Perceptions of Organizational Politics Influences on Feedback Avoidance Behavior: The Effect of Impression Management Motive and Emotional Intelligence  [PDF]

Abstract: Feedback Avoidance Behavior in the organization is very common but existing research on its formation mechanism is not very clear. Based on the view of Conservation of Resource Theory, we focus on relationship between Perceptions of Organizational Politics and Feedback Avoidance Behavior. The empirical research is based on 290 samples, according to research group of political perception significantly enhanced feedback avoidance; employees’ emotional intelligence reversely adjusts the influence of the Impression Management on Feedback Avoidance Behavior. At the same time, Impression Management Motive plays an intermediary role. To some extent, the results will enrich and deepen the existing research of POP and FAB; there will be implications for management practice.
Development and Policies of New Energy Vehicles in China

Abstract: At present, the issue of how to rapidly develop and popularize new energy vehicles has sparked some hot discussion in Chinese automobile market. The policies promoting the development of new energy vehicles have become the focus concerned by all related parties. This paper introduces the development background and the development status quo of new energy vehicles in China, analyses the current promoting policies and discusses the trend of these policies in future. We deem that the government role, the technological route selection and the system of subsidies and financial funds for private consumption will decide the prospect of new energy vehicle in China.
Air Pollution Prevention Alliance between Japan and China: The Possibility and Problems

Abstract: The air environmental pollutants exhausted by China have attracted the attention from the world, especially the neighboring countries including Japan. Japan has put forward a conceived model named Air Pollution Prevention Alliance between Japan and China. This article analyzes the background and causations of air environmental pollution problems in China, and the efforts that Chinese government has made in energy conservation and lessening the pollutants exhaust of car. On this basis, we analyze the mutual interests and stance of the governments and car manufacturers in the aspect of establishing Air Pollution Prevention Alliance between Japan and China, and consider that there will be further cooperation between Japan and China on air pollution problems in the governmental levels, and the operation can be expanded to be a multilateral frame which is among Korea, Japan, China and other East Asian countries. But at this stage, as for the aspect of car manufacturers in Japan and China, the bifurcation between these two countries decides that there is just a little possibility of establishing an alliance which focuses on solving the air pollution problems in China.

Simulation of Fault Arc Using Conventional Arc Models  [PDF]

Conventional arc models are usually used to research the interaction between switching arc and circuit. It is important to simulate the fault arc for arc flash calculations, choice of electrical equipments and power system protection. This paper investigates several conventional arc models for calculating the fault arcing current. Simulation results show that conventional arc models can be used to simulate the fault arc if the parameters of arc models are given properly. This paper provides the parameters of 5 popular arc models and describes the simulation results of the fault arc.

Abstract: This paper proposes an effective method for early diagnosis (stress concentrating) of the oil-gas pipeline. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction Faraday, we have designed and realized the nondestructive testing system for stress concentration area of ferromagnetic materials by means of the research of metal materials inverse magnetostrictive effect mechanism. The system changes the influence degree of the stress in ferromagnetic materials’ magnetic conductance to the corresponding voltage array by using discrete wavelet analysis method to process the data, in which not only the measuring accuracy is improved, but also the stress concentration is more directly reflected. The experiments confirm that the electromagnetic stress testing method is feasible and valid.

Actin dynamics plays an important role in many physiological functions such as long-term potentiation, neurotransmission, regulatory proteins translocation, ATP cycle, etc. When amyloid β (Aβ)-induced neurotoxicity occurs, the imbalance of actin dynamics leads to dystrophy of dendrites, which is characteristic pathology in Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Transient and persistent Aβ neurotoxicity provokes distinct manifestations of actin dynamics and causes opposing effects in AD. It has been shown that bone morphogenetic protein 6/7 (BMP6/7) protects neuronal morphology against Aβ-induced neurotoxicity, and can directly bind to LIM kinase1 (LIMK1), being one part of the upstream regulatory pathway of actin dynamics. This review aims to discuss a potential mechanism of BMPs underlying maintainance of cytoskeletal stabilization in neurite.

At first, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution by priori estimation and the Galerkin method. Then, we obtain to the existence of the global attractor. At last, we consider that the estimation of the upper bounds of Hausdorff and fractal dimensions for the global attractors are obtained.
Solving Travelling Salesman Problem with an Improved Hybrid Genetic Algorithm  [PDF]

We present an improved hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the two-dimensional Eucli-dean traveling salesman problem (TSP), in which the crossover operator is enhanced with a local search. The proposed algorithm is expected to obtain higher quality solutions within a reasonable computational time for TSP by perfectly integrating GA and the local search. The elitist choice strategy, the local search crossover operator and the double-bridge random mutation are highlighted, to enhance the convergence and the possibility of escaping from the local optima. The experimental results illustrate that the novel hybrid genetic algorithm outperforms other genetic algorithms by providing higher accuracy and satisfactory efficiency in real optimization processing.
