-fidelity audio network from the satellite to the passengers in the vehicles. Satellite data for entertainment like news, weather reports, traffic information and music will be available through monthly subscription to the users. A compact and low profile antenna was designed to receive these signals for providing digital audio radio entertainment in the vehicles. The antenna output parameters and its radiation pattern are presented in this paper.

Abstract: liquid crystals are states of matter with symmetries intermediate between those of isotropic liquids and crystalline solids. the role of permanent dipoles in determining the stability of the nematic phase was discussed soon after the discovery of liquid crystals. thought it is now well known that polar interactions are not essential for the stability of the mesophases, strong longitudinal dipoles give rise to many unusual phenomena like reentrant phases, polymorphism of smectic a and nematic liquid crystals, etc. the article gives a summary of these phenomena and phenomenological as well as molecular theories which have been developed to describe them.

Abstract: Some classifications of city soils together with possibilities of operative tracking of the ecological state of urban system soil cover were considered. Data analysis of complex ecological monitoring of the soil cover was performed towards structural-functional organization of urban system and soils of city principal basic industrial enterprises and territories adjacent to artillery base complex near Novobogdanovka.The use of modern classifications of urban soils allows us to monitor the ecological state of soil of urban system and take proper measures for its optimization. The most representative indicators of the ecological status of soils for urban system are pH and heavy metals. All components of urban system must be considered as integrated structural and functional formation, where the main structural components are the administrative and territorial units - regions, and functional - industrial, residential and recreational areas of the city.Environmental monitoring of the spatial distribution of heavy metals and pH in Melitopol proved their uneven distribution. Most disadvantaged areas were located near highways. The main role in the pollution of the urban Melitopol environment has shifted to the road transport industry due to its significant increase.

Abstract: As a result of the industrial activity millions of tons of industrial wastes are piled in the industrially developed countries. They occupy huge spaces, worsen ecological situation and require proper recovery.The paper contains the information about the ways of technical sulfur and ash recovery from the thermal power station which are used for obtaining artificial fillers and as components in the hydraulic concretes. Comparative characteristics that identify preferential parameters of sulfur concrete with respect to cement concretes are presented. Also the possibility of using technical sulfur and compositions based on it in hydraulic engineering as an anti-screen were investigated. Studies have revealed the fundamental possibility of obtaining high-quality sulfur compounds on the basis of industrial wastes and their field of application was determined.

Abstract: Technical survey of the real estate object may be carried out for its cost evaluating or for the defining necessity of repair. During the inspection special attention is paid to cracks that are important destructive defects of structural elements. The article includes a short description of the cracks formation and material destruction processes with specifying the main theories and formulas of the fracture mechanics. The mathematical expectations of the crack parameters were deducted. These dependencies are inserted into a system of building technical condition graphic models and embedded in a methodical complex of object technical condition evaluation taking into account visualization of defects.Such parameters of building quality as operational reliability and environmental safety are assessed by degree of fracturing factor. This factor displays not only the relative area of cracks in the walls but also the operational quality of the building in the following way: the fracturing factor indicates the degree of constructions resistance to such harmful micro-organisms like mold and fungi, which provoke damage to structures, impair indoor climate of rooms and cause building occupants diseases. The technical condition and estimated cost of structures physical deterioration removal are represented by the buildings structural elements circle chart.
