The Risks and Strategies of High Leverage  [PDF]

Abstract: Under the background of slow economic development speed, the state has issued a series of policies to realize destocking due to the serious real estate destocking in China. The problem about high leverage of real estate also emerges gradually due to the policies of reducing the proportion of down payment. The high leverage of real estate might bring about risks such as: building market bubble and increased risk in bank credit risk. However, there are a lot of difficulties to overcome to remove leverage. For example, the pressure over destocking is heavier and real estate bubble could be easily brought about. Only by positively adopting measures and conducting regulation positively, improving leverage structure of real estate market and boosting real estate market destocking, the financial risk can be prevented and controlled.

Abstract: In order to improve the quality and efficiency of water pollution prevention and control project, the State encouraged social capital to participate in water pollution prevention and control PPP projects. But there are some problems in the field, including a low rate of return on investment, the imperfect investment environment and so on which hinder the participation of social capital in these PPP projects. So we need to perfect the social capital investment return mechanism, and establish a fair and safe investment environment and take other measures.

Abstract: As the aging problem is increasingly serious in China, the pension operation and management attract more and more attentions. However, China’s pension yields have been low, leaving a lot of problems. There are growing calls to make China’s pension enter capital market. While, there exists many risks, such as the unavoidable stock market risk and the potential risk in the “principal-agent”. Pension management should be of caution and safety. Attentions should be paid to improve relevant laws, strengthen supervision, perfect China’s multi-pillar pension system and so on. UK has enlightened China on pension entering capital market.

Abstract: Under the background of slow economic development speed in China, orderly real estate destocking is related to national economy and people’s livelihood. Orderly destocking faces some problems, such as heavy pressure over orderly destocking and severe regional and structural differentiation. According to present situation, it is necessary to take control of supply and demand of real estate properly and implement differentiated regulation and control policy and other measures to implement the strategy of real estate destocking.
Importance of NPA motifs in the expression and function of water channel aquaporin-1

Abstract: The asparagine-proline-alanine sequences (NPA motifs) are highly conserved in aquaporin water channel family. Crystallographic studies of AQP1 structure demonstrated that the two NPA motifs are in the narrow central constriction of the channel, serving to bind water molecules for selective and efficient water passage. To investigate the importance of the two NPA motifs in the structure, function and biogenesis of aquaporin water channels, we generated AQP1 mutations with NPA1 deletion, NPA2 deletion and NPA1,2 double deletion. The coding sequences of the three mutated cDNAs were subcloned into the mammalian expression vector pcDNA3.1 to form expression plasmids. We established stably transfected CHO cell lines expressing these AQP1 mutants. Immunofluorescence indicated that all the three mutated AQP1 proteins are expressed normally on the plasma membrane of stably transfected CHO cells, suggesting that deletion of NPA motifs does not influence the expression and intracellular processing of AQP1. Functional analysis demonstrated that NPA1 or NPA2 deletion reduced AQP1 water permeability by 49.6% and 46.7%, respectively, while NPA1,2 double deletion had little effect on AQP1 water permeability. These results provide evidence that NPA motifs are important for water permeation but not essential for the expression, intracellular processing and the basic structure of AQP1 water channel.
Strong and Electromagnetic Decays of X(1835) as a Baryonium State

Abstract: With the assumption that the recently observed X(1835) is a baryonium state we have studied the strong decays of $X(1835) \to \eta^{(\prime)} \pi^+ \pi^-, \eta^{(\prime)} \pi^0 \pi^0$ and the electromagnetic decay of $X(1835) \to 2\gamma$ in the framework of effective Lagrangian formalism. In the present investigation we have included the contributions from the iso-singlet light scalar resonances but we have not included the isospin violating effect. Our result for the strong decay of $X(1835) \to \eta^{\prime} \pi^+ \pi^-$ is smaller than the observed data. The decay width for the radiative decay of $X(1835) \to 2\gamma$ is consistent with the assumption that it decays through the glueball. In addition, the width for the strong decay of $X(1835) \to \eta \pi^+ \pi^-$ is larger than that of the strong decay of $X(1835) \to \eta^{\prime} \pi^+ \pi^-$ due to the large phase space and coupling constant $g_{N\bar{N}\eta}$. From our investigation, it is not possible to interpret X(1835) as a baryonium.

Evaluation of Regional Innovation Networks: Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract: Regional Innovation Networks is becoming a main pattern in regional innovation and development. To figure out the characteristics of regional innovation networks, this paper is based on the sociology theory of networks relationship and structure analysis. It evaluates the whole situation of regional innovation networks of China and concludes that the degree of opening, the communication strength among the main innovation individuals within the region, the scale of the regional node, and so on, such kind of factors have great influences with the regional innovation networks. Above that, this paper also analyzes the reasons of existing problems and puts forward counterpart suggestions. Keywords: regional innovation networks; relationship; structure; principle component analysis Résumé: Les réseaux régionaux d'innovation deviennent un motif principal du développment de l'innovation et de l’économie régionales. Pour déterminer les propriétés structurales et relationnelles des réseaux régionaux d'innovation, cet article analyse les caractéristiques des réseaux régionaux d’innovation en utilisant les théories sociologiques sur les relations et les structures de réseaux. Il évalue le niveau global des réseaux régionaux d’innovation en utilisant les méthodes d’analyse des composantes principales et en conclu que le dégré d’ouverture, l’intensité d’échanges entre les sujets d’innovation dans les réseaux régionaux et l’ampleur de noeud régional ont une influence importante sur les réseaux régionaux d'innovation. Dense baryonic matter in the hidden local symmetry approach

Abstract: The dense baryonic matter and hadron properties in medium were simulated by using a Skyrme model including the ground state vector mesons introduced from the hidden local symmetry approach up to the next to leading order. We found that both the $\rho$ and $\omega$ mesons affect the baryonic matter and medium modified hadron properties dramatically. The most remarkable observation is that, the pion decay constant and the nucleon mass have the similar density dependence which agrees with the large $N_c$ argument. Explicitly, they drop with increasing density in the Skyrmion phase and stop decreasing at $n_{1/2}^{}$ at which the skyrmions in medium fractionize into half-skyrmions and remains nearly constants in the half-skyrmion phase. This density dependence in the half-skyrmion phase indicates that, although $\langle \bar{q}q\rangle \neq 0$ on average in this phase, chiral symmetry is not restored since hadrons are still massive and there exist pions. In addition, the nearly constant nucleon mass means that it could has a non-vanishing component up to the chiral transition, which might shed light on the origin of the nucleon mass.
Estimates for X(4350) Decays from the Effective Lagrangian Approach

Abstract: The strong and electromagnetic decays of $X(4350)$ with quantum numbers $J^P =0^{++}$ and $2^{++}$ have been studied by using the effective Lagrangian approach. The coupling constant between $X(4350)$ and $D_s^{\ast}D_{s0}^{\ast}$ is determined with the help of the compositeness condition which means that $X(4350)$ is a bound state of $D_s^{\ast}D_{s0}^{\ast}$. Other coupling constants applied in the calculation are determined phenomenologically. Our numerical results show that, using the present data within the present model, the possibility that $X(4350)$ is a $D_s^{\ast}D_{s0}^{\ast}$ molecule can not be ruled out.
