In this paper, we apply clustering analysis of data mining into power system. We adapt K-means clustering algorithm to analyze customer load, analyzing similar behavior between customer of electricity, and we adapt principal component analysis to get the clustering result visible, Simulation and analysis using matlab, and this well verify cluster rationality. The conclusion of this paper can provide important basis to the peak for the power system, stable operation the power system security.

Abstract: The composition of Pamica (PICNH2Ca2) is dsRNA polyI:C, non-biotics amino compounds and CaCl2. It is the second generation noncytotoxic product of PICKCa (PIKA) adjuvant which was found effective in phase II clinical trial for PICKCa rabies vaccine and phase I trial for PICKCa hepatitis B vaccine in Singapore. With their knowledge and consent, cancer patients, regardless of their tumor types or performance status (ECOG above 5 or ECOG > 20), who were unresponsive to standard treatment, were treated free of charge with Pamica by injection or nasal spray. The primary results indicated that Pamica had no side effect except for a few cases of local pain in the site of injection and appeared to markedly improve cancer patients’ appetite, physical strength, quality of life and extended patients’ life for months and counting. These preliminary findings underlined promise of this potentially life-saving drug. In the hope of cooperating with the proper authorities, companies, and hospitals to benefit patients at the earliest opportunity, we share our findings in this paper.

Abstract: Current mainstream method of simulating plasma is based on rigid-macroparticle approximation in which many realistic particles are merged, according to their initial space positions regardless of their initial velocities, into a macroparticle, and do a global motion. This is a distorted picture because what each macroparticle do is to break into, because of differences among velocities of contained realistic particles, pieces with different destinations at next time point, rather than a global moving to a destination at next time point. Therefore, the scientific validity of results obtained from such an approximation cannot be warranted. Here, we propose a solution to this problem. It can fundamentally warrant exact solutions of plasma self-consistent fields and hence those of microscopic distribution function.

Abstract: In the open economic system, the factors that affect the development of regional tourism are more influenced by the level of tourism development in other regions, and show the spatial spillover effect of tourism activities. In this paper, the problem of the spillover effect of tourist flows based on customer market segmentation is solved. Through this study, the following conclusions are drawn: there is a significant spatial spillover effect on the overall tourism flow of the business tourist market in Guangdong province, but the spillover effect is negative, which is represented by the competition substitution effect. The tourism development of different cities in Guangdong province is similar to that of tourism development. The tourism flow of business tourists in Guangdong province has distinctive features and purpose.

Abstract: In the title molecule, [V(C15H10I2N2O2)(CH3O)O(CH3OH)], the VV atom is coordinated by one N and two O atoms from an N′-(3,5-diiodo-2-oxidobenzylidene-κO)-4-methylbenzohydrazidate (L) ligand, one oxide O atom, one methanolate [V—O = 1.761 (3) ] and one methanol [V—O = 2.383 (4) ] O atom in a distorted octahedral geometry. In the L ligand, the two benzene rings are nearly parallel, forming a dihedral angle of 2.0 (1)°. In the crystal, intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds link pairs of molecules into centrosymmetric dimers which exhibit π–π interactions between the aromatic rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.677 (5) ].

Abstract: The intraseasonal oscillation (ISO) events that occurred from November 2007 to February 2008 in the tropical Indian Ocean region were investigated by analyzing observational oceanic and atmospheric datasets. The results reveal that two ISO events were generated and developed from November 2007 to February 2008 in the tropical area of the Indian Ocean, which both originated from the southern African continent and propagated along a northeastward direction and finally penetrated into the equatorial eastern Indian Ocean. Compared with the general winter MJO event, which tended to travel along the equator from the western Indian Ocean into the western Pacific, the ISO of winter 2007 propagated not only along the equator into the eastern part of the Indian Ocean but was also transported northward into the subtropical region in the eastern Indian Ocean, which is more similar to the behavior of traditional summer ISO events.

Abstract: Experimental investigations of electrokinetic phenomena of modified polytetrafluoroethylene membranes in the oily sewage from oil field were performed by using the streaming potential method. The zeta potentials of the membranes in the oily waste water are estimated on the basis of Helmholtz—Smoluchowski equation. The experiment and calculation results show that the membranes are charged negatively, whose zeta poten-tials maintain at around -20mV. And the aperture of membranes, the temperature and the filtration flux have little influence on the streaming potentials and the zeta potentials of the membranes.Also the suspended particulates in the oily sewage are charged negatively. The membranes have strong ability to withhold the suspended substance and powerful antipollution competence because of the role of the charges on the mem-branes.
