Scientia Iuris , 2007,
Abstract: The new Civil Code brings the institute of right abuse as a general clause. This clause, through its structural elements, as good-faith, good-customs and the social and economical aims, will find the responsibility of the agent into compensate another person who has overtook the limits of the law. The right abuse institute, however, goes further one to the civil order and the responsibility institute, coming around another fields of the law as well the institute of civil responsibility, matching with another law fields, reason that include a great situations and law probabilities, should be worked as a law principle.
The VC-Dimension of Graphs with Respect to k-Connected Subgraphs
Andrea Munaro
Computer Science , 2013,
Abstract: We study the VC-dimension of the set system on the vertex set of some graph which is induced by the family of its k-connected subgraphs. In particular, we give upper and lower bounds for the VC-dimension. Moreover, we show that computing the VC-dimension is NP-complete and that it remains NP-complete for planar graphs in the case k = 2. This is done by a reduction from a variant of Planar 1-In-3-Sat which we prove to be NP-complete.

Creative Education (CE) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2016.77105
Abstract: The use of stories combined with communication and information technologies can be a solution to bring together teachers and students in the processes of teaching and learning, with a view to exploring and sharing the content more effectively. In a time of convergence and unprecedented possibilities for protecting learning experiences, the use of creative and information sharing devices is part of the participatory culture, which takes into account the characteristics of the teenage audience, who do not accept one-way teaching that is closed to opportunities for improvement. The study carried out a literature review to verify the effectiveness of using transmedia storytelling in the teaching and learning process. The results showed that many of the studies carried out have been exploratory, and as such, certain mistakes can be seen in the implementation of transmedia storytelling in the classroom, including the frequent use of stories not connected to transmedia communication. The methodology has also been employed to complement teaching based on case studies and problem solving. Even so, the use of transmedia storytelling in education does engage teachers and appears to be effective for learning.

Computer Science , 2011,
Abstract: CHRONIOUS is an Open, Ubiquitous and Adaptive Chronic Disease Management Platform for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Renal Insufficiency. It consists of several modules: an ontology based literature search engine, a rule based decision support system, remote sensors interacting with lifestyle interfaces (PDA, monitor touchscreen) and a machine learning module. All these modules interact each other to allow the monitoring of two types of chronic diseases and to help clinician in taking decision for cure purpose. This paper illustrates how some machine learning algorithms and a rule based decision support system can be used in smart devices, to monitor chronic patient. We will analyse how a set of machine learning algorithms can be used in smart devices to alert the clinician in case of a patient health condition worsening trend.
