Planejamento local: a fala do gerente de Unidade Básica de Saúde

Abstract: as planning is understood as a management tool, this article offers an argument through the speech framework of basic health care center managers in the city of curitiba-pr, by means of the collective subject speech methodology on local planning aspects. its purpose is to bring local managers to a reflection concerning their styles, practices and experiences, as well as to collaborate with central level leading teams towards building their planning processes in an upward, participatory, communicative and strategic way. considerations of the speeches built from central ideas are presented: planning methodology; inter-sectoriality; territorial basis; team and community participation; training, autonomy and particular profile of local managers; the manager's agenda; and institutional culture.

Abstract: this paper presents a reflection on the icnp? and cipesc? construed as a technological innovation capable of sustaining the nursing knowledge. they may be considered as product and process innovations that, inserted on complex realities, must estimate values and local cultures. the cipesc? strengthens the presence of phenomena from the nursing practice in the sus and to survive with autonomy and sharing information, it should be combined with institutional information systems and the icnp?, thus it will establish cultural values strong enough to be available and to interact with systems of language of the profession as well as with systems in use in the sus context. our challenge is to overcome the use of a classification system as a mere instrument of work and view it as a technological innovation able to produce changes that will give the opportunity for nursing work.

Abstract: this article focuses ways of nursing performance in nephrology in the health promotion programs. therefore, we present a theoretical referral formed by concepts of health promotion, health education and technologies. the conception of health promotion is anchored in the first international conference documents about the subject, which took place in ottawa, canada in 1986. health education is based on the empowerment paradigm, seen as a social action process that promotes people's participation in controlling their lives and health. the concept of technologies is presented in accordance with merhy's conception, classifying them as hard technologies, light-hard and light ones. this referral will surely represent a new challenge for nurses in nephrology.

Abstract: due to structural changes of classifications: icnp? beta-2, version 1.0 and cipesc?, this descriptive study aims to identify similarities and differences by building a map between the terms of the focus of practice. the icnp? 1.0 on the beta-2 shows: 41% are new terms, 33% identical, 4% with expanded concepts, 12% modified; 8% different and 2% there are concepts only in beta-2. the icnp? 1.0 in relation to cipesc? presents: 79% are new; 8% identical; 1% extended; 5% modified; 4% different and 3% without concept. there were difficulties from the process of brazilian translating and publishing of icnp? 1.0 and the absence of some concepts in terms of cipesc?. this work will trigger the validation process for non equivalent terms.

Abstract: this paper presents the results of geoprocessing data from a family health unit in curitiba-pr. a research dealt with both descriptive and operational aspects, using the geographical information system (gis). it gathered available information from the health unit, identified which data is relevant for public health assessments, organized it in a database targeted for geoprocessing, and finally generated thematic maps. the paper focuses on cases of high-risk pregnancies and high-risk newborns. the thematic maps show the geographical distribution of the incidence and concentration of such cases, as well as correlations between them. finally, the paper shows that georeferenced maps of public health issues support a better focused planning and management of health services offered to the local population.

Abstract: a classificatory system of nursing practice in collective health (international classification of nursing practices in collective health? - classifica??o internacional das práticas de enfermagem em saúde coletiva?) has been adopted in curitiba's primary care health services as part of its policy. this study, descriptive and exploratory, seeks to show nursing's contributions to epidemiological profile improvement in children's health. the data was collected through the reports about nursing diagnoses from the municipal computer database, and was analyzed using the nursing praxical intervention theory in collective health. the results have shown that children's health profiles in this municipality are better than in the remainder of the country. nursing practices, qualified by using nursing diagnoses and a classificatory system, have allowed assessing improvement in health-illness processes. finally nursing has been able to identify health needs and diagnoses, strengths and impairments of health-illness processes.

Abstract: curitiba has been utilized system cipesc? - international nursing practice classification in collective health. this study goal identifies the activities of nursing staff in the health unities of bairro novo district of curitiba city. we interviewed nursing and auxiliaries using check-list. the results showed: the sheltering is done by everyone; the auxiliaries' activities are procedures caring; all the nurses do nursing consultation and most of then use computer-based system cipesc?. in conclusion, excepting the research activities, the nursing staff works all the time according municipality program, such is under organized and scientific based system to giving nursing care, emphasizing at women health. activities such as planning and education have been improved also.

Abstract: This text is a small adaptation of our Master-degree’s dissertation, which had telework performed in Brazilian homes as its main goal. The research as a whole focused on both sociological and legal analyses of the aspects of telework, regarding flexible work schedules, legislation on distance work, hierarchical relationships, space and time organization of work utilizing telematic means, as well as perceptions of the actors involved with this activity. In this paper, the legal aspects of telework in Brazil will be emphasized.

Abstract: a resume of the epistemological thought of ludwik fleck (1896-1961) is presented with special emphasis on concepts of style of thought and collective thought, with the aim of utilizing them as a referential for theoretical construction in research on the teaching of science and technology, giving special attention to the area of health. some writings are analyzed and the methodology employed in them according to the epistemological categories utilized by fleck, followed by the most important results found and the conclusions.
