In this paper we try to define the culture as a Basic piece in the organizational behavior in a cooperative. This culture includes a group of social norms, values, principles and common behaviors of people which define the organization. The objective of this paper is to study the role of the culture in the cooperative, as a people project who try to create social wealth in a democratic group of people. We try to explain questions such as the culture as a different element of these organizations, the existence of different and specific cultural characteristic and the function of this culture in the cooperative government.

Revista Espa?ola de Salud Pública , 2005, DOI: 10.1590/S1135-57272005000300006
Abstract: background: the use of new drugs has undergone a major increase in recent years. this study is aimed at ascertaining the degree to which pharmaceutical novelties are being used in one healthcare district in zaragoza, describing which are those most used and the trend thereof over the course of time in addition to analyzing the characteristics of those centers associated with a greater use of these drugs. methods: a descriptive study analyzing all of the dispensations of fifty new active ingredients marketed within the january 1, 2000 - december 31, 2003 period in one healthcare district. the percentage of use of novelties throughout the first year these drugs were marketed at each primary care center was calculated, the characteristics of those centers associated with a greater degree of innovation having been analyzed. results: seventy-six percent of the fifty new drugs marketed were barely innovative in comparison to the existing ones. the ten new drugs most prescribed began being used during the first four months immediately after coming out on the market. the percentage of use of new drugs as compared to all of the drugs prescribed at the healthcare centers studied fell within the 0.3% -1.18% range. in the analysis made by centers, the ?per-patient expense? and the ?consultations per physician? are positively correlated with a greater use of new drugs, whilst the percentage of retirees showed a reverse ratio. conclusions: a high degree of variability exists in the percentage of use of pharmaceutical novelties among the primary care centers. the centers having the largest number of consultations per physician are those tending toward more readily incorporating these new drugs.

Journal of Diabetes Mellitus (JDM) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/jdm.2017.71003
Abstract: Objective: To determine the relationship between clinical parameters (HbA1c) whit metabolic control and deterioration of peripheral arterial perfusion in diabetic patients. Methodology: 108 medical records of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were evaluated. We obtained averages of: blood glucose (162.3 ± 73.10 mg/dl), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c = 7.64% ± 1.77%), cholesterol (189.28 ± 35.25 mg/dl), triglycerides (189.11 ± 87.76 mg/dl), Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP = 119.69 ± 14.95 mmHg), Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP = 77.15 ± 9.55 mmHg) and Media Blood Pressure (MBP = 91.36 ± 9.89 mmHg). We correlated variable HbA1c with vascular injury symptomatology. Results: Correlation was found between sensitivity dysfunction and HbA1c with a statistical significance of p = 0.01, and a correlation Kendal coefficient w = 0.01, any other parameter of metabolic control was not correlated with symptoms of vascular injury. Conclusion: It is remarkable that the sensitivity dysfunction is a symptom of poorly vascularized lower extremities caused for both functional impairment and structural changes in diabetic patients’ peripheral nerves, even in the preclinical stage of vascular disease. The HbA1c could also be investigated as a likely sensitivity dysfunction biomarker in DM due to the correlation presented in this study but more studies must be realized.

Abstract:

Here we investigated the effects of chronic treated with resveratrol, a polyphenol (3,4,5-trihydroxystilbene) found in more than 70 plant species and food products such as red grapes, berries and peanuts, or N-PEP-12, a mix of peptides, on arteries in aging rats. Aging rats have shown endothelial dysfunction. Aged Sprague-Dawley rats (18 months old) were treated with resveratrol (20 mg/kg/day by gavage) or N-PEP-12 (60 mg/kg/day by gavage) for 10 weeks. 24 hours after the last administration of resveratrol or N-PEP-12, the animals were weighed and diastolic and systolic blood pressure was measured by tail-cuff plethysmography. Thoracic and abdominal aorta artery segments were obtained from resveratrol-, N-PEP-12-and vehicle-treated rats and were mounted in isometric tension for isolated vessels. We found that resveratrol and N-PEP-12 improved acetylcholine-induced relaxation in the old animals. These results suggest that chronic administration of resveratrol or N-PEP-12 may in part reduce endothelial dysfunction in the aging.

It is very common for the nursing staff to find out that the information flow regarding an elderly patient on admission is deficient or scarce. To resolve this problem and improve the attendance continuity of the elderly people when they are discharged or transfered from our Center Residence Clinic Geriatric "Los Robles", the nursing staff have developed an instrument for a better register that we have denominated "Nursing inform for the discharge or transfer to a resident for old people". In that inform we try to collect in a schematic, agile, and complete way the reality and the bio-psycho-social situation of the old people guaranteeing an adequate transmission of the information and the continuity of nursing cares. This instrument was created taking as a basis to a great extent Virginia Henderson's needs model (1). In it, a series of basic aspect of the elderly person state are collected, by means of a sequence of opened and closed items, including the basic state and the acute process, if they were any, and it is addressed to the health-care staff of the final center and to the care takers of the old person if they are translated to their own home.

Abstract: Objetivo.
