Parameters to develop a knowledge management computerized tool Action information gives productivity to companies when it is a core element and to achieve this it requires an organized, systematic application which enables a collaborative environment where several participants raise deliberations about knowledge decisions including the work environment context when artifacts and knowledge processes are modified and started through the application of parameters that influence the ICT tools that help decision-making focused on knowledge management.
Knowledge management processes and the organizational context The effect of globalization has influenced companies to adopt and develop new paradigms in order to get flexibility and be quickly adapted to the changing environments imposed by competitors. One way to do this is to link organizational objectives, in short and long terms, to the processes of the company within its contextual environment that leads to knowledge management through operation, conservation and long term performance. The key is to balance resources and growing elements of knowledge management measured by indicators that enable diagnosis This, in turn, is supported by the feedback process linking the company’s objectives to the knowledge resources.
Influence factors in the Knowledge Management There are factors which impel or slow down the knowledge processes into the organizations which in turn affect the completion of its vision as an ideal planning. The organizational memory, repetition of unconscious acts and the extended practice plays an important role in the meaning of the action and the goal to transform the plans into attainment through the manifest knowledge which turns into conclusion and makes a systematic knowing infused with values as an important core source for the firm. They conceive maturity stages of development within the companies which interact mutually, starting with the organizational memory which embodies the past and present successes, passing towards unconscious acts which can risk the true knowledge content to an extended practice stage based in years of experience.

International Journal of Interactive Multimedia and Artificial Intelligence , 2009,
Abstract: Due to the significant increase in threats, attacks and vulnerabilities that affect the Web in recent years has resulted the development and implementation of pools and methods to ensure security measures in the privacy, confidentiality and data integrity of users and businesses. Under certain circumstances, despite the implementation of these tools do not always get the flow of information which is passed in a secure manner. Many of these security tools and methods cannot be accessed by people who have disabilities or assistive technologies which enable people to access the Web efficiently. Among these security tools that are not accessible are the virtual keyboard, the CAPTCHA and other technologies that help to some extent to ensure safety on the Internet and are used in certain measures to combat malicious code and attacks that have been increased in recent times on the Web. Through the implementation of intelligent systems can detect, recover and receive information on the characteristics and properties of the different tools and hardware devices or software with which the user is accessing a web application and through analysis and interpretation of these intelligent systems can infer and automatically adjust the characteristics necessary to have these tools to be accessible by anyone regardless of disability or navigation context. This paper defines a set of guidelines and specific features that should have the security tools and methods to ensure the Web accessibility through the implementation of intelligent systems.
A new MDA approach based on BPM and SOA to improve software development process

Tékhne - Revista de Estudos Politécnicos , 2008,
Abstract: on demand business concept, from ibm, shows how to coordinate the transformation of enterprise organization and its technological infrastructure to bridge the gap between business and technology. this problem appears in most of the information systems. this concept is based on service oriented architecture (soa) to improve the connection between business services and software services. if companies can reach this on demand business environment they could improve the software development process by applying standards like model driven architecture (mda), to separate business logic from software and technological platforms, and business process management (bpm) to define business processes as computation independent models (cim). in this article we propose a new mda approach that combines bpm, soa and the on demand business to improve the initial phase of the software development process. starting on the creation of business processes models, classified like cim, we can associate them to initial software models, based on software services, classified like platform independent models (pim).
Output Feedback Nonlinear -Tracking Control of a Nonminimum-Phase 2-DOF Underactuated Mechanical System
Luis T. Aguilar
Journal of Robotics , 2009, DOI: 10.1155/2009/718728
Abstract: Nonlinear ∞ synthesis is developed to solve the tracking control problem restricted to a two degrees-of-freedom (DOF) underactuated mechanical manipulator where position measurements are the only available information for feedback. A local ∞ controller is derived by means of a certain perturbation of the differential Riccati equations, appearing in solving the ∞ control problem for the linearized system. Stabilizability and detectability properties of the control system are thus ensured by the existence of the proper solutions of the unperturbed differential Riccati equations, and hence the proposed synthesis procedure obviates an extra verification work of these properties. Due to the nature of the approach, the resulting controller additionally yields the desired robustness properties against unknown but bounded external disturbances. The desired trajectory is centered at the upright position where the manipulator becomes a nonminimum-phase system. Simulation results made for a double pendulum show the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
Villarejo Aguilar,Luis;
Enfermería Global , 2012, DOI: 10.4321/S1695-61412012000100004
Abstract: this study aims to identify the most frequent nursing interventions recorded in the discharge reports for patients with chronic diseases. we conducted a cross sectional study on all patients discharged during the retrospective period 2009-2010. data collection and analysis of variables was done by reviewing discharge reports. the main results identified 59 different interventions, of which themost common were power management, fall prevention family caregiver support, the prevention of pressure ulcers, advice, emotional support, self-care: iadl, self aid care and decreased anxiety. continuity of care in discharged patients with chronic diseases is essential in orienting intensive care provided in the hospital towards chronic care and so prevent deterioration caused by chronic illnessess.

Abstract: the study aims to identify the most frequent nursing diagnoses recorded on discharge reports for patients with chronic diseases. we conducted a cross sectional study on all patients discharged during the retrospective period 2009-2010. data collection and analysis of variables was done by reviewing discharge reports. the main results identified that the most common diagnoses were impaired physical mobility, anxiety, risk of falls, risk of impaired skin integrity, activity intolerance, risk of constipation, poor knowledge, acute pain and fatigue in the performance the role of caregiver. there is a significant need for care in patients with chronic diseases resulting from the existence of assets that need continuity problems between levels of care.
Aguilar Hernández,Luis;
Innovar , 2009,
Abstract: this article reflects on the meaning, nature and opportunity of the politics of change in education, approaching the matter from several policy dimensions. specific attention is paid to the exhaustion of formats, policies and scholastic institutions themselves which are surely at the root of such approaches' ineffectiveness. at a time when policies and strategies regarding change revolve around local matters, reduce their formats and renew debate on such matters (sweeping reforms involving innovation), it does not seem that questions regarding educational systems' meaning and logic, such as them becoming incorporated within with the broader social and institutional context, have been substantially approached. rapprochement with the contexts and form in which problems are presented in them demand a distinct concept of change in educational systems, implied by a localised rethinking of the meaning of the scholastic institution.
