After the establishment of the new China and the course of the Cultural Rev-olution, under the general trend of reform and opening up, China’s market economy has developed rapidly, and the company’s credit has become more and more important. Since ancient times, honesty has always been the basic morality of human beings, and integrity has always been respected by literati. Integrity is the spiritual leader of a person, the soul of a company, and integr-ity is also the connotation of a country. And social integrity has high re-quirements for the integrity of individuals and companies and even the coun-try because it is related to the interests of everyone. Social integrity is the cornerstone of the market economy’s continuous development in a good di-rection. It is also the foundation of the company’s sustainable management and development. A good social integrity environment can bring hope to in-dividuals, bring opportunities to enterprises, and bring endless power to the country. Based on the importance of social integrity to the market economy, this paper explores the impact of social integrity on the company’s business development by searching and reviewing the literature on social integrity and the cost of equity capital. By analyzing the impact of social integrity on the company’s business development, this paper puts forward a viewpoint: In other words, the cost of equity capital is affected by social integrity and is ne-gatively correlated. And by designing an empirical solution, the data are compiled to prove this point.

Abstract: There are many causes for white lotus rebellion occurred in Dong Xiang county in Sichuan province in the mid-Qing Dynasty. For example, more people and less land, low average yield and lack of effective measures to withstand natural disasters. Though the royal government exempted the taxes and duties many times, the lower class still lived with hardship. The contradictions between the officials and the people were intensified by the greedy local officials’ blackmail, and as a result, the rebellion leaded by Wang San-Huai broke out.
Lightness Perception Model for Natural Images  [PDF]

Abstract: A perceptual lightness anchoring model based on visual cognition is proposed. It can recover absolute lightness of natural images using filling-in mechanism from single-scale boundaries. First, it adapts the response of retinal photoreceptors to varying levels of illumination. Then luminance-correlated contrast information can be obtained through multiplex encoding without additional luminance channel. Dynamic normalization is used to get smooth and continuous boundary contours. Different boundaries are used for ON and OFF channel diffusion layers. Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that the model could recover natural images under varying illumination, and solve the trapping, blurring and fogging problems to some extent.
Bacterial Lysis of Microalgal Cells  [PDF]

Abstract: This short communication reports a pioneering research of using bacteria for simultaneous algal cell disruption and cell wall/membrane utilization. Microalgae are regarded as one of the most promising feedstock that can potentially address the twin challenges of energy security and environmental protection due to their fast growth rate, high lipid content and CO2 biofixation capabilities. However, different from their terrestrial oil crops, the extracellular coverings of algae vary significantly, ranging from multiple layers of elaborate scales to highly mineralized coats to complex cell walls consisting of structural fibrils enmeshed in complex matrices. These strong cellular walls and membranes are resistant to disintegration, which makes lipid extraction from microalgae difficult. A bacteria-assisted algal cell disruption and lipid extraction method was studied here. The bacteria Sagittula stellata showed strong algicidal activity against two microalgae, Nannochloropsis oculata and Dunaliella salina. The algicidal rate reached 64.7% on N. oculata and 52.4% on D. salina in six days. A decrease in chlorophyll-a fluorescence density of both algae and bacteria addition was also observed. After 6-day treatment by S. stellata, hexane-extracted crude lipid contents increased from 32.9% to 45.7% and from 19.6% to 36.4% for N. oculata and D. salina, respectively, when compared with no bacterial addition. The preliminary results concluded that S. stellata was effective in the lysis of microalgal cells for effective lipid recovery.
Effect of Xenon Arc Lamp Irradiation on Properties of Polymethyl Methacrylate for Aviation  [PDF]

Abstract: YB-2 aviation polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is irradiated in a xenon arc lamp weather resistance test chamber for 1620 hours. The tensile strength, light transmittance, surface morphology, relative molecular mass, infrared absorption spectrum and glass transition temperature (Tg) of PMMA exposed in xenon arc lamp for different durations are tested and characterized by universal testing machine, optical haze instrument, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), gel permeation chromatograph (GPC), fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), so as to comprehensively analyze the influence of xenon arc lamp irradiation on the performance of PMMA. The results reveal that under the effect of 1620 hours xenon arc lamp irradiation and periodic spraying water, the light transmittance and glass transition temperature do not change significantly, and no new chemical group is produced. After irradiated 360 hours, tiny cracks occur in the surface of PMMA, indicating that they occur at a certain degree of degradation, meanwhile, the main chain may be broken and the relative molecular mass of surface of the material decreases. After exposure of 720 hours, the tensile strength decreases about 30%.
The Study of Accounting Conservatism after the Promulgation of New Accounting Standards for Enterprises - Based on the Evidence in China’s Capital Market

Abstract: The accounting conservatism is the important topic of academic research in China and other countries, the Ministry of Finance promulgated accounting standards for enterprises which looks upon accounting conservatism as one of the principles for the first time in November, 1992 in China. And the Ministry of Finance issued a new Accounting Standards for Enterprises which regards the accounting conservatism as the quality requirements of accounting information in February, 2006. Thus the importance of accounting conservatism can be vividly seen. This paper uses the companies as the research samples after the implementation the new accounting standards for enterprises promulgated, that is to say, I choose the data from 2008 to 2011 for 4 years as research samples. Using Ball and Shivakumar’s (2005) accrued - cash flow model, but the model was modified, specific practice is to divide accruals into discretionary accrual items and non-discretionary accrual items, the results of multiple regression show that China’s accounting earnings is conservative, but accounting conservatism stems from non-manipulative accruals.

Risk Early-Warning Method for Natural Disasters Based on Integration of Entropy and DEA Model  [PDF]

Abstract: Risk early-warning of natural disasters is a very intricate non-deterministic prediction, and it was difficult to resolve the conflicts and incompatibility of the risk structure. Risk early-warning factors of natural disasters were differentiated into essential attributes and external characters, and its workflow mode was established on risk early-warning structure with integrated Entropy and DEA model, whose steps were put forward. On the basis of standard risk early-warning DEA model of natural disasters, weight coefficient of risk early-warning factors was determined with Information Entropy method, which improved standard risk early-warning DEA model with non-Archimedean infinitesimal, and established risk early-warning preference DEA model based on integrated entropy weight and DEA Model. Finally, model was applied into landslide risk early-warning case in earthquake-damaged emergency process on slope engineering, which exemplified the outcome could reflect more risk information than the method of standard DEA model, and reflected the rationality, feasibility, and impersonality, revealing its better ability on comprehensive safety and structure risk.
Research on Coal Seam Floor Water Inrush Monitoring Based on Perception of IoT Coupled with GIS  [PDF]

Abstract: To the complication and uncertainty in coal seam floor water-inrush monitoring, Internet of Things (IoT) perception is applied to the monitoring and controlling of coal seam floor water inrush with major impacting factors analyzed, and an open distribution information processing platform is constructed based on IoT-GIS coupling perception. Then using the platform to comprehensively perceive various floor water inrush impacting parameters, an AHP model is established. At this stage, by means of weight reasoning algorithm based on dynamic Bayesian network, the AHP weight can be worked out using the two-way probability transfer and chain rules. Then the multiple factors are spatially fused by GIS to form a non-linear mathematical model for the calculation of the water inrush relative probability index. After that, the discrimination threshold of the comb graph for the floor water inrush relative probability index is used to further identify the floor water inrush mode. The experiments in 10# Coal Seam of Suntuan Mine show that, the accuracy perceived the floor water inrush is above 92%, and the platform of IoT-GIS coupling perception has the obvious technical advantage than traditional monitoring technology. Therefore, it has has demonstrated strong systematic robustness, important theoretical and application significance.
User Fairness Scheme with Proportional Fair Scheduling in Multi-user MIMO Limited Feedback System  [PDF]

Abstract: In Multi-user MIMO (MU-MIMO) downlink system, suitable user selection schemes can improve spatial diversity gain. In most of previous studies, it is always assumed that the base station (BS) knows full channel state information (CSI) of each user, which does not consider the reality. However, there are only limited feedback bits in real system. Besides, user fairness is often ignored in most of current user selection schemes. To discuss the user fairness and limited feedback, in this paper, the user selection scheme with limited feedback bits is proposed. The BS utilizes codebook precoding transmitting strategy with LTE codebook. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the influence of the number of feedback bits and the number of users on user fairness and system sum capacity. Simulation results show that in order to achieve better user fairness, we can use fewer bits for feedback CSI when the number of user is small, and more feedback bits when the number of users is large.
