Abstract: The title tetranuclear SnIV compound, [Sn4(C7H6Cl)8Cl2O2(OH)2], has site symmetry overline{1}. Two O2 and two OH anions bridge four SnIV cations to form the tetranuclear compound. The two independent SnIV cations assume SnO3C2 and SnO2C2Cl distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination geometries. Intramolecular O—H...Cl hydrogen bonding is present in the structure. One Cl atom of a chlorobenzyl ligand is disordered over two sites with an occupancy ratio of 0.693 (2):0.307 (2).
The Canonical Correlation Analysis of Interval Data and Its Application in the Stock Market

Abstract: A kind of advanced complicated data analysis technology -Symbolic Data Analysis (SDA)-has been used in this paper, regarding style indices of Chinese international trust & investment company (CITIC) as the research object, and the relationship between financial statement and market behavior in Chinese stock market is analyzed by using canonical correlation analysis method. The research result indicates that the relationship between financial statement and market behaviour in Chinese stock is significantly dependent, the status quo of yield , the ability to pay its debt, the capital management ability and the factor of value/growing-ability determine the behavior of stock., and behavior characteristics differ remarkably in different style indices and in different industries. The computational analysis has showed that, by the method of Symbolic Data Analysis, the research result is very consistent with the realistic characteristics of Chinese stock market, which proves that it is very effective to simplify the multidimensional dynamic data system with the help of SDA method.
Use of Targeted Exome Sequencing in Genetic Diagnosis of Chinese Familial Hypercholesterolemia

Abstract: Familial hypercholesterolemia is an autosomal dominant inherited disease characterized by elevated plasma low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). It is mainly caused by mutations of the low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) gene. Currently, the methods of whole genome sequencing or whole exome sequencing for screening mutations in familial hypercholesterolemia are not applicable in China due to high cost. We performed targeted exome sequencing of 167 genes implicated in the homozygous phenotype of a proband pedigree to identify candidate mutations, validated them in the family of the proband, studied the functions of the mutant protein, and followed up serum lipid levels after treatment. We discovered that exon 9 c.1268 T>C and exon 8 c.1129 T>G compound heterozygous mutations in the LDLR gene in the proband derived from the mother and father, respectively, in which the mutation of c.1129 T>G has not been reported previously. The mutant LDL-R protein had 57% and 52% binding and internalization functions, respectively, compared with that of the wild type. After 6 months of therapy, the LDL-C level of the proband decreased by more than 50% and the LDL-C of the other family members with heterozygous mutation also reduced to normal. Targeted exome sequencing is an effective method for screening mutation genes in familial hypercholesterolemia. The exon 8 and 9 mutations of the LDLR gene were pedigree mutations. The functions of the mutant LDL-R protein were decreased significantly compared with that of the wild type. Simvastatin plus ezetimibe was proven safe and effective in this preschool-age child.
Differential cryptanalysis of TD-ERCS chaos

Abstract: Based on the fundamental principle of differential cryptanalysis and corresponding relation between the iteration of chaotic system and the round of block cipher, two important concepts, namely the iterative differential distribution (IDD) and the differential-invalid exponent (DIE) are proposed, which are used in evaluating chaotic system's power of conteracting the differential cryptanalysis. IDD is defined as the distribution of output differential vs. a given input differential at a varied iterative number, and DIE is defined as the minimal iterative number at which both output differential and input differential are independent of each other. By putting chaotic system into the "naked" state and directly analyzing the IDD, the DIE of chaotic system can be gotten. DIE is a universal, measurable and important characteristic exponent of chaos in studying security of chaos. The tests on both TD-ERCS and Logistic systems indicate that in the parameter region of 90%, DIE of DT-ERCS is equal to 2, which is the minimal DIE in theory.In comparison, DIE of Logistic chaotic system equals 55, hence TD-ERCS is a chaotic system with the power of active immunity to differential cryptanalysis.
Pseudo-random number generator based on TD-ERCS chaos and its statistic characteristics analysis

Abstract: To analyze the security of tangent-delay ellipse reflecting cavity-map system (TD-ERCS) from the point view of cryptography, a simple pseudo-random number generator (PRNG) is proposed with parallel TD-ERCS in this paper. Users' keys are n o longer fixed, and can be chosen in the interval 264, 26 72] arbitr arily in the PRNG. By testing the basic statistic characteristics such as equili brium, runs and correlation of the binary pseudo-random sequences (viz. TD-ERCS sequences) being generated from the PRNG, and comparing with m-sequences, the lo gistic sequences, Chebyshev sequences and SCQC sequences, the experimental resul ts show that TD-ERCS sequences have better statistic characteristics.
Throughput Optimization of Cognitive Radio Based on Sequential Detection

Abstract: I}he throughput optimization of cognitive radio based on sequential detection was studied. The form of sequential detection in cognitive radio was given, then the mathematical model of throughput was established with the constraint that the primary users arc sufficiently protected. Furthermore, it is proved that there is a unique optimal paramcter setting which achieves the maximal throughput by optimization theory. At last, a searching method was given to oblain the optimal parameter setting.
Kinetics of T Helper Subsets and Associated Cytokines Correlate Well with the Clinical Activity of Graft-Versus-Host Disease

Abstract: Background CD4+interferon (IFN)-γ+ T cell (Th1) and CD4+interleukin (IL)-4+ T cell (Th2) polarizations are crucial in the pathogenesis of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). However, this hypothesis is largely based on animal experiments of Parent-into-F1 GVHD model. The causal relationship between kinetics of Th1, Th2 and associated cytokines and the clinical activity of GVHD in a real world situation remains unknown. Methodology Peripheral blood was collected every week prospectively from Day 0 to Day 210 (patients without GVHD) or Day 300 (patients with chronic GVHD) after allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in consecutive 27 patients. The frequencies of Th1 and Th2 within CD4+ T cells were determined by flow cytometry and pplasma IFN-γ, IL-12, IL-4, and IL-10 were determined by ELISA. Principal Findings Kinetics of Th1, Th2 frequency, and the plasma IL-10 and IFN-γ more commonly coincided with, rather than predicted, the activity of GVHD. These markers are significantly higher when acute or chronic GVHD developed. The kinetics of IL-10 is especially correlated well with the activity of GVHD during clinical course of immunosuppressive treatment. For patients with hepatic GVHD, there is a positive correlation between plasma IL-10 levels and the severity of hepatic injury. The frequency of Th2 is also significant higher in acute GVHD and tends to be higher in chronic GVHD. Interestingly, there is a very good positive correlation between the frequency of Th1 and Th2 (r = 0.951, p<0.001). The plasma level of IL-4 and IL-12 are not associated with the activity of GVHD. Conclusions The frequency of Th1, Th2 within CD4+ T cells and plasma IL-10 and IFN-γ are good biomarkers of GVHD. Plasma IL-10 can also be used to monitor the therapeutic responsiveness. Furthermore, both Th1 and Th2 likely contribute to the pathogenesis of GVHD.
Luminescence Spectra and Radiation Induced Color Centers for Lead Tungstate Crystals

Abstract: The luminescence spectra and radiation induced color centers of undoped and various doped lead tungstate crystals were studied. The radiation induced color centers in all samples (excluding the undoped and Sb doped samples) may be decomposed into two kinds of color centers peaked at 400 and 500um, respectively. For undoped samples, the peaks of radiation induced color centers are at 360 and 530um, and those of Sb doped samples are at 350 and 430um. These two kinds of color centers are located at two sides of the luminescence spectra and with different damage and recovery constants.

Abstract: On the basis of the data collected from observations in 6 years,acording to the principle of turbulent despersion, the basic characteristics of evapotranspiration in Chinese fir plantation was studied. Results showed that the annual evapotranspiration is 875.45mm,which takes 82.2% of the precipitation. The annual crown-evapotranspiration is 89.3% of the total evapotranspiration (781.77mm), the ground evaporation is 10.7% of total evapotranspiration (93.68mm). The total evapotranspiration increased by 1.2% compared with the results from water balance method. We also analyzed and discussed the application of turbulent flow method and its parameter estime- tion.
Experimental Study of the Effect of Drilling Speed on Drill Cuttings Temperature

Abstract: When using drill cuttings temperature to forecast rock burst, drilling speed is an important factor affecting on drilling cuttings temperature. Using a home-made drill bit temperature testing device, temperature change was monitored and the influence of drilling speed on drill bit temperature variation was analyzed. Experimental results show that if drilling speed gets slow down, drill bit temperature gets higher, due to longer fiction time and fiction heat increase. Drilling speed has a great influence on drill cuttings temperature. So, when using drill cuttings temperature to predict rock burst, a uniform drilling speed index should be laid down to ensure prediction accuracy.
