Abstract:
As the environment of commercial banks, the development of financial
market has a profound impact on the commercial banks. In recent years, the
continuous development of financial market is both an opportunity and a
challenge for the commercial banking industry. This paper tries to analyze commercial
bank business challenges brought about by the development of the financial
market mainly from three aspects: the development of Internet banking rise,
interest rates liberalization and deposit insurance system, financial industry
mixed operation trend and takes it as a starting point to explore the trend of
development of commercial bank management from the commercial bank organization
structure, management mode and business development three aspects.

Abstract:
Architecture is the refuge of human beings, and Tibetan Buddhism is the spiritual sustenance of the Tibetan people. The monastery architecture produced by the combination of religious culture and architectural art makes us see a very characteristic religious architectural culture. Architectural decoration art is not only the product of culture, but also the embodiment of human artistic thought. Tibetan Buddhist monastery architecture is the essence of Tibetan architecture, and its decorative patterns are the comprehensive embodiment of religious culture and architectural art. The study of decorative patterns of religious architecture can more deeply understand the connotation of religious culture.

Abstract:
A rapid method of microwave assisted acid hydrolysis was established to prepare κ-carra-oligosaccharides. The optimal hydrolysis condition was determined by an orthogonal test. The degree of polymerization(DP) of oligosaccharides was detected by high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). Considering the results of HPTLC and PAGE, the optimum condition of microwave assisted acid hydrolysis was determined. The concentration of κ-carrageenan was 5 mg m L-1; the reaction solution was adjusted to p H 3 with diluted hydrochloric acid; the solution was hydrolyzed under microwave irradiation at 100 for 15℃ min. Oligosaccharides were separated by a Superdex 30 column(2.6 cm × 90 cm) using AKTA Purifier UPC100 and detected with an online refractive index detector. Each fraction was characterized by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS). The data showed that odd-numbered κ-carra-oligosaccharides with DP ranging from 3 to 21 could be obtained with this method, and the structures of the oligosaccharides were consistent with those obtained by traditional mild acid hydrolysis. The new method was more convenient, efficient and environment-friendly than traditional mild acid hydrolysis. Our results provided a useful reference for the preparation of oligosaccharides from other polysaccharides

Two-stage problem of
stochastic convex programming with fuzzy probability distribution is studied in this paper. Multicut L-shaped algorithm is proposed to solve the
problem based on the fuzzy cutting and the minimax rule. Theorem of the convergence for the algorithm is proved. Finally, a
numerical example about two-stage convex recourse problem shows the essential character and the efficiency.

Abstract:
Clogging of anode flow channels by CO2 bubbles is a vital problem for further performance improvements of the micro direct methanol fuel cell (μDMFC). In this paper, a new type anode structure usingthe concept of the non-equipotent serpentine flow field (NESFF) to solve this problem was designed, fabricated and tested. Experiments comparing the μDMFC with and without this type of anode flow field were implemented using a home-made test loop. Results show that the mean-value, amplitude and frequency of the inlet-to-outlet pressure drops in the NESFF is far lower than that in the traditional flow fields at high μDMFC output current. Furthermore, the sequential images of the CO2 bubbles as well as the μDMFC performance with different anode flow field pattern were also investigated, and the conclusions are in accordance with those derived from the pressure drop experiments. Results of this study indicate that the non-equipotent design of the μDMFC anode flow field can effectively mitigate the CO2 clogging in the flow channels, and hence lead to a significant promotion of the μDMFC performance.

Abstract:
Fluvial-flood plain facies are developed at lower-mid Quantou Ⅳ Formation, and delta front - shallow lake facies are developed at the upper formation in Haituozi area of Southern Songliao Basin. Channel sand bodies are good oil and gas reservoirs, but the distribution of sand is not clear, which has become a key factor restricting oil and gas development. No less than 100 wells data of logging, some data of drilling, cores and testing are collected and used in correlation, firstly 5 roughly provenance direction and 5 crosscutting provenance direction sections were selected in the area, with high resolution sequence stratigraphic analysis, Quantou Ⅳ Formation is subdivided into 4 sequences (corresponding to the fifth order cycle sequence, are respectively called cycle A, B, C and D), sequence stratigraphic framework were established. Then the similarity of facies association characteristics in base level change, consistency of reservoir fluid properties, isochronous maximum flooding surface in a certain area, different stages of overlay channels are took full account in the operation of sub-layer correlation. In the end 3 sub-layers are divided from cycle A , 3 sub-layers divided from cycle B, 5 sub-layers from cycle C, and cycles D corresponds to a sub-layer, Quantou Ⅳ Formation is divided into 12 sub-layers, which lays good foundation for the production and development.Key words: High resolution sequence stratigraphy; Sub-layer correlation; Songliao basin; Haituozi area; Quantou Ⅳ Formation

Abstract:
Suppose that $G$ is a finite $p$-group. If all subgroups of index $p^t$ of $G$ are abelian and at least one subgroup of index $p^{t-1}$ of $G$ is not abelian, then $G$ is called an $\mathcal{A}_t$-group. In this paper, some information about $\mathcal{A}_t$-groups are obtained and $\mathcal{A}_3$-groups are completely classified. This solves an {\it old problem} proposed by Berkovich and Janko in their book. Abundant information about $\mathcal{A}_3$-groups are given.

Abstract:
In this article, we investigate the regularity for certain elliptic systems without a $L^2$-antisymmetric structure. As applications, we prove some $\epsilon$-regularity theorems for weakly harmonic maps from the unit ball $B= B(m) \subset \mathbb{R}^m $ $(m\geq2)$ into certain pseudo-Riemannian manifolds: standard stationary Lorentzian manifolds, pseudospheres $\mathbb{S}^n_\nu \subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1}_\nu$ $(1\leq\nu \leq n)$ and pseudohyperbolic spaces $\mathbb{H}^n_\nu \subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1}_{\nu+1}$ $(0\leq\nu \leq n-1)$. Consequently, such maps are shown to be H\"{o}lder continuous (and as smooth as the regularity of the targets permits) in dimension $m=2$. In particular, we prove that any weakly harmonic map from a disc into the De-Sitter space $\mathbb{S}^n_1$ or the Anti-de-Sitter space $\mathbb{H}^n_1$ is smooth. Also, we give an alternative proof of the H\"{o}lder continuity of any weakly harmonic map from a disc into the Hyperbolic space $\mathbb{H}^n$ without using the fact that the target is nonpositively curved. Moreover, we extend the notion of generalized (weakly) harmonic maps from a disc into the standard sphere $\mathbb{S}^n$ to the case that the target is $\mathbb{S}^n_\nu$ $(1\leq\nu \leq n)$ or $\mathbb{H}^n_\nu$ $(0\leq\nu \leq n-1)$, and obtain some $\epsilon$-regularity results for such generalized (weakly) harmonic maps.

Abstract:
We study harmonic maps from degenerating Riemann surfaces with uniformly bounded energy and show the so-called generalized energy identity. We find conditions that are both necessary and sufficient for the compactness in $W^{1,2}$ and $C^{0}$ modulo bubbles of sequences of such maps.

Abstract:
We study Dirac-harmonic maps from degenerating spin surfaces with uniformly bounded energy and show the so-called generalized energy identity in the case that the domain converges to a spin surface with only Neveu-Schwarz type nodes. We find condition that is both necessary and sufficient for the $W^{1,2} \times L^{4}$ modulo bubbles compactness of a sequence of such maps.
