A Study on the Work Well-Being of Personnel in Telecommunication Marketing as Well as Its Influencing Factors in China —Based on the Researches in the Guangzhou Branch of China Telecom  [PDF]

Abstract: Based on literature research and interviews, this study proposes three main Work Well-Being dimensions in line with the telecommunications marketing personnel characteristics. They are organizational commitment, overall reward and family support. Then the study builds the concept model. With data from questionnaires of 155 samples, this research analyzes the work well-being of telecommunications marketing personnel as well as its influencing factors with living examples. The results show that organizational commitment and total compensation have a significant positive correlation with work well-being, while family support is insignificantly negative correlated with work well-being. There are some factors that have more positive contribution to work well-being: Non-economic compensation, economic compensation, ideal expectation, social norms, economic costs, while the negative factors are emotion recognition, career opportunity, family time and family behavior.
On general filtering problem of stationary processes with fixed transformation

Abstract: A fixed transformation are given for one-dimensional stationary processes in this paper. Based on this, we propose a general filtering problem of stationary processes with fixed transformation. Finally, on a stationary processes with no any additional conditions, we get the spectral characteristics of P H η ( t ) ξ in the space L2(FX(dλ)), and then we calculate the value of the best predict quantity Q of the general filtering problem.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to generalize the convexity of the Mabuchi functional along any geodesic to conic setting. There are two parts: first, we established a frame to study conic cscK metrics, and proved conic cscK metrics are critical points of the conic Mabuchi functional; second, we proved the convexity of the conic Mabuchi functional along any conic geodesic.
On the Spectrum of weighted Laplacian operator and its application to uniqueness of K?hler Einstein metrics

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to provide a new proof of Bando-Mabuchi's uniqueness theorem of K\"ahler Einstein metrics on Fano manifolds, based on Chen's weak C^{1,1} geodesic without using any further regularities. Unlike the smooth case, the lack of regularities on the geodesic forbids us to use spectral formula of the weighed Laplacian operator directly. However, we can use smooth geodesics to approximate the weak one, then prove that a sequence of eigenfunctions will converge into the first eigenspace of the weighted Laplacian operator.
On the uniqueness of conical K?hler-Einstein metrics

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to prove the uniqueness of conical K\"ahler-Einstein metrics, under the condition that the twisted $Ding$-functional is proper. This is a generalization of the author's previous work, and we shall first investigate the uniqueness of twisted K\"ahler-Einstein metrics, and then use these smooth perturbed solutions to approximate the actual conical one. Finally, it will bring the uniqueness of the limiting singular metric.

Abstract: In the natural ecosystem, impulsive diffusion provides a more natural description for population dynamics. In addition, dispersal processes often involve with time delay. In view of these facts, a single species model with impulsive diffusion and dispersal delay is formulated. By the stroboscopic map of the discrete dynamical system and other analysis methods, the permanence of the system is investigated. Moreover, sufficient conditions on the existence and uniqueness of a positive periodic solution for the system are derived from the intermediate value theorem. We also demonstrate the global stability of the positive periodic solution by the theory of discrete dynamical system. Finally, numerical simulations and discussion are presented to validate our theoretical results.
Analysis of the Chemical Safety Facility Investment Performance in China  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper adopts the accident incidence, the gross industry output value, the investment in safety facilities, and per capita wage of employment as the indexes to empirically analyze the investment performance of chemical safety facilities using time series data by VECM in China. The empirical results indicate that for China’s chemical industry, increasing investment fails to improve the short-term safety level significantly because of the offsetting behavior of workers. Over the long term, the offsetting behavior tends to disappear, and the chemical accident incidence can be decreased through increasing investment. Poor safety awareness among workers is one of the causes of accident incidences. The conclusions provide theoretical support for China to perfect chemical industry safety management.

Abstract: This paper deals with the periodic solutions of a class of fourth-order superlinear differential equations. By using the classical variational techniques and symmetric mountain pass lemma, the periodic solutions of a single equation in literature are extended to that of equations, and also, the cubic growth of nonlinear term is extended to a general form of superlinear growth.

Efficacy of hirudin in treating immunoglobulin A nephropathy with hematuria: a randomized controlled trial

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the curative effects and side effects of hirudin in treating immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) with hematuria and minimal proteinuria in a short-term.Methods: Two hundred and sixty-two histologically confirmed cases of IgAN with hematuria and minimal proteinuria from 1998 to 2007 were randomly divided into hirudin-treated group (peroral administration of Maixuekang capsules) and dipyridamole-treated group (peroral administration of dipyridamole). In the two groups, contrast analysis of conformation and counts of erythrocytes in urine, urine protein quantitation in 24 hours, levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and creatinine clearance rate (Ccr), blood lipid, five items of blood clotting and side effects was performed.Results: After six-month treatment, the anisotrophy rate and the counts of erythrocytes in urine, and the urine protein quantitation in 24 hours in hirudin-treated group were decreased distinctly as compared with pre-treatment (P<0.01) and dipyridamole-treated group (P<0.05). On the other hand, Ccr was increased obviously in hirudin-treated group as compared with pre-treatment and dipyridamole-treated group (P<0.01). The blood lipid was also ameliorated in hirudin-treated group, but there was no significant difference. The anticoagulation effect of hirudin was better than dipyridamole (P<0.01). Efficacy assessment showed that the total response rate, complete remission rate and predominance remission rate in hirudin-treated group were higher than those in dipyridamole-treated group. Few side effects were found in both groups, and the rate of adverse reaction in gastrointestinal tract was lower in hirudin-treated group as compared with that in dipyridamole-treated group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with dipyridamole, hirudin has superiority in kidney protection and decreasing the anisotrophy rate, counts of erythrocytes in urine and the urine protein
