María Rosario Andueza Doce,Pilar Galán Rodriguez de Isla,Ma Bego?a Benavides Espilla,Ma Concepción Peralta Rodrigo
NURE Investigación , 2012,
Abstract: Objetive: Knowing the level of emotional overload which the main informal caregiver of a mentally ill person has to undergo when admitted to a subacute unit, and valuing the existence of mood disorders (anxiety or depression) in the caregiver himself/herself, along with the impact for the caregiver of the patient admitted in a subacute unit. Method: A descriptive and transversal study carried out from a sample of 32 main caregivers of patients in the Unite of the Subacute in the Psyquiatric Hospital of Zaldibar, during 2010, being the measure instruments for that purpose the Zarit Scales for Caregiver Burden and the Goldberg Anxiety and Depression Scale (GADS). Results: The level of overload presented by a 53% of these caregivers is intense, coupled by a predominantly anxious mood with an average of 5.34 on the Goldberg Anxiety and Depression Scale (GADS). After admission, 69% of these caregivers reduce the overlead, and 59.5% improve in both anxiety and depression. Conclusions: The task of caring falls primarily on parents who expressed particularly fear for the future of their sons and daughters, and feel that they depend heavely on them wich generate a lot of overload.
AN ELUCIDATION OF PUBLIC SOUND ART THROUGH A NON-SONOROUS TRADITION
María Andueza Olmedo
SoundEffects , 2012,
Abstract: The origins of sound art are usually traced to previous sonorous artistic manifestations such as futurism or fluxus (see Labelle, 2006; Kahn, 1999). However, in non-sonorous manifestations it is also possible to appreciate some features of sound art that go beyond the dominant role that sound plays. By adding to the topic of sound art essential notions of temporality, spatial construction and social recognition, the emergence of a sonorous artistic practice which goes beyond the mere use of sound is revealed. In this sense, research in public sound art, which is the primary topic of this paper, provides three issues to which it is important to pay attention in order to pose new sound art theories and ideas: First, the viewer-listener, considered simply as a citizen; second, the city, understood as a sculptural space and a social space, and finally, derived from the previous two, the transformation of the concept of ‘space’ in the practices concerning the public sphere of art. The implementation of these concepts, which took place naturally in different artistic domains, represented the beginning of the creative use of sound and, specifically, the awakening of public sound art. For this reason, based on sound art studies, as mentioned above, the projection of the article goes beyond these writings in an attempt to connect sound art with the public space. Literature on sound art has described its origins through music, poetry, architecture and other disciplines. However, this article addresses its origin in connection with the specific area of the city. The sound installation’s pioneer, Max Neuhaus, will act as a guide towards this aim. This process allows a rereading of some of the most evocative examples of sound art and, at the same time, provides other references that will be valuable for assessing the growing interest in the creation of sound interventions in public space. The prolific career of Max Neuhaus, which covered a broad range of topics, will establish a connection between public sound art and artists and thinkers who are rarely linked to this medium. These connections will, however, offer new perspectives onto the most widely discussed topics of the discipline: temporality and spatiality. This inquiry into the roots of sound art is an attempt to make a contribution to its history, not only by way of evidence, but also through suggestions provided by works of art that are far removed from the medium of sound and by other contributions from different fields of studies.(1)

Psychology (PSYCH) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/psych.2019.104028
Abstract: This study analyzes the relationship between self-esteem, in secondary school students, mainly of rural origin, with the ethnic condition, taken into consideration for this purpose the use of the language, in which we compare the Mayan speakers and non-Mayan speakers of a region of Yucatan, Mexico, in men and women. Quantitative, cross-sectional study, with a simple random sample of 1452 Yucatan high school students, by means of a self-administered questionnaire. The main results are that 22% of the population has a low self-esteem level, with significant differences by age (p = 0.028) and in negative self-esteem score in the variable Maya-speaker and not Maya-speaker (p = 0.023). There were also differences between the condition of rural and urban. The prevention and care of mental health in adolescence must take into account the peculiarities of cultural contexts and gender determinants, to strengthen the autonomy and self-esteem of new generations, educational programs based on studies that take into account the determinants social gender and ethnicity, now blurred before the global communication processes.
La argentinidad de la constitución: Nuevos enfoques para el estudio de nuestra carta magna a principios del siglo XX (1901-1930)
Polotto,María Rosario;
Revista de historia del derecho , 2009,
Abstract: at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th, the scientific argentinean panorama receives the influence of new orientations and perspectives that were brought by the "social science" or sociology, together with a "national point of view", which was seeking the search, through them, of an "argentinean soul" and was the eco of a nationalist affirmation that was influencing both the political and intellectual life of argentina since 1880. in the sphere of the law, the sociological influence brought a crisis in the exegetic method by putting into evidence "the huge abysm between the socio-juridical phenomena and the law as a science". that is why most of our jurists insisted on tracking what "might be of our own in our constitution or our laws". from this perspective, the object of this investigation is to analyse those speeches which, in the sphere of the constitutional law, were built up considering the identity of our national constitution and moving away from those speeches that considered it as a copy of the american constitution. they set out an interpretation of its rules, basing this interpretation, mainly, in the national facts and precedents.

At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th, the scientific Argentinean panorama receives the influence of new orientations and perspectives that were brought by the "Social Science" or Sociology, together with a "National point of view", which was seeking the search, through them, of an "Argentinean soul" and was the eco of a Nationalist affirmation that was influencing both the political and intellectual life of Argentina since 1880.

Abstract: The manuscript presents results of research conducted with the aim of analyzing the association of geographic areas and risk factors of violence to women occurred in the state of Yucatan during 1997-2014, by reviewing statistics and other sources. Variables domestic violence, sex crimes and homicides and femicides association and risk according to the degree of marginalization, town size and percentage of population analyzed Maya. The main findings of the research show the presence of violence in 49 of the 106 municipalities. Association found the urban condition in cases of domestic violence, sexual offenses, homicide, and femicide, while for domestic violence it was obtained that the condition of Maya speakers is a risk factor. The geospatial distribution shows areas of high violence mostly in the south and east of the state. Some municipalities’ rates for homicide and domestic violence, are higher compared to the national and state average rates recorded. It is concluded that information management has been the key to catalog the state as low gender violence and that the results presented here show the presence of large geographical areas of high risk for the lives of women, which requires your attention of intersectoral public policy.

DE LA NOSTALGIA POR LO CLáSICO AL FIN DE LO CLáSICO COMO NOSTALGIA: WINCKELMANN Y BURCKHARDT
Acosta,María del Rosario;
Estudios de Filosofía , 2005,
Abstract: this text proposes to answer a question about the relation between aesthetics and philosophy of history as found in the aesthetic theories of winckelmann (half of the xviiith century) as opposed to burckhardt′s reflexions on history (end of the xixth century), and each of these is crossed by the meaning the concept of "classic" acquires in them. the idea is to show how a history of art such as winckelman′s, whose criterion is greek art as canon, necessarily entails with it a philosophy of history that supports it and makes it possible; at the same time, that a reflexion about history such as burckhardt′s, that presents itself as an answer to the neo-classic tradition and to the romantic tradition that comes right before it, displays behind it an aesthetic thought that is self-made.
La importancia de los nematodes Syphaciini (Syphaciinae-Oxyuridae) como marcadores especifícos de sus hospedadores
Robles,María del Rosario;
Mastozoolog?-a neotropical , 2010,
Abstract: the specificity is one of the main features of parasites. the founding of highly specific parasite species can offer information on their hosts. also, the host specificity describes patterns of current association that can reflect the macroevolutive history. the host specificity of the syphaciini (oxyuridae) nematode parasites of american muroidea (rodentia) and akodontine rodents was analyzed in this study. on the other hand, with the aim of distinguishing possible evolutionary events, the taxonomic-ecological knowledge and the results of specificity of syphaciini were integrated with the phylogeny of the akodontini rodents. the results showed correspondence between parasite specie-genus host and explain that these parasites accompany the diversification of their hosts. as regarded, it is suggested that these nematodes would be useful as taxonomic markers of the evolutionary history of their hosts.
