ABSTRACT The teams-games-tournament: a proposal for training teamwork skills in the assessment. The European Higher Education Area (EHEA) laid the foundations for a model of competency-based training. In this sense, there are several proposals suggest working on the ability for teamworking in activities developing the content of one or several subjects. However, they aren't so common in assessment tasks. This paper contains an application of Teams-Games-Tournament (DeVries and Edwards, 1973) to carry out the assessment of a subject. Teams-Games-Tournament is an alternative to traditional assessment tests based not on individual assessment, but on the development and group collaboration to achieve common goals. The implications, advantages and disadvantages of the application of this technique are discussed in the framework of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
A metodologic renovation proposal in the frame of the European Higher Education Area: the small groups of cooperative research

Revista Electronica Interuniversitaria de Formación del Profesorado , 2009,
Abstract: The Bologna Declaration laid the foundation for the construction of a European Higher Education Area (EHEA) among whose challenges is renewing methodological challenges. This paper presents the basic organization of a psychology subject such as Basic Psychological Processes for Psychology and Pedagogy students by organizing small research cooperative groups. This proposal deals with axes of great importance for the construction of the EHEA such as promoting the tutorial role, competence-based training, self-learning, consideration of time and workload, and encouraging the use of new technologies. The article focuses primarily on describing and explaining cooperative work in research groups, their organization, orientation, development, monitoring and evaluation. The results of implementing this proposal were very instructive for students both at a solely academic level and at an interpersonal relationship level.

ABSTRACT Using the virtual campus in the practicum of psychopedagogy: a socio-cultural and constructivist approach. The Practicum (post-graduate teacher education) is an area critical to the formation of a student to finish college. In the new framework of European Higher Education Area(EHEA),classroom practices have become even more important for the development of the skills required for a particular professional profile. In this paper we present the organization and monitoring of the Practicum as part of a virtual university. From a constructivist and socio-cultural teaching, learning and assessment, the proposal presents a model of practicum of the degree of 2nd cycle of psychopedagogy, which combines mentoring and monitoring the work of students in the training center work simultaneously with a reflection on practice which takes place in the classroom of the virtual campus. The results are analyzed from the satisfaction questionnaire administered to students at the end of each semester, which assesses four areas: overall satisfaction, teaching activities, resources and assessment of learning. The application of this methodology has many benefits for students training as skill acquisition warrants intervention own psychology in context togetherwith reflection on the contexts, purposes and objectives of the psychopedagogy intervention. The implications, advantages and disadvantages of this model of practicum are discussed taking into account the guidelines of the European Higher Education Area.
Concepto y gestión del patrimonio local
Prats,Lloren?;
Cuadernos de antropolog?-a social , 2005,
Abstract: firstly, this article is a reminder of the principles of the basic mechanics of the social construction of heritage and it sets out some questions on the matter. further on, it deals with the specificity of the social construction of local heritage. this specificity comes from the fact that the scale factor gives a constituent character to the meaning. this meaning is fed by memory, mainly inter-subjective (that means, shared), constructed, for its part, in the light of the several needs and interests of present time. memory determines not only the relevance of referents but also the contents of discourses. thus understood, local heritage means a threat and an opportunity. a threat because, faced to the perception of external aggressions, it tends to get shut in itself, inducing the narcotising, excluding dynamics of the community. an opportunity because, potentially it constitutes an open forum to polyhedral social reflexivity, enabling to tackle with social reproduction in a participating way.

Patrimonio + turismo = desarrollo?
Prats, Lloren
PASOS : Revista de Turismo y Patrimonio Cultural , 2003,
Abstract: As they say some pages web, this text is in construction, not so much because it is unfinished as for its own nature like reflection instrument and work that it should allow to differ, to debate the former-on ideas, and if it is considered that they have some interest, to incorporate them and to contrast them, global or partially, to the elaboration processes and administration of tourist-patrimonial projects. To these effects, the ideas, be already critical or mandatory, they are exposed in their maximum nakedness, without any allusion to the casuistry and lacking the support of a learned apparatus, so that they can be this way more easily integrated and evaluated in the context of the experience of each one. He/she has always been interested to debate and to propose arguments for the debate, thing that now facilitate the media that the computer science has put in our hands vastly

Firstly, this article is a reminder of the principles of the basic mechanics of the social construction of heritage and it sets out some questions on the matter. The diverse growth of 18th-century Catalonia: Proto-industrialisation
Lloren? Ferrer
Catalan Historical Review , 2012,
Abstract: The concept of proto-industrialisation was useful for examining economic activities in many areas prior to the onset of industrialisation. In Catalonia, it was used to spotlight the wool industry and other activities and to separate it from what was believed to me a more modern economic activity, the manufacture of calico. The economic activities found all over a country are the ones that indicate its ability to make the most of the opportunities that were emerging and show that industrialisation based on the cotton industry – as well as on other outputs – was nothing more than the seizing of an opportunity by a land that was poised to do so. The article reflects on the roots of this ability.
Majorana modes and complex band structure of quantum wires

Physics , 2012, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevB.87.075440
Abstract: We describe Majorana edge states of a semi-infinite wire using the complex band structure approach. In this method the edge state at a given energy is built as a superposition of evanescent waves. It is shown that the superposition can not always satisfy the required boundary condition, thus restricting the existence of edge modes. We discuss purely 1D and 2D systems, focussing in the latter case on the effect of the Rashba mixing term.
During the Spanish civil war, due to a lack of sanitary and social services, the women of the national zone had to support the war effort. But the forces that supported the antirepublican uprising had a conception of the state and society strictly divided between private and public spaces, this being exclusively for men. So it was necessary to get rid of these principles to adjust to war reality, without interfering too obviously in the national and catholic order. The Social Aid agreement (Franco, 02-02-1937) and the creation of the Social Service (10-07-1937) are the first steps to impose a national women’s obligation to state and act in the public space, with exactly limited activities, under the strict control of the national and catholic Spanish state. The feminine press was charged to precise the specificities of this obligation. Still, Spanish women’s major aspiration remained home, even though emergency forced them to become public and heroic actors. Thus, through total war theory, Spanish women’s could escape their so-called natural function. En la Gue
