Abstract:
Education is an activity to cultivate people. No matter in what time and in what form, the education should put morality and ability first, and develop the people in the first place. So it is particularly important in the transformation and development process of TVU to build campus cultural brand with the opportunity of humanistic spirit cultivation. Xinchang College of Zhejiang Radio and Television University has made a series of effective attempts to create a long-term mechanism by using its advantageous resources.
Study on Characteristics of Sound Absorption of Underwater Visco-elastic Coated Compound Structures
Zhihong Liu,Meiping Sheng
Modern Applied Science , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/mas.v3n1p32
Abstract: Visco-elastic damping materials containing kinds of air-filled, fluid-filled microspheres or cylindrical cavities have been widely used in various areas involving the coating of water-borne structure to reduce acoustic echoes to active sonar systems. As a special damping material, rubber has attracted great interest in the field of vibration and noise for its low Young’s modulus and high strain recovery features. Based on wave transfer propagation theory in infinite layered medium, sound absorption performance for underwater compound damping structures is investigated using transfer matrix method. A new anechoic coating containing different varying sectional cavities is proposed. Simulation results show that the new anechoic coating keeps good absorption performance in high frequency and its sound absorption coefficient is increased notably in low frequency. Simulations also show that the property of rubber material influences structural sound absorption greatly. Soft rubber as well as those with large loss factor may improve sound absorption performance of the whole structure remarkably. New anechoic coating containing varying sectional cavities have great advantages over the uniform compound structures. It's a good way to make different varying sectional cavities inside multi-layered rubber compound structures for improving sound absorption property. The sound absorption coefficient can be modulated by changing the thickness of the three different varying sectional cavities, and not the more the cavities are, the better sound absorption will achieve. As a new kind of complex multilayered rubber compound structures, compound structure containing varying sectional cavities has better sound absorption property than rubber interlayer with cylindrical cavities compound structure and homogeneous rubber compound structure.
Notoginsenoside R1 Attenuates Hypoxia and Hypercapnia-Induced Vasoconstriction In Vitro by Reducing the Expression of p38  [PDF]
Congcong Zhang, Meiping Zhao, Mengxiao Zheng, Longsheng Song, Wantie Wang
Journal of Biosciences and Medicines (JBM) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/jbm.2017.58001
Abstract: Notoginsenoside R1, the main active ingredient of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS), has been proposed to play fatal roles in the development of hypoxic hypercapnia-induced pulmonary vasoconstriction (HHPV). Subsequently, pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) lead to pulmonary vascular system remodeling and chronic pulmonary disease in the development of HHPV. Despite considerable studies have contributed to pulmonary disease, the mechanism of how Notoginsenoside R1 affects HHPV remains unclear. In this view, we will discuss the effect of notoginsenoside R1 by investigating the expression of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) signaling pathway in PASMCs under hypoxia and hypercapnia condition. The third order PASMCs of Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were cultured with various concentrations (8, 40, 100 mg/L, respectively) of Notoginsenoside R1. Our data showed that the protein and mRNA expression levels of p-38 MAPK were higher in hypoxic hypercapnia group compared with hypoxic DMSO and normoxia control groups (p < 0.01). In R1 treatment groups, the level of p-p38 MAPK protein and p38 MAPK mRNA were significantly decreased with different degrees (p < 0.01, each). This study provides the evidence that Notoginsenoside R1 treatment may contribute to attenuate HHPV via decreasing the protein and mRNA expression levels of p-38 MAPK.

Open Journal of Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases (OJEMD) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ojemd.2014.44010
Abstract:

Liver cirrhosis portal hypertension patients to reduce the number of blood cells are common in clinical, and often affect the prognosis. This paper discusses cirrhotic portal hypertension patients complicated by the reason of the decrease in the number of peripheral blood cells and what is the clinical significance of these reasons so as to provide theoretical support for the choice of treatment. Splenomegaly and hypersplenism caused should be the main reason for reducing the number of blood cells, but not all, other reasons are alcohol and virus inhibition of bone marrow, liver function impairment, autoimmune damage and loss of blood, etc. If it is a function of the spleen hyperfunction caused by blood cells decreases, blood should rise to normal after splenectomy, or consider other reason or there are other reasons at the same time.

Abstract: As the environment of commercial banks, the development of financial market has a profound impact on the commercial banks. In recent years, the continuous development of financial market is both an opportunity and a challenge for the commercial banking industry. This paper tries to analyze commercial bank business challenges brought about by the development of the financial market mainly from three aspects: the development of Internet banking rise, interest rates liberalization and deposit insurance system, financial industry mixed operation trend and takes it as a starting point to explore the trend of development of commercial bank management from the commercial bank organization structure, management mode and business development three aspects.
Selection of Macroeconomic Forecasting Models: One Size Fits All?  [PDF]
Yunyun Lv
Theoretical Economics Letters (TEL) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/tel.2017.74048
Abstract: The main distinction between this paper and traditional approach is the assumption that variables affect the economy through different horizons. Under this alternative hypothesis, a variable considered as an unimportant detail from a short-horizon perspective may become an essential factor in a long-horizon standpoint, this paper, therefore, suggests selecting variables specific to the horizon. My findings confirm that a model that allows the variables particular to the horizon has a lower Schwarz Bayesian Information Criterion (SBIC) value than a model that does not. My outcomes also show that the vector autoregression (VAR) model in general forecasts poorly compared with my approach. Likewise, I contribute to the literature by setting predictions equal to the sample mean as a benchmark and showing that the out-of-sample forecasts of the VAR model with lag length higher than one fail to outperform the sample mean. Additionally, I select principal components derived from 190 different time series to forecast a time series as the time horizon varies. Again, the results show that some of the principal components may be more important at some horizons than at others, thus I suggest selecting the principal components in a factor-augmented VAR (FAVAR) model specific to the horizon. According to above results, I conclude that long-horizon and deep-rooted economic problems cannot be fixed with short-horizon and surface-level interventions. I also reach my argument via simulation.

Population Age Structure, Urbanization and Real Exchange Rate: An Empirical Study Based on G20’s Panel Data  [PDF]
Jiaxing Lv
Modern Economy (ME) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/me.2018.92020
Abstract: This paper examines the internal transmission mechanisms of population age structure and urbanization to real exchange rate based on G20’s panel data over 1993-2016 periods. “Balassa-Samuelson effect” and “Factor endowment effect” are main channels that population age structure affect U.S dollar real exchange rate, and “demand structure effect” is not significant. The improvement of urbanization rate has significant positive effect on U.S dollar real exchange rate through “Balassa-Samuelson effect” and “Factor endowment effect” has significant negative effect on U.S dollar real exchange rate through “demand structure effect”. On the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, we put forward suggestions to suppress the negative effects of aging on productivity.

 [PDF]

Houhui Lv
Modern Economy (ME) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/me.2018.94039
Abstract: This paper conducts an empirical analysis based on the unbalanced panel data of China’s A-share non-financial listed companies in 2011-2016, and uses Richarson’s residual error measurement model to study the influence of the integration of industrial and financial on investment efficiency. To explore the mechanism of the integration of industrial and financial on investment efficiency, this paper further uses a cash-cash flow sensitivity model to study the influence of the integration of industrial and financial on financing constraints. Results show that the integration of industrial and financial can improve the investment efficiency of listed companies. The integration of industrial and financial can mitigate underinvestment by mitigating financing constraints.
Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors and Family-Like Employee-Organization Relationship: Effects on Employees Organizational Citizen Behavior  [PDF]
Jie Lv
Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2018.62029
Abstract:
The present study developed a mediation model to examine how family supportive supervisor behaviors (FSSB) affect employees’ family-like employee-organization relationship (FEOR) which in turn affects employees’ organizational citizen behavior (OCB). A random sample of 211 Chinese fulltime employees completed online surveys, and to test the former assumptions M-plus software was used to conduct linear regression analysis. Results shows: 1) family supportive supervisor behaviors are positively related to family-like employee-organization relationship, 2) family-like employee-organization relationship is positively related to employees’ organizational citizen behavior, and 3) the relationship between FSSB and OCB was partly mediated by FEOR.
