M Jamshidi Manesh
Qom University of Medical Sciences Journal , 2012,
Abstract: Background and Objectives: The meaning of menopause and women experience of this transitional stage are related to cultural norms, social factors and one's knowledge of menopause. Women’s image of menopasuse affects self-care and follow-ups during this stage. Among them is consideration of sexuality which is often ignored. The aim of this study was to discover menopausal complications in Iranian women. Methods: 14 women in menopausal stage were interviewed about their clinical experience. The interviews were transcribed and then analyzed using Van Manen’s phenomenology technique. Result: Data analysis showed that one of the women's most important clinical experiences of menopause which they can deliberately express was the start of a new stage. Since, according to those women, changes in their life style were being made in comparison with earlier stages, one of the most important problems that escaped unobserved was sexual challenges which started at this stage. Conclusion: The findings this study reveal women's beliefs about their sex life. This can be used as a basis for education and offering guidelines in order to increase their quality of life.

International Journal of Computer Science Issues , 2012,
Abstract: In the recent decades computing beside the experiment and theory has been changed into third branch of science. The evolution of computations is in such a way that the possibility of their performance on a system and in a local way is very expensive and even impossible. So to solve this problem, distributed systems formed from computers and different sources have been presented. That with distribution of computing on them can get much advantages. The distributed system consists of a number of data centers that presents different services through internet. In a distributed system Timing and mapping the priority of tasks among processors is one of the issues attracted most of attention to itself. This issue consists of mapping a Direct Acyclic Graph with a set of tasks on a number of parallel processors and its purpose is allocating tasks to the available processors in order to satisfy the needs of priority and decency of tasks, and also to minimize the duration time of execution in total graph. In this article, well represent an algorithm that we have optimization of servers. Simulation is showed that the way for me is better about the list schedule algorithm.
Identify and simulation a furnace of steam boiler based on a new fuzzy modeling approach

International Journal of Computer Science Issues , 2012,
Abstract: In this paper, one system identification method based on T-S fuzzy modeling approach is presented for modeling a furnace of steam boiler . In this method, NFCRM is applied to build the fuzzy structure and then identify the premise parameters; a new criterion is proposed to auto determine the number of rules in fuzzy modeling; after the fuzzy rules have been decided, orthogonal least square is exploited to identify the consequent parameters. Comparison between the responses of the proposed models with the responses of the plants and mathematical model validates the accuracy and performance of the modeling approach.
The role of laparoscopy in diagnosing metastasis of upper gastrointestinal tract malignancies

Journal of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences , 2006,
Abstract: Background and purpose: Upper gastrointestinal tract cancers are important malignancies in the entire world. Many Diagnostic procedures are frequently used for staging gastrointestinal malignancies. Laparoscopy has emerged as a good staging modality for most gastrointestinal cancers than many other preoperative modalities.Materials and Methods: Patients with gastrointestinal tract malignancies were selected for evaluation from 2000 to 2001. After complete physical examination and paraclinical evaluations, all patients underwent laparoscopy with general anesthesia and biopsies prepared from metastasis followed by laparotomy. Data were analyzed by statistical tests. Results: Fourty three patients, 41%female and 59% male with a mean age of 61.25±14 years were studied. Sensitivity and specifity of laparoscopy in diagnosing lymph node metastasis of upper gastrointestinal tract malignancies were 83.33% , 100% respectively. These indices were 75% and 100% in liver metastasis. Positive and negative predictive values of lymph node metastasis were 100% and 89.3% respectively and 100% and 20% in liver metastasis. Conclusion: Preoperative laparoscopy is an effective method for diagnosing metastasis in patients with gastrointestinal tract cancers and can prevent many unnecessary laparotomies.
Off-Line Handwritten Signature Identification Using Rotated Complex Wavelet Filters
M. S. Shirdhonkar,Manesh Kokare
International Journal of Computer Science Issues , 2011,
Abstract: In this paper, a new method for handwritten signature identification based on rotated complex wavelet filters is proposed. We have proposed to use the rotated complex wavelet filters (RCWF) and dual tree complex wavelet transform(DT-CWT) together to derive signature feature extraction, which captures information in twelve different directions. In identification phase, Canberra distance measure is used. The proposed method is compared with discrete wavelet transform (DWT). From experimental results it is found that signature identification rate of proposed method is superior over DWT.

Abstract: Pattern tree are based on integrated rules which are equal to a combination of some points connected to each other in a hierarchical structure, called Enquiry Hierarchical (EH). The main operation in pattern enquiry seeking is to locate the steps that match the given EH in the dataset. A point of algorithms has offered for EH matching; but the majority of this algorithms seeks all of the enquiry steps to access all EHs in the dataset. A few algorithms such as seek only steps that satisfy end points of EH. All of above algorithms are trying to locate a way just for investigating direct testing of steps and to locate the answer of enquiry, directly via these points. In this paper, we describe a novel algorithm to locate the answer of enquiry without access to real point of the dataset blindly. In this algorithm, first, the enquiry will be executed on enquiry schema and this leads to a schema. Using this plan, it will be clear how to seek end steps and how to achieve enquiry dataset, before seeking of the dataset steps. Therefore, none of dataset steps will be seek blindly.
The Factors Influencing the Development of Radio Frequency Identification Technology in E-Supply Chain Management (Case study: Iran Khodro Industrial Group (IKCO))
A. Sanayei,A. M. Ghazifard,F. Manesh
New Marketing Research Journal , 2011,
Abstract: The application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) for the purpose of tracking each single part in the automotive supply chain management has become very crucial in recent years. In this study, the factors influencing the development of RFID in Iran Khodro Industrial Group as well as their weight and ranking are evaluated. It is notewothy that the Lin framework factors have been used as the basis of this research. The Fuzzy Delphi, Delphi, and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) methods were applied for the research three stages. In the first stage, three of the Lin framework factors were rejected and replaced with seven more new factors. In the second stage, after three times performance of Delphi method, the dimension of each of the new seven factors was recognized, and finally in the third stage, the weight and ranking of factors and dimensions which influence the RFID development in supply chain management in our case study, Iran Khodro Company, was calculated. The results of the research have shown that the International Standard and Specification dimension has the highest weight among other influential dimensions. Also, the dimensions of Security, Cost, Infrastructure, Technology, and other factors have respectively the next highest weight after the International Standard and Specification dimension.
Off-Line Handwritten Signature Retrieval using Curvelet Transforms
M. S. Shirdhonkar,Manesh B. Kokare
Computer Science , 2011,
Abstract: In this paper, a new method for offline handwritten signature retrieval is based on curvelet transform is proposed. Many applications in image processing require similarity retrieval of an image from a large collection of images. In such cases, image indexing becomes important for efficient organization and retrieval of images. This paper addresses this issue in the context of a database of handwritten signature images and describes a system for similarity retrieval. The proposed system uses a curvelet based texture features extraction. The performance of the system has been tested with an image database of 180 signatures. The results obtained indicate that the proposed system is able to identify signatures with great with accuracy even when a part of a signature is missing.
