Abstract: This paper aims to design a MCU-based smart contactor system, which will realize functions of real time surveillance of contactors’ work status and data exchange with host computer, thus instantly reflect different status of the system. In case of abnormal status such as over-current or under-voltage, the contactor will be able to automatically cut off power supply to protect electrical load and the circuit. Through ARINC485 bus, system computer will collect and record contactor parameters, including contact voltage, contact current, supply frequency, contact temperature and contact status to provide critical data to the examination and repair of contactors.

Abstract: In the title compound, C41H64B2O4, one of the five-membered rings has an envelope conformation, while the other, which may be affected by disorder, is nearly coplanar with the fluorene ring. The dihedral angle between the fluorene and dioxaborolane rings is 2.29 (1)°. Two of the methyl groups are disordered over two orientations in 0.67 (3):0.33 (3) and 0.568 (10):0.432 (10) ratios.
What Happened if Various Kinds of Postconditioning Working on the Preconditioned Ischemic Skin Flaps

Abstract: Objective: Ischemic pre-conditioning and post-conditioning are useful manipulations to reduce the undesirable effects of ischemia-reperfusion skin flap each. But the impact of post-conditioning on the pre-conditioning skin flap is not manifested. Here we investigated the influence of ischemic post-conditioning in a preconditioned axial pattern skin flap model. Method: We used the skin flap in 40 rabbits and divided them into 5 groups randomly. At first we induced the ischemic pre-conditioning of the flap which was applied by 2 periods of 15 minutes of ischemia/15 minutes of reperfusion cycle. Next post-conditioning was performed by 6 cycles of 10 seconds of repeated ischemia/reperfusion periods at different times of just after the reperfusion,5 minutes after the reperfusion,10 minutes after the reperfusion. The animals were allocated into 5 groups: group 1 (Ischemia Group); group 2: (Pre-conditioning Group); group 3: (Pre-conditioning+ Post-conditioning Group); group 4 (Pre-conditioning+ Post-conditioning 5 minutes later Group); group5 (Pre-conditioning+ Post-conditioning 10 minutes later). The neutrophil count was assessed with histologic analysis before the dissection of the skin flap. Flap viability was assessed 1 week after the operation, and surviving flap area was recorded as a percentage of the whole flap area. LSD test was used for statistical analysis among different groups to evaluate the effects of ischemic pre-conditioning against ischemia. Result: Among the varying groups, the neutrophil count varied: Group 1 was50.12±5.91; Group 2, 30.00±2.00, and Group 3, 18.87±3; Group 4, 22.50±1.92; Group 5, 30.12±1.88.The mean± SD surviving areas of the flaps for groups 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were 31.76±4.59, 51.26±3.24,82.18±5.28,66.85±3.87 and 51.13±2.90 respectively. Spearman correlation analysis shows an increase relation between neutrophil count and flap survival rate in the different groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ischemic post-conditioning has protective effect on ischemic preconditioned skin flaps, but the post-conditioning should be performed within 5 minutes after the end of ischemia.

Abstract: Regardless of material regulations at the supply source or post-construction quality inspection systems, certain levels of model management systems have been developed. However, in the hospital waiting room, the measured formaldehyde concentration in the air reached 0.99 ppm, which is 12 times higher than that of the standard value. The formaldehyde emission rates measured in the building materials of the private housings or hospital waiting room ranged from 158 to 238 μg/m2?h, which exceed both the ABSL and BSMI standards. Moreover, the decoration locations, construction staff, and construction behaviors varied despite their claims of using low formaldehydeemitting materials. This study compiled the current objectives and regulations established by various supervising authorities and implemented a supporting management system in material grading, amount of material usage, ventilation path control, and ventilation effectiveness for facilitating the promotion of healthy indoor air quality, thereby enhancing public health.

Abstract:

The objectives of this paper are to identify the supply chain collaboration models/patterns and its correspondent advantages on pharmaceutical supply chain. This paper aims to investigate how collaborative activities can impact on the development of supply chain and industry. A case study methodology was adopted in this research, which involved pharmaceutical SMEs. The results indicate that collaborations are common in all phases of pharmaceutical supply chain; the different strength of barging power among collaborative partners will impact the advantages achieved at strategic, operational and political levels.

Abstract: In this paper, by using the sine-cosine method, the extended tanh-method, and the rational hyperbolic functions method, we study a class of nonlinear equations which derived from a fourth order analogue of generalized Camassa-Holm equation. It is shown that this class gives compactons, solitary wave solutions, solitons, and periodic wave solutions. The change of the physical structure of the solutions is caused by variation of the exponents and the coefficients of the derivatives.

Abstract: Objective: To observe the changes on skin wheal and erythema of skin prick test for the patients with allergic rhinitis during SLIT. Methods: Since March 2010 the 103 cases of SLIT attacked by allergic rhinitis patients, divided into four age groups, respectively measured the diameter of skin wheal and erythema before treatment, six months, one year and 2 years after SLIT. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance method; P < 0.01 showed the difference was statistically significant. Results: The results showed that the most changes of skin erythema diameter were statistically significant in N1, N2, N3 age group during test observation compare with the data before SLIT (p < 0.01); and the most changes of allergen wheal diameter were not statistically significant, but the N4 group had no significant change of wheal and erythema diameter. Conclusion: Although most of the skin test wheal did not change significantly during the treatment of SLIT, the erythema reaction decreased to a certain extent, indicating that the intensity of histamine release may be reduced during the treatment.
