THE IMPORTANCE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN THE RESTRUCTURING AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESS OF ORGANIZATIONS
Moisuc Diana-Aderina,Steliac Nela
Annals of the University of Oradea : Economic Science , 2010,
Abstract: Many of the organizations that are part of the public and private domain in Romania have reached the stage in which the existing information systems can no longer comply with the requests of users. Therefore, we are compelled by necessity to use integrated information systems which should be able to control all kinds of data and to allow access to them, to ensure the coherence and consistency of the stored information. Managers must be aware of the importance of the implementation of integrated information systems in the background restructuring of the organization, which can thus become consistent and competitive with the European Union one, so the integration process becomes a real and possible one.
THE USE OF EXPERT SYSTEMS IN AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE. NECESSITY VS. REALITY
Moisuc Diana - Aderina,Nan Anca - Petruta
Annals of the University of Oradea : Economic Science , 2011,
Abstract: The topic was chosen due to the fact that, although agricultural insurance is particularly needed in agriculture to achieve performance, its achievements are still modest. The importance of this research is in that it tackles a very important sector of the economy, agriculture, and puts forward an immediate viable solution that meets the current needs of farmers. The contribution of the authors is their innovative solution, namely the proposition to implement expert systems in agricultural insurance, as a means of promoting insurance products which, although they are not currently granted the due importance, have started to be acknowledged increasingly in recent times. The interest in this type of insurance is due to the recent climate changes whose effects are extremely damaging, and to the need to improve agricultural competitiveness on the common market as a result of trade liberalization in agricultural products. The scientific literature in the field of expert systems highlights the benefits of implementing systems in all areas of economic and social activity, including insurance and agriculture, but it does not deal separately with the issue of agricultural insurance, despite its importance in the development of agriculture. This confirms the topicality of the study. Regarding the scientific methodology, in order to easily understand how expert systems work also by those who are not familiar with the field, we opted to present the stages of preparation of the system, namely: (a) preparing the knowledge database, (2) preparing the charts and (3) system encoding and assessment. The research results, at the conceptual level, confirm the need for agricultural insurance expert systems because of the benefits it would create (ease of use, informing farmers about the existence and importance of agricultural insurance, increasing demand for such type of insurance, which would also lead to the development of agriculture, to the creation of insurance products tailored to farmers needs) and refers to the authorities that should be appointed to implement these systems.
THE USE OF EXPERT SYSTEMS IN RURAL TOURISM IN MARAMURES
Moisuc Diana-Aderina,Simion Simona-Alina,Steliac Nela
Annals of the University of Oradea : Economic Science , 2011,
Abstract: The existing accommodation in the rural Maramures region is essential for the development of tourism. Most accommodation units are within the typology of rural tourist hostels, therefore special attention should be paid to promote and diversify their touristic offers. Despite its attractive potential, the rural tourism in Maramures has its weaknesses because there is no organizational strategy for its deployment. Tour operators must adopt new solutions to promote tourist services, one of which may be using expert systems. The main purpose of this study is to develop a model of an expert system, applying new methodological approaches to the evaluation and ranking of countryside hostels in Maramures. This model can be easily implemented with private and public entities and could be a source of significant benefits for them. Scientific literature in the field highlights the benefits of using expert systems in all business sectors and reinforces our conviction that they can be applied extensively in tourism as well. The research methodology included: defining the nature and scope of the problem, identifying experts, acquiring knowledge, selecting the system building tools, as well as encoding and evaluating the system. In the knowledge acquisition phase we used interviews, thus obtaining a database with information on countryside hostels in Maramures. We turned to tourism professionals to establish expert rules in a way that reflects as accurately and completely as possible the context. These rules led to the encoding of the system. In order to encode them, we used the Corvid system, developed by Exsys, which was verified and validated. The system, once designed, provides a user-friendly interface. After being implemented in specialized sites, the system will be able to facilitate searching and finding information by users. We propose that the model obtained will be a starting point for further research, given that the development environment allows the system to be constantly updated. Using the system will enrich the knowledge database by storing user requirements, and the results thus obtained can be used for statistical calculations useful in determining future development strategies. The implementation of the proposed model in websites, through the assistance it provides, can attract customers both from our country and from the top tourism consumer countries of the European Union and around the world.
E-TOURISM AND HOW TO PROMOTE ACCOMMODATION SERVICES IN RURAL MARAMURE

Revista de Turism : Studii si Cercetari in Turism , 2011,
Abstract: There are few regions in Romania where ancestral traditions, costumes and ancient art are still preserved. Maramure is indeed the zone where they have managed to stay unaltered by modern influences. Thus, the tourism in Maramure is centred on the village and its folklore, exploited through rural tourism. The development of rural tourism in Maramure is mainly based on its diversified potential, but it is directly dependent on the accommodation offer available and on the methods of promoting it. Under these circumstances, our study aims at undertaking a comprehensive analysis of the existing accommodation units, of their distribution, and of the various ways of promoting tourist offers. The online tourist market in Maramure is rather developed and diversified in its product and service offer, due to the listing of accommodation units on many online portals. In order to help and guide users towards a well-defined goal through the chaos on the Internet, we suggest the implementation of expert systems within sites. Expert systems can bring many benefits to both consumers and tourist service providers.
Parler exactement de Dieu. L’interprétation rationnelle de l’Ecriture chez Malebranche
Cristian Moisuc
Meta : Research in Hermeneutics, Phenomenology and Practical Philosophy , 2011,
Abstract: This article aims to highlight the strategies that Nicolas Malebranche uses in order to subvert the patristic interpretation of the Scripture and to impose a hermeneutical neutralization of the patristic tradition. I refer to the general problem of the relationship between reason and faith and to the particular problem of the rationality of the divine action in the theology of Incarnation. The main question to which Malebranche has tried to answer is if we can interpret the Christian theology in order to “deduce” the norms of the divine action. However, this interpretation leads Malebranche into conflict with his direct rival (Antoine Arnauld) and with other indirect opponents (some Church Fathers).
Aristotélisme et christologie au XIII-ème siècle. Le problème du corps du Christ dans les derniers écrits de saint Thomas d’Aquin
Cristian Moisuc
Meta : Research in Hermeneutics, Phenomenology and Practical Philosophy , 2009,
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problem of the relationship between Aristotelianism and Christology in the XIII-th century, as it appears through the famous problem of the body of Christ dead. This problem, which divided the Latin theologians and which St. Thomas Aquinas will try to find a final answer turns out to be very suggestive for the question of the relationship between the Greek philosophy and the so-called Thomistic synthesis. The article offers an analysis of the latest works of St.Thomas (Quodlibet III and IV and the 50-th question of Part III of the Summa Theologiae) in which the theologian tries to reconcile the requirements of hylomorphism with Christian dogma. The article offers also a critical interpretation of these solutions, as well as some remarks on the possibility and limits of dialogue between the Greek philosophy and the foolishness of the cross.

Influence of the Management on the Phytocoenotic Biodiversity of Some Romanian Representative Grassland Types
Vasile V?NTU,Costel SAMUIL,Ioan ROTAR,Alexandru MOISUC
Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca , 2011,
Abstract: The pastoral area of Romania, covering of over 4.8 million ha, has been influenced, over the last decades, by natural and human factors, which affect the normal functioning of the grassland ecosystem. The aim of this paper is to point out the dynamics of phytocoenotic biodiversity, as a result of applying grassland technical measures, in order to improve the yield and quality of grassland ecosystems with minimum effects on the environment. Therefore, the main aim of our study is to establish a positive relationship between biodiversity and the optimum quantity of organic fertilizers, which would improve the quality and quantity of the yield, without diminishing the floristic biodiversity. In the case of the studied grasslands, the phytocenotic biodiversity is influenced by the type of fertilization, the used rates and by the soil and climatic conditions. These grasslands may be improved by manure fertilization and reasonable usage, if proper management is applied. In Gradinari, Caras-Severin county, the dominant species are Festuca rupicola and Calamagrostis epigeios, in Magurele, Brasov county, Agrostis capillaris, Festuca pratensis, Poa pratensis and Trifolium repens, and in Pojorata, Suceava county, Agrostis capillaris, Trisetum flavescens, Trifolium repens and T. pratense species. The highest number of identified species (43) has been recorded by the meadow made up of Agrostis capillaris and Festuca rubra, from Pojorata, Suceava county.
An interview with Diana from Libya
Diana
International Journal of Inclusive Democracy , 2011,
Abstract: IJID Note:The interviewer will be referred below as JR and the interviewee as DL. Both the interviewer as well as the interviewee preferred not to reveal publicly their names for security reasons.JR’s Notes:In the 1980s, when Gaddafi’s policies veered to the left and nationalization of the economy became widespread, Diana father’s business was severely affected. So her own background is not what one might expect of someone who now is speaking up passionately against the NATO assault on Libya…Unfortunately, most mainstream western journalists seem interested only in hearing from anti-Gaddafi Libyans. So it is the fact that westerners continue to get a one-sided picture of Libya which helps support the case for NATO bombing. Here’s another side to the story…
