浅埋PVC管道穿越挖填方场地时受力状态研究

Abstract: 以延安新区黄土沟壑高填方工程中的PVC输水管道为原型,通过1:2物理模型试验,预设沉降底板模拟高填方的工后沉降过程,对比不同接口布设位置的管道在穿越填挖结合场地时的受力变形过程,采集管道变形、应变和管土接触压力等数据,对比不同接口位置对管道的影响。研究表明:浅埋PVC管道受负土拱效应影响明显,深层沉降量超过6 mm后填方场地中管道底部与土体出现脱空,管道竖向变形明显。对比2根管道的内力曲线发现,填挖结合部位中管道的内力受支座转角与竖向位移控制,管道接口的不良影响在这一阶段开始显现,建议在填挖结合区和工后沉降量大的填方场地采用柔性接口 设计。
This paper took the PVC drainage pipeline in Yan’an District of loess gully high embankment engineering as the test’s prototype. By making a 1:2 physical model test, the combination of filling and excavation site of shallow buried PVC pipes in the post construction settlement was simulated during the stress and the deformation process. The deformation of pipeline, pipe soil contact pressure and strain data were obtained. Studies show that when the deep ground subsidence quantity is greater than 6 mm, pipe in various parts of the stress state of differentiation and pipeline interface for the adverse effects at this stage starts to appear. Abstract: 西安地裂缝是一种特殊的城市地质灾害,地铁隧道穿越地裂缝带时必须分段设特殊变形缝。以西安地铁隧道正交穿越地裂缝带为工程背景,采用几何比1∶5的大比例尺模型试验,研究分段设缝柔性接头隧道穿越地裂缝带的适应性。试验结果表明:地裂缝活动环境下隧道设置特殊变形缝的柔性接头避免了衬砌结构应力集中,对结构起到保护作用,分段柔性接头隧道具有较强的适应地裂缝大变形的能力。设置与地裂缝倾角一致的斜变形缝对围岩压力与位移有一定影响,而对衬砌结构安全性影响较小。正交条件下斜变形缝能消耗20%以上的地裂缝位移量,在地裂缝影响区隧道可通过多段设变形缝串联的方式最大限度地消除地裂缝大变形对隧道的影响。接头处顶底部止水带基本完好,而两侧止水带因地裂缝垂直位移作用出现撕裂现象,防水设计应重点考虑接头两侧壁的防水。研究结果可为地裂缝活动环境下地铁隧道结构与防水设计提供重要参考。

Abstract: In the light of universality of uncertainty, we propose a decision making model in completed information system. Considering the attribute reduction, attribute importance and mismatched information, a multiple attribute decision making model based on importance of attribute is constructed. First of all, decision table is obtained by the knowledge known and deleting reduced attributes. Also, attributes value reduction obtained to simplify the decision table and rules is extracted. Then, rules are utilized to make decision for a new problem. Finally, an example is advanced to illustrate our model.
Reward and Punishment Mechanisms of the Flexible Retirement System in China  [PDF]

Abstract: This article attempts to understand the reward and punishment mechanisms of the flexible retirement system in China. The life-cycle model is applied in the pay-as-you-go pension system with flexible retirement policy to establish the numerical model of optimal retirement age under the consideration of prolonged life span. The effect of penalty rate for early retirement and incentive rate for delayed retirement on optimal retirement age is studied. Numerical experiments show that appropriate delayed retirement incentive rate incentivises a delayed retirement decision for maximising the total lifetime utility. The optimal retirement age is raised by prolonging lifespan, and the flexible retirement system is an effective means to implement delayed retirement policy.

Abstract: With the opening of China’s national gate, China’s economy has entered a stage of rapid development, and the development of cross-border e-commerce is extremely strong, which has greatly impacted and affected the international trade market. The article is organized as follows 3 parts: based on the summary of the new development trend of global e-commerce, this paper analyzes and studies the different aspects of how to conduct innovation in e-commerce according to China’s national conditions and the status quo of China’s e-commerce trade, and finally obtains innovation research in China. The new trend includes innovation of profit model, innovation of marketing model and innovation of supervision mode; China’s e-commerce innovation is characterized by diversified development of profit model, and enhances competitiveness and marketing mode through integration of value-added services with logistics and supply chain. Including B2C mode, direct supply mode, B2B mode and Amazon integration, B2B and B2C access, and the innovation of supervision mode should be the conclusion of the comprehensive management of relevant ministries and commissions, joint management and unblocking of various functional departments.

Abstract: In China, school and hospital staff account for approximately 70% of the total staff in public institutions. In the second half of 2014, the central government embarked on the old-age pension reform of public institutions that would be introduced in 2015. The pension reform of colleges and universities is considered the bellwether of this reform. Nowadays, the old-age pension reform of administrative units has already started, but the reform of colleges and universities has not been implemented yet. This article attempts to explain the slow progress in pension reform and propose corresponding solutions. A breakthrough in this regard requires great political wisdom and sufficient financial support. Only in this way can the entire society address social conflicts, solve practical problems, and achieve ideal reform goals.

Abstract: 以西安地铁2号线穿越地裂缝带为研究背景,采用几何缩比1:5的大比例尺地裂缝与地铁隧道结构模型试验,研究了地裂缝活动对地铁明挖隧道整体式衬砌结构的影响机制.试验结果表明:随地裂缝位错量的增加,隧道顶部土与结构接触压力上盘明显增大,下盘减小,底部接触压力上盘减小直至为0,下盘则明显增大;当地裂缝位错量达到20 cm时,位于地裂缝上盘的隧道结构底部出现脱空现象,下盘2.5 m处衬砌出现开裂,对隧道底部脱空区应及时进行注浆等地基处理;隧道底板基本处于受压状态,而顶板受力较复杂,下盘受拉,上盘则先受拉后受压.地裂缝作用下隧道变形破坏模式为拉张破坏,且隧道衬砌开裂主要出现在下盘距地裂缝14.0 m范围内,而位于上盘的隧道衬砌基本完好,这与地裂缝活动引起土体和地表建(构)筑物的变形破坏主要发生在上盘刚好相反.研究结果可为西安地铁穿越地裂缝的隧道结构设计与防治措施制定提供一定参考.
