Abstract: environmental education (ee) has expanded in brazil in diverse educational settings, both formal and non-formal. this text considers ee as provoking political change, stimulating an ethical and ecological rationality and promoting personal values and attitudes, as well as social practices, compatible with the sustainability of life on earth. from this perspective, the principal objective of the article is to reflect on the expansion of environmental education in brazilian universities in the last twenty years; discuss the changes in public educational policies, since the 1988 constitution; and to consider the possible influence of social movements in organized society, as well as the networks of local, regional and national ee, together with the generalized use of computer technology, as impulses in its expansion. environmental education constitutes and formalizes itself as a foundation for national policies that contribute to its permanence and deepening in the spaces where it already exists and promotes its inclusion in the other contexts of organized society.

Abstract: Este trabalho analisa os fundamentos das práticas pedagógicas da saúde na escola por meio do discurso do processo de medicaliza o da sociedade apresentado por Foucault, a partir da instaura o da medicina moderna. A análise dos programas curriculares apresentados na literatura, no decorrer do século XX revelam que os pressupostos medicalizantes ecoam nas inúmeras propostas curriculares, quer seja àquelas relacionadas ao escolanovismo, à teoria da priva o cultural, às propostas democráticas da década de 80, ou àquelas recentemente apresentadas nos Parametros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN). O estudo conclui pela necessidade de rever os fundamentos das práticas pedagógicas da saúde a partir dos pressupostos da psicologia histórico-cultural para o desenvolvimento do aprendizado, que mais do que reorganizar os conteúdos do ensino, prop e os saberes escolares como um processo que requer uma elabora o que envolva a transforma o dos modos de conceituar do aluno no sentido do conhecimento sistematizado, através das rela es interpessoais, das trocas dialógicas sobre objetos ou fen menos em que o conhecimento sistematizado está intimamente inter-relacionado ao conhecimento do cotidiano. This work analyzes the practical beddings of the pedagogical ones of the health in the school by means of the speech of the process of medicaliza o of the society presented for Foucault, from the instauration of the modern medicine. The analysis of the presented curricular programs in literature, in elapsing of century X discloses that the medicalizantes estimated ones echo in the innumerable curricular proposals, wants either to those related to the escolanovismo, to the theory of the cultural privation, to the democratic proposals of the decade of 80, or to those recently presented in Parametros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN). The study it concludes for the necessity to review the practical beddings of the pedagogical ones of the health from the estimated ones of the descriptioncultural perspective, that more of the one than to reorganize the contents of education, considers to know pertaining to school to them as a process that requires an elaboration that involves the hashing in the modes to appraise of the pupil in the direction of the knowledge systemize, through the interpersonal relations, of the dialógicas swaps on objects or phenomena where the systemize knowledge intimamente is interrelated the knowledge of the daily one. Abstract: O estudo teve como objetivo mapear, através do hipertexto a ocorrência de acessos às informa es na Web de alunos com rela o às disciplinas de Biologia e Física do currículo de uma escola especializada de 2o grau e, em segundo lugar, caracterizar a atua o dos professores dessas mesmas áreas no uso da Internet. Nesse artigo, apresenta-se os resultados da segunda parte, isto é, a caracteriza o do uso da Internet por professores das disciplinas mencionadas. Os resultados mostram que os professores têm potencial expresso para utiliza o das redes eletr nicas mas precisam se dedicar mais e investir mais no desenvolvimento de metodologias e instrumentos para o ensino-aprendizagem a partir das redes eletr nicas. The main goal of the study was first to map, through the hipertext occurences of acess to web information from students of Biology and Physics of a special high school and second, caracterizar a atua o dos professores dessas mesmas áreas no uso da Internet. In this article, presents the results of this second part of the research. Abstract: Este artigo procura explicitar os motivos pelos quais, segundo a ótica de Roque Spencer Maciel de Barros, a institui o universitária foi criada t o tardiamente no Brasil. A partir da perspectiva liberal, procura explicar porque passamos pela col nia e pelo Império sem universidade, que só viria a ser criada 45 anos após à proclama o da República, quando no Peru, por exemplo, a Universidade de S o Marcos, foi criada já no século XVI, em 1551. This article seeks explicitar the reasons for the which, according to the optics of Roque Spencer Maciel of Barros, the university institution was created so tardiamente in Brazil. Starting from the liberal perspective, it tries to explain because we went by the colony and for the empire without university, that would only come to be created 45 years after to the proclamation of the Republic, when in Peru, for example, S o Marcos' University, it was already created in the Century XVI, in 1551. Abstract: this article tries to demonstrate by new pathological findings (with the use of immunohistochemical technique and confocal laser microscopy) that chronic chagasic cardiomyopathy is a result of multiple factors involving myocarditis, immunodepression, severe fibrosis and microvessels dilatation and that all of these alterations are probably directly related with the presence of trypanosoma cruzi parasites in the host associated with inadequate immunological response of the host.

Abstract: in this paper i analyze the idea that intelligence is a male erotic attribute, while beauty is what makes woman attractive. i begin by immanuel kant, an 18th century philosopher, according to whom an intelligent woman may have the admiration of men, but not their desire. more than that, an intelligent, yet beautiful woman would lose her power over men, because intelligence can ruin woman attractiveness. i show that this apparently old vision is still alive today. many authors nowadays support the view that what makes a woman's attractive for man is beauty, intelligence being negative or indifferent for attraction. some even assign this idea to a natural essence of man and woman. i will challenge this view, showing that beauty has a cultural aspect and that we cannot appeal to a non-historical essence of human being.
