Abstract: In recent decades international management itself as a separate component of the general science of leadership, is an intercultural management. In this context of globalization, computerization, any business that wants have a modern management should have a structured information system based on communication, overall objective consisting in providing accurate data in real time all parties, increasing the level of communication. Given these considerations, we conducted this work trying to highlight the role of communication in achieving a modern, emphasizing international management features.The paper is divided into 6 parts, prefaced by an introduction of the paper we presented and completed within a set of conclusions on the effectiveness of communication. During the other paragraphs, we present the theoretical concepts of international management, communication, after which I stressed the role of information communication, managerial communication and will then focus on the process, taking stock of its specific stages in international management.

Abstract: Global technical harmonization is considered a driver of international competitiveness of the European automotive industry, with improving global competitiveness of European industry and creating automotive jobs in terms of environmental protection and road safety. The global economic crisis, the European Union had to take some measures to protect the automotive sector, using the investment in innovative technologies to facilitate consumer credit, and financial incentives for people who choose to sell old car and buy a new one. Referring to the importance of the issues examined in Europe today, automotive industry become very substantial, competition is fierce and the pace of change is emphasized. Thus, we have presented in this paper the general characteristics of the motor car industry in Europe and how it was influenced by the global crisis, and then to review the evolution of this sector in Romania and how they are feeling the crisis.

Abstract: In this paper we expose on the dual 1-jet space J^{1*}(R,M^4) the distinguished (d-) Riemannian geometry (in the sense of d-connection, d-torsions, d-curvatures and some gravitational-like and electromagnetic-like geometrical models) for the (t,x)-conformal deformed Berwald-Moor Hamiltonian metric of order four.
The local description of the Ricci and Bianchi identities for an h-normal N-linear connection on the dual 1-jet space J^{1*}(T,M)

Abstract: In this paper we describe the local Ricci and Bianchi identities for an h-normal N-linear connection D\Gamma(N) on the dual 1-jet space J^{1*}(T,M). To reach this aim, we firstly give the expressions of the local distinguished (d-) adapted components of torsion and curvature tensors produced by D\Gamma(N), and then we analyze their attached local Ricci identities. The derived deflection d-tensor identities are also presented. Finally, we expose the local expressions of the Bianchi identities (in the particular case of an h-normal N-linear connection of Cartan type), which geometrically connect the local torsion and curvature d-tensors of the linear connection D\Gamma(N).

Abstract: In this paper we develop the distinguished (d-) Riemannian differential geometry (in the sense of d-connections, d-torsions, d-curvatures and some geometrical Maxwell-like and Einstein-like equations) for the polymomentum Hamiltonian which governs the multi-time electrodynamics.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to create a large geometrical background on the dual 1-jet space J^{1*}(T,M) for a multi-time Hamiltonian approach of the electromagnetic and gravitational physical fields. Our geometric-physical construction is achieved starting only from a given quadratic Hamiltonian function of polymomenta H, which naturally produces a canonical nonlinear connection N, a canonical Cartan N-linear connection C\Gamma(N) and their corresponding local distinguished (d-) torsions and curvatures. In such a context, we construct some geometrical electromagnetic-like and gravitational-like field theories which are characterized by some natural geometrical Maxwell-like and Einstein-like equations. Some abstract and geometrical conservation laws for the multi-time Hamiltonian gravitational physical field are also given.

Abstract: In this paper we construct a distinguished Riemannian geometrization on the dual 1-jet space J^{1*}(T,M) for the multi-time quadratic Hamiltonian functions. Our geometrization includes a nonlinear connection N, a generalized Cartan canonical N-linear connection (together with its local d-torsions and d-curvatures), naturally provided by a given quadratic Hamiltonian function depending on polymomenta.
On The Liniar Time Complexity of Finite Languages

Abstract: The present paper presents and proves a proposition concerning the time complexity of finite languages. It is shown herein, that for any finite language (a language for which the set of words composing it is finite) there is a Turing machine that computes the language in such a way that for any input of length k the machine stops in, at most, k + 1 steps.

The Influence of Swirl Angle on the Irreversibilities in Turbulent Diffusion Flames

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to investigate the volumetric irreversibilities of turbulent swirling diffusion flames. The theoretical background of analysis relies on the local transport exergy equation, which allows the formulation of the well-known Gouy-Stodola theorem at the continuum level. It is already known that, in the case of turbulent flame, the chemical, thermal and mass diffusion irreversibilities represent in order of enumeration the predominant sources of exergy destruction. But these irreversibilities have a more complicated structure than in the laminar flames because the turbulent fluctuations generate new and important irreversibility sources, strongly influencing all the mechanisms mentioned above. Using numerical techniques for flow and multi-species balance equations, this paper tries to emphasize the role of both, swirling number and turbulent intensity field, not only in the burning process intensification but also in the irreversibility creation.
