Study on the Current Employment Situation of Migrant Workers  [PDF]

Abstract: After the Opinions of the State Council on Solving Problems of Migrant Workers is carried out, the migrant workers’ situation has been improved, especially that their income has been increased greatly, the problem of wages in arrears has been abated, and the services provided by the government have been enhanced. However, some basic problems such as the migrant workers’ low income and difficult life have not been changed fundamentally. Thus, in order to carry out all of the policies of solving migrant workers’ problems, we should promote the institutional innovation, increase related investment, and gradually eliminate the institutional and financial obstacles of the citizenization of migrant workers; only in these ways can we solve the migrant workers’ problems.

Abstract: In this paper, the operation smooth of the railway computer ticket system was evaluated. First, we design the evaluation index system, determine the subjective weights of the various technical indicators of the ticketing system with Fuzzy evaluation method, determine the index weight with the Entropy method, and analyze important factors affecting the system operation according to the health evaluation results of the ticketing system over the years.
Study on the Difference between Volatile Constituents of the Different Parts from Elsholtzia ciliata by SHS-GC-MS  [PDF]

Abstract: In this study, the comparison of Elsholtzia ciliata volatile compounds from the stem (with leaf) and flower was acquired. The volatile compounds of these two parts from Elsholtzia ciliata aerial parts were respectively analyzed by a rapid and convenient static headspace injection technique coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and the relative contents of each constituent between the two different parts were determined by peak area normalization. 61 compounds were identified in the stem (with leaf) and flower, among which 39 components simultaneously exist. 47 and 53 compounds were separated and identified in the volatile compounds from the different parts of Elsholtzia ciliata, respectively. There were differences among some volatile constituents of the two parts, but the main constituents were all Elsholtzia ketone, caryophyllene, 3-octanol and Dehydroelsholtzia ketone. The most abundant components in the stem (with leaf) included Elsholtzia ketone (84.20%), caryophyllene (4.3%) and 3-octanol (3.11%), while Elsholtzia ketone (88.03%), caryophyllene (3.33%) and 3-octanol (1.53%) were the main components in the flower. 8 single constituents were identified in the stem (with leaf) volatiles including 3-heptanone and linalool, while 14 constituents only including 2-methylbutanoic acid and Perillene have been found in the flower volatiles. Elsholtzia ketone was the main compound, and its concentration was significantly higher than other substances (>80% of the total oils in Elsholtzia ciliata). The study provided an important scientific base for the further utilization of Elsholtzia ciliata resources and may be helpful for systematically understanding the constituents of volatile compounds of Elsholtzia ciliata.

Abstract: Streptococcus iniae (S. iniae) is a major pathogen that is capable of resulting severe economic loss to cultured fish. Steadily iron availability from micro-environment is an important virulence factor for pathogens, and S. iniae encodes the iron-transporter MtsABC to accomplish heme utilization, but very little was known about the mechanisms involved in regulating and maintaining iron balance in S. iniae. In this study, the role of a putative iron-dependent transcriptional regulator MtsR was investigated, and the results showed that MtsR regulated the expression of iron-transport mtsABC to control iron homeostasis in S. iniae.
Dynamic Inequalities on Time Scales with Applications in Permanence of Predator-Prey System

Abstract: By using the theory of calculus on time scales and some mathematical methods, several dynamic inequalities on time scales are established. Based on these results, we derive some sufficient conditions for permanence of predator-prey system incorporating a prey refuge on time scales. Finally, examples and numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the results.

Abstract: Silacycles play a very important role in modern organic chemistry and materials science. Construction of silacyclic skeletons via metal-mediated or catalyzed Si-C bond cleavage has attracted much recent attention. Several interesting and useful synthetic strategies have been reported in the literature. In this review, we have summarized recent developments on metal-mediated or catalyzed Si-C bond cleavage, which lead to the synthesis of silacycles, including silacyclobutenes, silacyclopentanes, silacyclopentadienes (siloles), 6-membered silacycles, and their derivatives.
Global Dynamics of a Predator-Prey Model with Stage Structure and Delayed Predator Response

Abstract: A Holling type II predator-prey model with time delay and stage structure for the predator is investigated. By analyzing the corresponding characteristic equations, the local stability of each of feasible equilibria of the system is discussed. The existence of Hopf bifurcations at the coexistence equilibrium is established. By means of the persistence theory on infinite dimensional systems, it is proven that the system is permanent if the coexistence equilibrium exists. By using Lyapunov functionals and LaSalle’s invariance principle, it is shown that the predator-extinction equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable when the coexistence equilibrium is not feasible, and the sufficient conditions are obtained for the global stability of the coexistence equilibrium. 1. Introduction In population dynamics, the functional response of predator to prey density refers to the change in the density of prey attacked per unit time per predator as the prey density changes [1]. Based on experiments, Holling [2] suggested three different kinds of functional responses for different kinds of species to model the phenomena of predation, which made the standard Lotka-Volterra system more realistic. The most popular functional response used in the modelling of predator-prey systems is Holling type II with which takes into account the time a predator uses in handing the prey being captured. There has been a large body of work about predator-prey systems with Holling type II functional responses, and many good results have been obtained (see, e.g., [1, 3, 4]). Time delays of one type or another have been incorporated into biological models by many researchers. We refer to the monographs of Gopalsamy [5], Kuang [6], and Wangersky and Cunningham [7] on delayed predator-prey systems. In these research works, it is shown that a time delay could cause a stable equilibrium to become unstable and cause the population to fluctuate. Hence, delay differential equations exhibit more complex dynamics than ordinary differential equations. Time delay due to gestation is a common example, since generally the consumption of prey by the predator throughout its past history decides the present birth rate of the predator. In [7], Wangersky and Cunningham proposed and studied the following non-Kolmogorov-type predator-prey model: In this model, it is assumed that a duration of time units elapses when an individual prey is killed and the moment when the corresponding addition is made to the predator population.
