The Influence of RMB Real Exchange Rate on the Technical Structure of Sino-US Export Trade Products  [PDF]

Abstract: Based on the classification of HS (Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System), and according to the method of Lall (2000) [1], Sino-US trade products are divided into five categories, namely primary products, resource-intensive products, low technology products, medium technical products and high-tech products. Based on the data from the first quarter of 2005 to the fourth quarter of 2017, the influence of bilateral real exchange rate on the structure of Sino-US export trade was studied by using VAR model in this paper. The empirical results show that there is a strong granger causality between Sino-US bilateral real exchange rate and Sino-US export trade product structure, the former being the latter’s granger reason; in the short term, the appreciation (devaluation) of the real exchange rate between China and the US is conducive (inconducive) to an improvement in the trade structure, which has long been detrimental (beneficial) to the improvement of the trade structure. In general, the appreciation of RMB is unfavorable to the improvement of the technical structure of Sino-US export trade. Variance decomposition shows that Sino-US bilateral real exchange rate has a great contribution to the technical structure of Sino-US export trade.
Association between transforming growth factor β1 polymorphisms and atrial fibrillation in essential hypertensive subjects

Abstract: The GG genotypes of TGF β1 +915 G → C at codon 25 were more prevalent in subjects from EH+AF+ group than those from EH+AF- group (P = 0.009). The subjects with GG genotype from EH+AF+ group had the highest mean serum TGF β1 level, which was significantly higher than that of GG genotype subjects from EH+AF- group (3.18 ± 0.24 ng/dl vs.2.29 ± 0.14 ng/dl, P < 0.05). Multiple analyses revealed that the TGF β1 GG genotype of +915 G → C at codon 25 presented a 3.09 times higher risk in developing AF in the multivariate model after adjusting for age and gender.The polymorphisms of TGF β1 +915 G → C at codon 25 were associated with occurrence of AF and serum TGF β1 level in EH subjects.Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common and clinically important arrhythmia in practice, which represents a major public health problem. AF induces hemodynamic impairment and thromboembolic events, resulting in significant morbidity, mortality, and cost [1,2].A number of factors, e.g. age, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, valvular heart disease, contribute to the occurrence and development of AF [3,4]. In addition, population based studies revealed that hypertension is an independent risk factor for onset of AF [5]. The risk of developing AF in hypertensives was 1.9 times higher than normtensives in the Framingham Heart Study [6].The precise mechanism of AF remains largely unknown. Compelling evidence showed that the atrial fibrosis is essential for the onset and maintenance of AF [7]. Atrial fibrosis causes conduction abnormalities which results in an increase in AF vulnerability. Abstract: The fractal dimensions of turbulent round jets in steady crossflow has been analyzed by using planar laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF) method. The relation between the fractal dimension and the momentum ratio, the variation of the fractal dimension with the elevation of jet and the dilution have been investigated. The comparison of the fractal characteristics between the multiple jets and the signal jet has been carried out.
Influence of organic acids on UV-Vis spectra of pyrrolidino-[60]fullerene derivatives

Abstract: A pyrrolidino[60]fullerene 1 with pyrrolidine group was synthesized and characterized. The UV-Vis spectra showed that the blue shift of absorption peaks was first observed when strong organic acids such asp-toluene sulfonic or trifluoroacetic acid were added to the solution of pyrrolidino[60]fullerene 1 in dichloromethane. The results indicated that the pyrrolidino[60]fullerene derivatives without pyrrolidine group also possess the same phenomenon. Experiments and computation with the MOPAC 7.0 semi-empirical PM3 method demonstrated the reason that some energy gaps on [60] fullerene skeleton were increased because electronic charges on [60] fullerene framework transferred to pyrrolidine ring when strong organic acids were added into pyrrolidino[60]fullerene derivatives’ solution; as the result, the complexes could be formed and some absorption wavelengths blue shifted in the UV-Vis spectrum.

Abstract: Fullerene derivatives have exhibited fascinating properties in biological systems. Several antioxidative hindered phenol units were connected to C60 called radical sponge, resulting in its excellent solubility in polar solvents. The stable radical scavenging experiments were performed with electron spin resonance spectroscopy. The results indicate that both samples show desirable efficiency in eliminating free radicals.

Abstract: The compounds containing stable nitroxide radicals possess magnetic properties for the free radical have net magnetic moment. Oxidization of the [60]fulleropyrolidine obtained from the reaction of C60 with diketone and 2-aminoisobutyric acid bym- chloroperoxybenzoic acid gives a new nitroxide integrated with C60. The stable nitroxide based on C60 is confirmed to be antiferro-magnetism with quantum design superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID).

Abstract: This paper describes a general purpose robot simulation system ZDRSSS. It works with man-machine interactive communication. ZDRSSS can be used for mechanism design, kinematics, and trajectory planning. The robot motion and its environment is simulated in terms of a 3D frame-structured graph. A number of design techniques have been embedded in the ZDRSSS system.

Abstract: A new glucose sensor based on field emitter of ZnO nanorod arrays (ZNA) was fabricated. This new type of ZNA field emitter-based sensor shows high sensitivity with experimental limit of detection of 1 nM glucose solution and a detection range from 1 nM to 50 μM in air at room temperature, which is lower than that of glucose sensors based on surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy, fluorescence signal transmission, and electrochemical signal transduction. The new glucose sensor provides a key technique for promising consuming application in biological system for detecting low levels of glucose on single cells or bacterial cultures.
Liquid-Liquid Equilibrium Data for the Ionic Liquid N-Ethyl-Pyridinium Bromide with Several Sodium Salts and Potassium Salts

Abstract: The liquid-liquid equilibrium (LLE) data for systems containing N-ethyl-pyridinium bromide ([EPy]Br), salt ( , , , ), and water have been measured experimentally at ?K and the formations of these four aqueous two-phase systems (ATPSs) have been discussed. Also, the effective excluded volume (EEV) values obtained from the binodal models for the four systems were determined and the salting-out abilities of different salts follow the order of . The solubility data were correlated by the Merchuk and other equations while the tie-line data by the Othmer-Tobias, Bancroft, two-parameter, and Setschenow-type equations. The correlation coefficients evidenced that experimental data fitted well to all these equations. These four salts were proved successfully to form ATPSs with N-ethyl-pyridinium bromide, making a significant contribution to the further study of this kind of ATPS. 1. Introduction Aqueous two-phase systems (ATPSs) [1] extraction, an economical and efficient technique for separation, extraction, and purification, have found wide application in comprehensive separation, concentration, and fractionation of biological solutes and particles such as cells and proteins [2, 3] for the past few years. An ATPS is essentially a mixture that exists in two phases and is usually formed by two high polymers, a high polymer and a salt, or a hydrophilic organic solvent and a salt [4]. Compared with traditional organic solvent extractions, ATPSs are more effective and can be carried out under mild processing conditions [5]. In recent years, a new type of ATPS based on ionic liquids (ILs) has been investigated, the ILATPS. The ILs are entirely composed of organic cation and organic or inorganic anion, which hold attention because of their chemical and physical properties such as a good thermal, chemical, and electrochemical stability, negligible volatility, a high ionic conductivity, and tenability [6, 7]. Thus, ILATPSs, combining both the advantages of traditional ATPSs and the aforementioned benefits of ILs, have been successfully used in the separation, concentration, and purification of proteins [8], heavy metal ions [9], and small organic molecules [10]. ILATPSs have also been applied to extract antibiotics, such as penicillin G [11] and roxithromycin [12]. Consequently, further work is necessary for the development, optimization, and scale-up of extraction process using ILATPSs. Abstract: 摘要: 为解决基于位置社交网络中地点推荐时遇到的数据稀疏、冷启动问题,提出一种改进的地点推荐方法,在协同过滤算法的基础上融合了聚类算法,考虑到用户偏好、朋友关系、位置语义等因素,在推荐时取两种算法的优点进行互补。研究的重点是相似度的计算,包括兴趣地点相似度、好友亲密度、词频-逆文档频率、余弦相似性。在Foursquare数据集上以准确率、召回率、单个主题的平均准确率作为度量依据,对提出的方法进行验证。试验证明,本方法有效提高了推荐效果。
Abstract: In order to solve the data sparse and cold start in spot recommendation in the location-based social networking, an improved spot recommendation method was proposed. Based on the clustering algorithm and the collaborative filtering algorithm, the user preferences, friend relations, semantic location and other factors was taken into account. The advantages of the two methods were complemented. The focus of this research was the calculation of similarity, which included location similarity, friends intimacy measure, term frequency inverse document frequency, cosine similarity.To verify the proposed methods, precision, recall,mean average precision was used as a measure on Foursquare dataset.
