Abstract: Perovskite La1-xSrxCoO3 (x=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8) catalysts based on porous mullite fiber ceramic were prepared by a vacuum impregnation method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and BET, respectively. The La(OH)3 crystal phase was detected besides the perovskite structures in La1-xSrxCoO3 catalysts, and the La(OH)3 peaks become sharp as x decreases. Tridimensional net-shape of support and the good dispersing particles of catalysts based on support were detected by SEM. Specific surface area of La1-xSrxCoO3 increases with the degree of substitution x of Sr for La via BET tests. Catalytic activity of La1-xSrxCoO3 catalysts prepared for CO NO was tested. The results indicate that La1-xSrxCoO3 catalysts have a best catalytic activity, when partial substitution of Sr for La reaches the optimal substitution fraction (x=0.2).
Parvovirus B19V DNA contamination in Chinese plasma and plasma derivatives

Abstract: Background To ensure the safety of plasma derivatives, screening for human parvovirus B19V genomic DNA in donated plasma using a pooling strategy is performed in some countries. We investigated the prevalence of B19V DNA and anti-B19V antibodies in Chinese plasma pools, plasma derivatives and plasma donations to evaluate the risk posed by B19V. Methods Using a Q-PCR assay developed in-house, we tested for B19V genomic DNA in 142 plasma pools collected between January 2009 and June 2011 from two Chinese blood products manufacturers. Plasma derivatives collected between 1993–1995 (10 batches of albumin, 155 batches of intravenous immunoglobulin, IVIG) and 2009–2011 (50 batches of albumin, 54 batches of IVIG, 35 batches of factor VIII, 7 batches of fibrinogen, and 17 batches of prothrombin complex concentrate, PCC) were also tested for B19V contamination. In addition, B19V genome prevalence in minipools(including 90 individual donations) of 49680 individual plasma samples collected between August 2011 and March 2012 by a single Chinese manufacturer was investigated. IgM/IgG was also investigated in plasma pools/derivatives and in minipools with B19V-DNA titers above 1x104 and 1x106 geq/mL using B19 ELISA IgM/IgG assay(Virion-Serion, Würzburg, Germany), respectively. Results B19V-DNA was detected in 54.2% of plasma pools from two Chinese blood product manufacturers; among recently produced blood products, B19V was detected in 21/54 IVIG samples, 19/35 factor VIII samples, 6/7 fibrinogen samples, and 12/17 PCC samples, but not in albumin samples. The levels of B19V-DNA in these samples varied from 102-107 geq/mL. In samples with >104 geq/mL genome DNA, B19V-specific IgG was also found in all corresponding plasma pools and IVIG, whereas none was detected in the majority of other plasma derivatives. Screening of plasma donations indicated that most minipools were contaminated with B19V-DNA (102-108 geq/mL) and one donation had 1.09 × 1010 geq/mL B19V genomic DNA along with a non-classical IgG/IgM profile. Conclusions Despite the implementation of some inactivation/removal methods designed to prevent viral contamination, B19V DNA was detectable in Chinese plasma pools and plasma derivatives. Thus, the introduction of B19V screening and discard donation with high viramic concentration for Chinese plasma donors would be desirable.
Neighborhood Rough Set Reduction-Based Gene Selection and Prioritization for Gene Expression Profile Analysis and Molecular Cancer Classification

Abstract: Selection of reliable cancer biomarkers is crucial for gene expression profile-based precise diagnosis of cancer type and successful treatment. However, current studies are confronted with overfitting and dimensionality curse in tumor classification and false positives in the identification of cancer biomarkers. Here, we developed a novel gene-ranking method based on neighborhood rough set reduction for molecular cancer classification based on gene expression profile. Comparison with other methods such as PAM, ClaNC, Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test, and Relief-F, our method shows that only few top-ranked genes could achieve higher tumor classification accuracy. Moreover, although the selected genes are not typical of known oncogenes, they are found to play a crucial role in the occurrence of tumor through searching the scientific literature and analyzing protein interaction partners, which may be used as candidate cancer biomarkers.

Abstract:

This paper develops a Walrasian general equilibrium model based on transaction cost and specialization to investigate the evolution and role of entrepreneurship in a competitive market under globalization. The implication of our model is straightforward that if the entrepreneurship in a competitive market under globalization is efficient, it will ensure the network and effects of division of labor can be fully exploited when the gains from the division of labor outweigh the costs of exchange between individuals of different specialization patterns with the different fixed learning costs. Hence, the entrepreneurship service in a competitive market under globalization can promote aggregate productivity by enlarging the scope for trading off network effects of the division of labor on aggregate productivity against transaction costs. To business practitioners, this model suggests that the entrepreneurship service is a key element of business viability during which a major transition took place in human activity. Besides, the improvement of the level of globalization and the general transaction efficiency coefficient will increase the level of division of labor and the per capita real income level of participants.

Abstract: Our grassroots society exists some problems that it is hard to adapt new situation of interest entity diversification, prominent contradiction, governance system and modes, whose reasons lie in insufficient participation of residents and incomplete formation of society multi-governance to some large extent. With the analysis of “Wuzhen housekeeper” modes, we find that the modes of “Wuzhen housekeeper” realize the upgrade from “single rules and regulation” to “participation in the entire process” to ensure that the public can be got full participation. The practice shows that “internet+ social governance” is not only a direct and shortcut platform of participation in supervision, but also an important path to innovate grassroots social governance. In the process of grassroots social governance in future, “internet+ social governance” urgently needs to consummate channel of participation and incentive mechanism, pay more attention to change government ideas to expect to build new modes of grassroots social governance among society, resident and government and improve the levels of grassroots social governance.
Analysis of Barrier Factors in Vertical Planting of Old Housing Estates  [PDF]

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that currently it is difficult to implement vertical planting in old housing estates, the paper investigates the status quo of vertical planting in old housing estates by selecting five typical old housing estates as the research objects, starts from the three aspects of the planning, management and construction of vertical planting in old housing estates and focuses on the analysis of barrier factors confronted by development of vertical planting in old housing estates at present. The author acquires data through field visits and questionnaires, conducts one-way analysis of variance with SPSS20.0 software and carries on modelling based on the multiple regression model. It is found that the overall planning and post-management and maintenance profoundly affect the implementation of vertical planting in old housing estates. Therefore, good pre-planning and fulfillment of post-management and maintenance after completion of vertical planning project can better implement the vertical planting in old housing estates.

Abstract: The title compound, C21H22N2O4, was prepared by reaction of 6-methylpyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione and 1-chloromethyl-4-methoxybenzene. In the title molecule, the central pyrimidine ring forms dihedral angles of 62.16 (4) and 69.77 (3)° with the two benzene rings. In the crystal, weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into chains.
Clinical investigation of risk factors in ectopic pregnancy

Abstract: Objective  To discuss the relative and independent risk factors in ectopic pregnancy. Methods  The clinical data of 870 patients with ectopic pregnancy, admitted from 2005 to 2012, were retrospectively analyzed, with 800 cases of normal pregnancy serving as control. Monofactorial correlation analysis was used to analyze the related risk factor, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factor. Results  Pelvic adhesion, previous operation, cesarean section delivery, number of pregnancy, artificial abortion, medical abortion, in vitrofertilization and embryo replacement (IVF-ER), and placement of intrauterine device (IUD) are the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy, pelvic adhesion, artificial abortion, operation, number of pregnancies and IUD are the independent risk factors, and pelvic adhesion is the major risk factor. Conclusion  Avoidance of unexpected pregnancy as possible, reduction of the number of artificial abortion, prevention and treatment of genital duct inflammation, and standardization of pelvic operation may reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.
Effect of methotrexate on persistent ectopic pregnancy after conservative laparoscopic surgery

Abstract: Objective  To analysis the effect of methotrexate (MTX) on the occurrence of persistent ectopic pregnacy (PEP) after conservative laparoscopic surgery. Methods  The clinical data of 124 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent conservative laparoscopic surgery conservative from 2005 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. 124 patients were divided into MTX group (n=92) and non-MTX group (n=32). In MTX group, 40 cases were injected MTX 25mg in mesosalpinx, 52 cases were injected 50mg/m2 intramuscular. Results  Seven cases of PEP was diagnosed in each group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.825, P=0.028). In MTX group, there was no statistically significant between local injection and systemic administration (χ2=0.576, P=0.448). Conclusions  Prophylactic use of MTX can reduce the incidence of PEP after conservative laparoscopic surgery.
