Case Study on Improving Quality Management of W Company’s New Product Development Project  [PDF]
Jiangping Wan, Ming Zeng
Technology and Investment (TI) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ti.2013.43018
Abstract:

Case study on improving quality management of W company’s new product development project includes the analysis of the current situation within the quality management of W company’s new product development project (current situation and identify existing problems), improvement study (analysis the cause of existing problems and design the improvement scheme) and implementation. Through monitoring the implementation process, we have an evaluation analysis for the implementation results. The purpose of this study is to improve quality management of new product development project.

Case Study on Critical Success Factors of Running Scrum  [PDF]
Jiangping Wan, Yahui Zhu, Ming Zeng
Journal of Software Engineering and Applications (JSEA) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/jsea.2013.62010
Abstract:

Agile development 12 principles, and adaptive project management life cycle model are applied to case study of J group, the critical success factors of running Scrum are identified as follows: 1) explicit the process of project management and a self-managing group with Scrum; 2) professional agile development and release capability; 3) building learning organization. J group as a pioneer Scrum agile software development practices, realizes the productivity of significant promotion and cost reduction, accelerates the product to the market, improves customer satisfaction and achieves a more transparent development process and higher predictive capability. The study aims to improve the success rate of the running Scrum.

Case Study on Tacit Knowledge Management Systems within X Company  [PDF]
Jiangping Wan, Ming Zeng, Yahui Zhu
Technology and Investment (TI) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ti.2013.42011
Abstract:

Case study on tacit knowledge management system within X company includes the design of tacit knowledge management system (the recognition and acquisition of tacit knowledge), mechanisms (the factor analysis for the transition and sharing of tacit knowledge) and implementation (the sharing enterprise culture build, the effective incentive mechanism construct and the organization structure design). The evaluation system is established based on critical success factors (the recognition capability, the sharing standard, the sharing mechanism of tacit knowledge). The purpose of study is to improve tacit knowledge management system within enterprise.

Empirical Study on Usability Impact Factors of Electronic Wallet-One Card Solution within College Students  [PDF]
Jiangping Wan, Ming Zeng, Lianyu Liang
iBusiness (IB) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ib.2013.53010
Abstract: Empirical study on usability impact factors of electronic wallet-one card solution within college students includes the analysis of the current situation within the electronic wallet-one card solution for college students, the analysis of behavior habit within using the electronic wallet-one card solution for college students, and sets up a preliminary usability evaluation indicator system of electronic wallet-one card solution for college students, the factor analysis for usability evaluation indicator system through the questionnaire. According the result of factor analysis, we set up an improved usability evaluation indicator system of electronic wallet-one card solution for college students. The purpose of the study is to improve the usability of electronic wallet-one card solution.

Partially Independent Robust Control for Thrust-Limited Rendezvous in Near-Circular Orbits
Neng Wan,Ming Liu
Physics , 2014,
Abstract: Space environment is so complex and changeable that an accurate model of spacecraft rendezvous is difficult to obtain, which consequently complicates the rendezvous control task. In order to realize the robust stability as well as to optimize the time and fuel cost of the rendezvous process, a linearized rendezvous model with parametric uncertainty and a partially independent robust controller are proposed in this paper. In-plane and out-of-plane motion models are established separately in the presence of external disturbance and non-circularity of the target's orbit. The partially independent controller is integrated with an in-plane robust guaranteed cost controller and an out-of-plane robust $H_{\infty}$ controller. A numerical rendezvous example is presented to illustrate the usefulness and advantages of the partially independent robust control scheme.
Investigation of in Vitro and in Vivo Metabolism of Schisandrin B from Schisandrae Fructus by Liquid Chromatography Coupled Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry  [PDF]
Tianxiu Qian, Pou Kuan Leong, Kam Ming Ko, Wan Chan
Pharmacology & Pharmacy (PP) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/pp.2015.68037
Abstract: Schisandrin B (Sch B) is one of the active dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans found in the Schisandrae Fructus. Experimental studies have shown that Sch B possesses various pharmacological properties, including anti-cancer, neuroprotective and nephroprotective activities. However, no detailed information on its biotransformation was reported in the literature. Here, we investigated the in vitro and in vivo metabolism of Sch B by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. In vitro study detected and identified one oxygenated metabolite. Four metabolites were detected and identified from the in vivo study. The results indicated that the metabolism of Sch B mainly involved the demethylation of methoxy groups, the opening of five-member ring and the glucuronidation of metabolites in rats. The metabolites were identified for the first time by MS/MS analyses.

Isolation and Identification of Ammonia Nitrogen Degradation Strains from Industrial Wastewater  [PDF]
Cai-Hong Yu, Ya Wang, Tao Guo, Wan-Xin Shen, Ming-Xin Gu
Engineering (ENG) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/eng.2012.411101
Abstract: Nine strains of ammonia nitrogen degradation strains from C1 to C9 were isolated from industrial wastewater to study their degradation and conversion of ammonia nitrogen. The results showed that C2 strain with a high degradation activiity of ammonia nitrogen, and the ammonia nitrogen degradation rate of the activated C2 strain was 93% within 24 h when the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 200 mg/L under the conditions of inoculation 10%, temperature 35?C, pH 7.0, rotation 200 r/min. And C2 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.

Chunxia Chen, Minghui Lu, Zhihui Liu, Junting Wan, Zhengchao Tu, Tianyu Zhang, Ming Yan
Open Journal of Medicinal Chemistry (OJMC) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ojmc.2013.34015
Abstract: A series of 2-amino-4H-pyran-3-carbonitrile derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their antitubercular activities
were evaluated against autoluminescent M. tuberculosis H37Ra and standard strain M. tuberculosis H37Rv. No obvious
antitubercular activities could be observed (MIC > 10 ug/mL). The results are in sharp contrast with the previously reported
data.
