What Is HR Management? —Based on the Matching of People and Posts  [PDF]

Abstract: In the final analysis, the competition among enterprises in the 21st century is the competition of human resources. Human resources management is still a great challenge for enterprises, and talent recruitment, brain drain and other issues are endless. In response to this problem, the article uses GATCO (Guangzhou) as an example to analyze the connotation and relationship of the components of human resource management based on the matching of people and posts. Research shows that, firstly, human resources management consists of four factors: human post matching, people matching, post matching, compensationand performance matching. Among them, post matching is the basis, performance compensation matching is the tool, and post matching is the strategic goal. Being oriented, everyone matching is the essence of achieving the strategic goal of post; Secondly, the ultimate orientation of human resource management activity is the realization of employee self-value and the realization of corporate value. Among them, the realization of employee value is the premise of the realization of enterprise value; Thirdly, the most critical part of the post matching is talent, not post; Fourthly, the operation of human resources management activities comes from the joint forces among various elements. Its essence is a series of activities carried out under the guidance of strategic goals, based on positions, and human-centered.

Abstract: In this paper we classify the greedy routing in sensor networks into two categories, strong greedy routing and weak greedy routing. Most existing work mainly focuses on weak greedy routing over geographic location network or strong greedy routing over greedy embedding network. It is a difficult job and needs much cost to obtain geographic location or greedy embedding of the network. We propose a light-weight Tree-based graph embedding (TGE) for sensor networks. Over the TGE, we design a weak greedy routing protocol, TGR. TGR can archive good performance on path stretch factor and load balance factor.
Relations among Mobility Metrics in Wireless Networks  [PDF]

Abstract: In wireless network simulation analysis, researchers tweak mobility metrics, such as the speed or the pause time of the nodes, to get different stability levels of the network. Meanwhile, in theoretical analysis, link failure rate is widely used to model the stability of a wireless network. This paper presents an analysis of a simplified mobility model and shows that the link failure rate is positively correlated with the average speed of nodes in this model. Though this result is based on a mobility model with many restrictions, a simulation evaluation suggests that the result still holds in the popular random waypoint model and random direction model. Based on this observation, this paper also encourages the use of link failure rate as mobility metric instead of the problematic pause time in future practice.

Abstract: Compared with only thirty-five years ago, today’s China is a different country. As recently as the early 1980s, despite universal poverty, there were universal, life-time employment, cheap work-place-provided housing, national healthcare, and free college education. For those who were born under communism, attitudes toward capitalism were largely negative and large disparities in income and wealth were seen as immoral and unjust. Today the state no longer assigns jobs to those who have completed their education and urban life-time employment and national healthcare are long gone. While there have been stunning improvements in living conditions, the rapid increases in housing prices, coupled with increasing unemployment and a disappearance of job security and national health care, have made ordinary people vulnerable. Because China has become one of the most unequal societies in the world in terms of income and wealth, there is also a sense of discontent among many of its citizens. Using a 2006 national survey, we explore how these changes have affected the public attitudes toward economic reform and communist rule. To our surprise, we found general agreement across different generation, education, and income-mobility groups as regards market economy, the legitimacy of profit-making and income inequality, the role and authority of the government, and the causes of poverty and inequality. The differences among generation, education, and income groups are largely in degree. We suggest that the lack of generation, income, and education differences on attitudes may be due to material benefits brought by the market economy and high economic growth.

A Scalable and Robust DHT Protocol for Structured P2P Network  [PDF]

Abstract: Distributed Hash Tables (DHTs) were originated from the design of structured peer-to-peer (P2P) systems. A DHT provides a key-based lookup service similar to a hash table. In this paper, we present the detailed design of a new DHT protocol, Tambour. The novelty of the protocol is that it uses parallel lookup to reduce retrive latency and bounds communication overhead to a dynamically adjusted routing table. Tambour estimates the probabilities of routing entries' liveness based on statistics of node lifetime history and evicts dead entries after lookup failures. When the network is unstable, more routing entries will be evicted in a given period of time, and the routing tables will be getting smaller which minimize the number of timeouts for later lookup requests. An experimental prototype of Tambour has been simulated and compared against two popular DHT protocols. Results show that Tambour outperforms the compared systems in terms of bandwith cost, lookup latency and the overall efficiency.

Abstract: This paper analyzes many serious defects existing in traditional aggregate demand/aggregate supply paradigm based on IS-LM model. Those defects cause the situation that IS-LM model declines gradually, but it is still not dead, and continuously revives through modification. This paper distinguishes from rounds of modification on traditional aggregate demand/aggregate supply paradigm. The first round of modification was just introducing the dynamic ad hoc IS-LM model of rational expectation which started from the end of 1970s and the beginning of 1980s. Because the micro-foundation problems are not solved and the rational expectation carries out extreme judgment on monetary neutrality and ineffectiveness of macroeconomic policy, the first modification fails to realize big success. The second round of modification is just happening; through introducing rational expectation and New Phillips Curve (NPC), the powerful improvement has been made in micro-foundation, dynamic form, and monetary policy rules, and the model is called IS-LM/ MP-NPC model. This paper also points out some limitations which are not solved in the second modification.

In this paper, we are concerned with the solvability for a class of nonlinear sequential fractional dynamical systems with damping infinite dimensional spaces, which involves fractional Riemann-Liouville derivatives. The solutions of the dynamical systems are obtained by utilizing the method of Laplace transform technique and are based on the formula of the Laplace transform of the Mittag-Leffler function in two parameters. Next, we present the existence and uniqueness of solutions for nonlinear sequential fractional dynamical systems with damping by using fixed point theorems under some appropriate conditions.
Atypical Polypoid Adenomyomas of Uterus: A Clinicopathologic Study of 2 Cases  [PDF]

Atypical polypoid Adenomyomas (APA) is a rare benign tumour in uterine. It is would distinguished from well-differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma because of his histological features. We report 2 cases of 31-year-old and 33-year-old patient whose symptom were abnormal uterine bleeding. The mass was pedunculated with a narrow pedicle connecting to the pedunculated with a narrow pedicle connecting to the cervical; the other was in the uterine prolapse without pedicle. The surgical procedure was polypectomy only in all two patients with hysteroscopy. The histopathology showed the lesions were composed of a proliferation of irregular atypical endometrial glands separated by varying amounts of cellular smooth-muscle stroma. No mitotic activity was observed in the epithelial or mesenchymal elements in APA. The treatment of APA should depend on the age and reproductive desire of patient.

Ballistic target recognition occupies a unique and important position in many application fields of target recognition because of its challenge and important position of ballistic missile defense in national security; recognition time of defense system becomes very limited because of ballistic missile high-speed flight; recognition distance of defense system is also due to stealth technology. The integrated application of active jamming and passive decoy greatly increases the difficulty of identification of defense system. Because of its special status and challenge, ballistic target recognition has attracted wide attention of researchers at home and abroad, making it one of the most important issues in infrared target recognition research at home and abroad. In this paper, the infrared characteristics of a ballistic missile warhead target/decoy are analyzed, and the corresponding penetration measures are put forward according to the analysis results.
