Abstract: In recent years, the quantity of female executives in the companies is rising, some countries even raising a mandatory requirement about the proportion of female executives on the company. Women are increasingly attracting the attention of theory and practice fields, so does the discussion of the role of senior women. This article reviews the research about how female executives influence the corporate behavior and performance from the perspective of finance and non-finance, analyses the deficiency of related research and points out the direction for future research.

Abstract: How does the public participate in environment matters to influence decisions that affect their own environment? There are two existing theories supporting the public’s participation in environment matters. However, they emphasize the certainty of the public’s participation in environment matters. The real problems that the public facing during their participation in environment matters and their practical needs lack of resolutions and responses. The way to figure out these problems is to put forward theoretical framework for the public’s participation in environment matters so that to set up an interactive environment law system that can reflect action subjects’ initiatives. When we specify environment resources with benefits and focus on the real motivation created after that, the reason for Chinese public participation in environmental issues forwardly is clear. Furthermore, this paper also points out the process that the public taking part in the environmental issues and resolving living problems together is a mechanism of social study as well as a process for improving the quality of democracy. Abstract: The largest feature of environmental issue in the current society is its unpredictability. Under such a circumstance, what does environmental security mean to human being? Security is not only evaluation on an objective fact, but more an outcome of people’s subjective construction. This paper introduces wind power control system from certain aspects such as control mode, control principle, and so on.
