Abstract: 摘 要: 如何认定环境公益诉讼所救济的“环境公益”一直存在较大争议。从正面直接定义环境公益的概念极具难度与抽象性,但可以通过其与“私益”相区分的本质特点,采用反向排除的方法认定其范围,即先区分损害行为是环境污染行为还是生态破坏行为,再区分损害对象是对环境本身的损害还是对人的损害,最后区分损害结果是实害、具体危险还是抽象危险,构建从“损害行为―损害对象―损害后果”三要件递进排除能够通过私益诉讼得到救济的对象,进而识别出损害环境公益的具体表现。
Abstract: It is controversial to identify the “environmental public interest” of the environmental public interest litigation. The concept of environmental public interest is abstract and difficult to be defined directly. But through the essential characteristics of the distinction between “environmental public interest” and “private interests”, we can use reverse exclusion to affirm the range of “environmental public interest”. It means that firstly we should distinguish environmental pollution from ecological damage, and then confirm whether it is the damage to environment or to human, and finally confirm the consequences of damage that actually have occurred. Through the three elements of “damage behaviors - damage objects - damage consequences”, we can progressively exclude the objects which can be relieved by private interest litigation, and then recognize the specific manifestations of environmental public interest

Abstract: A prospective, multi-center, double-blinded and randomized controlled method will be used to test the therapeutic effects of TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation. A total of 504 patients will be enrolled into this study with 252 in each treatment group. Patients will receive medication according to their assigned group. TCM for COPD will be administered twice daily over 52?weeks, and all patients will follow the treatment program for 52?weeks. The FEV1 and exacerbations will be used as the primary outcome measures. The quality of life and the Modified Medical Research Council (MMRC) Dyspnea Scale, and the 6-min walk test (6MWD) will be used as the secondary outcome measures.We postulate that patients with COPD will benefit from therapy with TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation.This study is registered at ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT01486186

Abstract: Stimulated GTP - binding protein (Q) and adenylyl cyclase (AC) from bovine brain conices were co - reconstituted into liposomes made of different headgroups or different acyl chain composition. The hasal activity of AC and Gs stimulated AC activity were measured. The order of effectiveness of headgroups of phospholipids on the hasal and Gs stimulated activity of adenylyl cyclase is: PE > PS > PC, and the order of the effectiveness for acyl chain composition is: DLPC > DMPC > DPPC. The results also show that phospholipids with mixed fatty acid chain have stronger effect on the activity of Gs stimulation than phospholipids with dipalmitoyl - chain, that is PE > DPPE, PS > DPPS, PC > DPPC. From the results of the measurements of fluorescent probes MC540, DPH and acrylodan, it is suggested that the physical state change of lipid bilayer may mediate the conformation of Gs with higher activity.
dAtaxin-2 Mediates Expanded Ataxin-1-Induced Neurodegeneration in a Drosophila Model of SCA1

Abstract: Spinocerebellar ataxias (SCAs) are a genetically heterogeneous group of neurodegenerative disorders sharing atrophy of the cerebellum as a common feature. SCA1 and SCA2 are two ataxias caused by expansion of polyglutamine tracts in Ataxin-1 (ATXN1) and Ataxin-2 (ATXN2), respectively, two proteins that are otherwise unrelated. Here, we use a Drosophila model of SCA1 to unveil molecular mechanisms linking Ataxin-1 with Ataxin-2 during SCA1 pathogenesis. We show that wild-type Drosophila Ataxin-2 (dAtx2) is a major genetic modifier of human expanded Ataxin-1 (Ataxin-1[82Q]) toxicity. Increased dAtx2 levels enhance, and more importantly, decreased dAtx2 levels suppress Ataxin-1[82Q]-induced neurodegeneration, thereby ruling out a pathogenic mechanism by depletion of dAtx2. Although Ataxin-2 is normally cytoplasmic and Ataxin-1 nuclear, we show that both dAtx2 and hAtaxin-2 physically interact with Ataxin-1. Furthermore, we show that expanded Ataxin-1 induces intranuclear accumulation of dAtx2/hAtaxin-2 in both Drosophila and SCA1 postmortem neurons. These observations suggest that nuclear accumulation of Ataxin-2 contributes to expanded Ataxin-1-induced toxicity. We tested this hypothesis engineering dAtx2 transgenes with nuclear localization signal (NLS) and nuclear export signal (NES). We find that NLS-dAtx2, but not NES-dAtx2, mimics the neurodegenerative phenotypes caused by Ataxin-1[82Q], including repression of the proneural factor Senseless. Altogether, these findings reveal a previously unknown functional link between neurodegenerative disorders with common clinical features but different etiology.

Abstract:
Jujube polysaccharide is one of the important natural active ingredients. In this paper, microwave extraction technology was utilized to extract jujube polysaccharide in different conditions using the yield as test index. The results showed that the optimum conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1:30, ultrasonic lasting time 25 min, temperature 50℃, which achieve the highest yield rate 5.38%.

Abstract: 尖吻蝮(Deinagkistrodon acutus)野生资源日益枯竭,食用和药用压力巨大,亟需开展人工养殖。目前尖吻蝮的人工养殖技术还不够成熟,大多数养殖场采用半地下室饲养尖吻蝮,有关该条件下尖吻蝮的繁殖特性报道较少。为促进尖吻蝮的人工养殖,2010年4~9月,作者在湖南永州市对半地下室圈养的尖吻蝮成体的体型指标、窝卵数、窝卵重、卵重等繁殖特征之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:圈养尖吻蝮成年雌体产单窝柔性卵,平均窝卵数为23.0 ? 7.8(13~37)枚 (n = 23);将产后雌体体重和窝卵重相加记为产前雌体体重,采用SPSS 13.0软件处理数据,设置α = 0.05和α = 0.01,发现产前雌体体重分别与窝卵数、窝卵重、卵重均呈显著相关性;雌体SVL分别与窝卵数、窝卵重、卵重无显著相关性。产前体重在1000~1200 g之间的雌蛇所产窝卵数和单枚卵重的数值均较大且最集中,这保证了雌体繁殖输出后代的生存优势,对尖吻蝮人工养殖挑选雌性种蛇有一定的指导意义。
