Revista Colombiana de Ciencias Pecuarias , 2009,
Abstract: stromal cells are the most abundant cell population present in decidual tissue; they are involved in key processes during embryo implantation, fetal nutrition and the pregnancy maintenance. described procedures for stromal cells isolation require the use of many monoclonal antibodies due to contamination with another cell types in the decidua; besides, some markers of stromal cells show variability during the days of gestation. in this study, we standardized a procedure for isolation by enzymatic digestion, density gradient and adherence to plastic. murine stromal cells were characterized by exclusion of markers that are expressed in macrophages (f4-80), epithelial cells and trophoblast (cytokeratin-7), yielding a 98% of negative cells for these markers that correspond to stromal cells. this isolation procedure permits to obtain stromal cells with less expensive and high efficiency methods that provide a useful cellular model to study the physiology of gestation in different species.

Lina Krengel
Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2016.44066
Abstract: The objectives of this study were to consider the development of hotel chains in Russia and, further, to analyze the financial advantages or disadvantages of joining as part of the largest hotel chain’s membership, as well as to analyze the financial activity of the company before and after joining the chain. The theoretical foundation of this research was based on overall theories of economic development. This research was conducted within a case study framework. The research instruments used were interviews of hotel employees for thematic analysis, and chronological analysis of the hotel’s financial performance during two periods: 2010-11 and 2012-13. Findings of the research indicate that joining a well-known and large hotel chain as well as an improved hotel ranking has a significant financial impact on the hotel studied within this case study. It certainly improved the image of the hotel in the market, increased its reputation, and made it more recognizable.
Study on the Peer Effect of Unrelated M&As Decisions  [PDF]
Lina Yu
Modern Economy (ME) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/me.2017.812096
Abstract: This paper takes 7464 pieces of M&As events for A-share listed companies in China from 2010 to 2015 as samples and investigates the industry peer effect of unrelated M&As decisions. The research shows that there exists the peer effect when companies make unrelated M&As decisions in the same industry. This paper also makes further examinations and finds that the M&As experience and scale of companies enhance the peer effect. Moreover, companies with more industry competitions have more obvious industry peer effect. This paper enriches the M&As decisions theory and has guiding significance in practice.

Creative Education (CE) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2018.911124
Abstract: With the effective development of PIRLS and PISA2018 in China, research on reading literacy has developed more and more, while reading literacy has become a key indicator of a country’s soft power. The university library is an important place to cultivate college students’ reading literacy and has the responsibility of reading education. The development of WeChat services in colleges and universities provides a new way for their reading literacy training. Taking the library of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper expounds the construction of WeChat platform and the situation of WeChat service, and puts forward the main ways of improving the reading literacy of college students according to the actual work, aiming at giving full play for the university library to play their important role in the terms of cultivating the reading literacy of college students.

Abstract: The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. The rural culture construction is the soul of the strategy of rural revitalization. In the overall environment of comprehensive and sustainable development of our society, the university libraries play an important role in serving local areas. This paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of rural cultural construction in Daqing and puts forward solutions and specific countermeasures for promotion of rural cultural construction by the university libraries in Daqing. This discuss enriched the study of cultural construction within the scope of small administrative regions in China and related contents of cultural reconstruction in Rural Revitalization Strategy.
A Study on the Second Class Construction System of University Library under the Background of General Education  [PDF]
Lina Li
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2018.116044
Abstract: University library is an extension of class teaching, and it is more flexible educationally. The library plays its role of the second class mainly through three ways: First, it is to carry out the work of the second class in the university library; second, it is to make full use of the “second resources” in the university library; and the third is to create the best learning atmosphere in the university library. Through the study of the construction system of the second classroom in University libraries, we can better enhance the service ability of the library for undergraduate teaching.

Abstract: After China’s entry into WTO, the importance and urgency of developing and promoting bilingual teaching in colleges and universities is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to promote the reform of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, this paper uses case law, taking the Advanced Higher Education Teaching practice of Queensland University of Technology as a case, to provide reference for English teaching in various colleges and universities in Liaoning province. Among them, the advanced teaching method of this school includes dozens of kinds, all from the teaching practice of colleges and universities, which has certain research value for the innovation of teaching methods in English instruction in colleges and universities in our province during the “Thirteen-Five” period. Practice has proved that the reform of teaching method is the key and is important to promote the reform of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in Liaoning province.
